This blank CS is provided in case you have nothing to work with. I am not picky about format. I can also create a Tabbed version.

Note: PLEASE hide any animated gifs in spoilers. I have severe eye problems and can't read any text near them.

If you also submit NPC, note the character as such, but try to make sure enough personality is listed for others to run them. Imagine someone running Cisco ... and anything but the badass Captain that he is.

Personality and interests
Personality: Strong, commanding, intelligent. He can often be quiet, even in the presence of people he calls friends. Has been known to keep a Phaser in his chair for easy access.
Likes: His friends, leading people, creating his own path.
Dislikes: Time alone where his ghosts visit him, The Borg, and Jean-Luc Picard.

Career / Backstory
Markus White joined Starfleet at the age of 15, and quickly excelled in tactical operations. He was set to join the NCC-1701-D USS Enterprise under Jean Luc Picard after his academy run but was instead transferred to the NCC-67016 USS Liberator as an Ensign with Burns and Franklin. He quickly worked his way from the Helm to Tactical, then to Lieutenant. While serving with the Liberator, They ran into a rough battle between a Klingon crew and a Romulan attack force. Frost's quick thinking and aggressive actions saved the Klingon crew, and his tactics forced the Romulans to retreat. This is where Frost earned his nickname from the Klingons, naDev jIH (Veins of Ice) which stuck with him for most of his life. He was present at the Wolf-359 defense against the Borg, where 40 ships were destroyed. When his First Officer was killed, the Captain rapidly appointed him as First Officer and ordered him to retreat from the battle zone. He took shuttle 2 with the wounded Chief Engineer, the wounded communications officer and a tactical officer. They were the only survivors out of 11,000 Starfleet personnel. Commander White was the first Captain in over a century to be appointed as the Commander of a fully commissioned warship. With his hand-selected crew, he led the Freedom through 3 years of great service before their most recent Borg encounter. It killed a good number of his team; however, they successfully destroyed the Borg cube singlehandedly. With the Freedom out of commission for massive repairs, Starfleet temporarily reassigned him to the USS Athena. Taking part of his most trusted advisors, he moved to take command of the Athena.

Although Markus has proved his ability to lead through many conflicts, he knows that he carries his ghosts. He has a few enemies in Starfleet as well, one in particular being a Starfleet Vice Admiral, now Lieutenant Commander, whom he publicly humiliated in front of his crew during an illegal test of Freedom's response time.

Skills Is well versed in ship-to-ship combat. Is well versed in most forms of physical combat. Knows how to command a room.

Career / Backstory
Lieutenant Darnell Burns had an easy time through the Academy, joking and laughing his way through most of it. He graduated from the Academy and worked his first 3 years aboard the NCC-67016 USS Liberator with Captain Frost and Lieutenant Franklin. He had grown into an Engineering position with Franklin while Frost was quick to run the Helm. 6 months later, Burns went to Deep Space Nine, where he served on their engineering team. He grew tired of it, and transferred back to deck work, where he was promoted to Lieutenant. He transferred to the USS Freedom at Frost's request and has served as his main Deck Officer for the past 4 years, as well as assisting with Internal Security. He is a rather large gentleman and his size and attitude help to quell some of the more hostile guests that the Freedom had visit during their extended tour. He has joined Greg and Franklin in their reassignment to the Athena to help take control of the mess that was once called a Deck crew.

Skills Knows how to brighten anyone’s mood, and was even known to get a smile or two out of some of the more serious crewmembers, including Commander White.

Just 3 months before it's destruction, Marcus was transferred to the USS Christopher Pike. He served aboard the Pike until his transfer to the USS Freedom. He has served Frost for the past 3 years and has helped in places where he was readily required. His transfer to the Athena is permanent, however. He accepted the position of Chief Engineer. And a promotion to Lieutenant Commander. While he is regretting leaving the crew he has learned to respect, his time aboard the Freedom was coming to an end. He had no real position besides floater, and felt a permanent position was required. While Marcus was unable to give him a permanent position aboard the Freedom, Marcus was able to convince the Admiral that it was in the best interest of Starfleet to give Franklin the position.

Skills Is a very talented Chief Engineer. Makes it his mission to know every part inside and out and how to rapidly repair them.

Full Name: Kimberly #49
Nickname(s)
: ?
Gender: Female
Age: Commissioned in 2338
Race: Galor-Type Android
Star Nationality: Citizen of Galor IV, serving in Starfleet as a sponsored non-Federation citizen
Rank / Titles / Awards: Lieutenant

Physical Appearance
Height
: 5’9"
Weight: About 200 pounds
Hair: Dark Brown
Eyes: Blue
General Description: Kimberly is a slim, well-formed woman on the tall side for the human norm. She keeps her hair short, straight, with the back kept in a bun. Kimberly has adopted the human female affectation of wearing cosmetics to accent her features. A keen eye might notice the occasional patch of light flicker under her uniform just above the breastbone, particularly when she's thinking hard.
Clothes: Standard Starfleet Uniform
Jewelry and Tattoos: None, besides an embedded cream-colored panel on her breastbone with '49' printed on its surface. It lights up when her processors are at capacity.

Personality and interests
Personality
: Kimberly is thoughtful, a bit quiet and an active listener. This tends to hide her natural charm in conversation. Kimberly can be animated on many topics but shows most of her enthusiasm and passion for science and meeting new people. She downplays her inhumanity by focusing on the person she's talking to, showing interest in them, asking questions and learning and supporting people through grace, poise and tact.
As a result, it's remarkably difficult for most to get inside her head. The fact that she runs on software complicates things, particularly for telepaths (though she emulates emotions closely enough for empaths to sense what she feels). That said, she's known to hum when she's happy, enjoys matchmaking and she likes to collect teacups. Her quarters have literally a wall of teacups. If asked, she's never given the same explanation twice.
Likes: Teacups. Small talk. Meeting new people.
Dislikes: Illogic. Prejudice. Peanuts.

Career / Backstory
The Kimberly serving on the USS Athena is the 49th in the Kimberly series, produced on Galor IV. Previously known as the Mudd androids, this hive-minded race of artificial lifeforms had kept to themselves since contact with Mudd and the Federation in 2267, content to manufacture new libraries, engineering shops and advanced medical research labs for the extinct race that had built them. A Daystrom Institute annex was built by the Federation on Galor IV, to study artificial life forms, which the Galor IV androids tolerated indifferently.

Things changed with the discovery of Lieutenant Commander Data in 2338. With renewed interest by the Federation in studying android technology, a formal Daystrom Institute Annex was established on Galor IV in 2322. As for the androids, Mudd had proved to be such a disappointment, the androids had made no effort to learn about humans beyond their initial contact with Captain Kirk. The increased interest on the part of Starfleet, as well as the news that there were other artificial lifeforms out there, led the Galor IV Consensus to apportion dedicated resources to understanding the broader universe. As a result, the Kimberly Series was one of three built to facilitate more direct interaction with Starfleet and Federation civilians. These special long-range, long-term models included Emotion Emulation software to mimic familiar behaviors to put humans at ease, as well as featuring Direct Synaptic Synchronization hardware, allowing them to link into communication arrays to transmit memories and queries outside of Galor's range.

Kimberly #49 was one of the individual androids sent to study (and be studied) at the Daystrom Institute, learning all that she could about the Federation from first-hand observation. Over time, Kimberly #49 won the respect of the Daystrom Institute staff who agreed to sponsor her as a non-Federation citizen in her application to Starfleet in 2355. It took significant persuasion on her part but she at last won the respect and subsequent letter of recommendation from Vice Admiral Anthony Haftel, a cybernetics specialist who headed up the Daystrom Institute annex.

It took Kimberly six years to graduate from Starfleet Academy but she did so with degrees in Exoarchaeology, Exobiology, Xenolinguistics and Astrophysics in 2361. She was put on administrative duty at the Daystrom Institute between 2361 and 2365, mostly owing to her questionable legal status given the lack of a decisive overarching ruling for the handling of artificial life serving in Starfleet...particularly given there were three other Kimberly's also serving in Starfleet in the enlisted ranks. The Judge Advocate General's ruling that Data was 'alive' in 2365, as well as the Federation's first contact with the Borg that year, finally moved her career forward and she served on the USS Endeavour from 2365 to 2367. By 2368, she'd been transferred to the USS Galaxy as a Junior Lieutenant, serving as a Science officer. By 2370, Kimberly qualified to support the night shift Communications post and did so until her transfer to the Vigilance in 2371.

The USS Vigilance, may it live in infamy, was involved in an altercation with the Cardassian Union in 2371. The exact events are classified but it's more or less public knowledge that the Captain of the Vigilance instigated an escalation of the Federation defensive posture on the border of the then newly formed Demilitarized Zone, resulting in an a confrontation with Cardassian patrols. The first officer relieved the Captain of command before promptly firing on the Cardassians, leading to a brutal fight that inflicted heavy casualties on both sides. The ship's second officer assumed command and, under their direction, Kimberly managed to penetrate Cardassian shipboard computers and powered down their shields, allowing the Vigilance to inflict enough damage to limp away.

All surviving officers were placed on administrative leave throughout 2372 before receiving new assignments in 2373. Kimberly managed to follow the second officer, Savir, to their new ship where she eventually was assigned to the USS Freedom and served under Captain Markus White. Now that he's been appointed ship's captain of the USS Athena, Kimberly was only too happy to follow her fellow officers.

Skills and Abilities:
Areas of Study: Exoarchaeology, Xenolinguistics, Astrophysics and Cyberwarfare
• Inhuman construction (immune to pain, fatigue, hunger, thirst, illness or oxygen deprivation, eidetic memory, etc.). Her android construction also means she can perform complex, repetitive physical tasks without error or fatigue. She lacks the buoyancy needed to swim (or float) however.
• Direct Synaptic Synchronization memory sharing means Kimberly remembers a variety of careers held by the other 499 Kimberlys spread throughout the Federation. For the most part, this means she's surprisingly good at mixing drinks and serving customers. The other three Kimberlys who serve as enlisted crewmen in Starfleet are all in engineering, giving her a modest ability to effect repairs and maintain parts of a starship if pressed.

Dislikes: Some Cardassians, zealots, prisons, prison camps, Changelings, slavers, those who participate in child labor, bullies

Career / Backstory
Opaka Ina was born in 2363 on Terok Nor (which later on came to be Deep Space Nine). She is the granddaughter of Kai Opaka. Her mother died in childbirth in the horrible conditions of the Cardassian occupied station. She was raised as a slave in the tight and overfilled Community Quarters of the Station. Her father was part of the maintainance crew and a pilot. She was small and slight even then, and the Cardassians often forced her to go into dangerous tight spaces to perform various repairs and used her as child labor. She was also often used as a hostage by Gul Dukat to her Grandmother. Those visits did give her some quality time with her Grandmother though.

After the Occupation, Ina lived with her father who worked under Kira Nerys on DS9. He would fly cargo between the station and the planet and she would also accompany him on those trips. Their family before the occupation had always flown in space and she became very interested in flying the ancient lightships, even working on the station and building her own to race. She was able to fly in the one race they had before the Dominion War started and win it.

Ina's father died during the Dominion War, and when the Dominion Retook the station, she joined the Resistance there under Kira Nerys until Starfleet retook the station.

After the war, It was Kira's idea that Ina should apply to Starfleet. Nerys thought it was a waste of Ina's talent to stay on DS9. So Ina did and was accepted.

At the Academy Ina distinguished herself many times in her keen spatial awareness, reflexes and flight skills. Her experiences from the war served her well, and although she did get in a few fights with bullies, she was able to graduate high in her class.

She is a newly assigned Ensign to the Athena.
