Name: Pyn Tinno


Age: 15


Gender: Male


Appearance: Pyn is a surprisingly small Inkling for his age, seemingly being as tall as a 14 year old Inkling. He has Light brown eyes and Slightly tanned skin. Pyn wears a custom Camo Zip Hoodie, with shades of blue instead of Brown, Pro trail boots and a Takoroka mesh. His preferred ink color outside of battle is Light Teal.


Bio: Pyn was born as an only child in a family which lived far away from Inkopolis. Although Turf wars happened from time to time, the villagers usually kept to simpler and more peaceful games, Like Poker and Binkgo. Pyn was immediately attached to Turf battles attending the public whenever possible. For his 14th birthday he got a one-way ticket on train to Inkopolis. A year later Pyn had masted the art of Turf battles, adopting the skills of Rolling Splatting and Sniping. He uses a E-liter 3k Scope, Splattershot Jr and a Carbon roller.


Personality: Pyn is really shy whenever he is around new people, and especially around Inklings he finds cute. In Turf wars, however, he is a completely different story. Pyn hunts his foes down mercilessly, being extremely aggressive against Forge Splattershot pro users. I wonder why?

Name: Kaiyo Järvenpää

Appearance: Kaiyo is a skinny, tall-ish inkling with tentacles(?) that are slightly longer than the average inkling boy's. He wears the Colourful/Designer Headphones, Green Zip Hoodie and Blue Moto Boots. His eye colour is turquoise.


Bio: He is half-Finnish and half-American. After being raised in New Eel (New York), he decided to get a better education in Inkopolis, and now lives there alone. He does very well in school, but he only barely passes in PE. This is mainly because he can't be bothered, and would rather play Turf Wars. His weapon of choice is the Neo Splash-o-Matic.


Personality: He is quite laid-back, but when he is annoyed, he will insult people in Finnish (don't worry, I won't actually write in Finnish so I can obey the RpN laws). His Ranked Battle ranking is a high A-. Though usually indifferent, when in a Turf War, he becomes a cold monster with a poker face and a dangerous aura. He keeps himself to himself, so he doesn't have many friends, but not many enemies either. He is bisexual and open to any romance!

Likes/Dislikes: He likes taiyaki. Everyday after school or after a battle, he goes to a taiyaki stand which is run by a jelly (or whatever those blue things are). He likes cute boys and girls. He dislikes the Heavy Splatling and similar weapons. He likes Moray Towers and Blackbelly Skatepark, but not Walleye Warehouse and Port Mackerel.


Misc Things: I realise that he is better suited for a Charge-type weapon, but I am terrible at those, so I stuck with my favourite weapon. Kaiyo (according to Google Translate and my memory) means ocean! (Please correct me if I'm wrong) Also Järvenpää means "lake's end" I think.

Her hair consists of four equally-long, pointed tentacles hanging off the back of her head down to her back and two shorter tentacles on the sides of her head in front of her ears, but one is adjusted (with a Squid Hairclip) to cover her forehead while the other one hangs freely. Because she is much older than the inklings seen in turf wars, her squid form is more developed, more resembling the kraken attack used by inklings. She wears a Zekko Hoodie and Blue Moto Boots.


Bio: Mairi is a veteran in the turf wars, having participated ever since she was 14. She plays in the advanced turf wars, but she also likes to watch the beginner turf wars and give the younger inklings some tips.

Bio: Raised in the Seaweed Woods, the boy had no idea who his parents were, or if he even had parents. One day, the Great Deku tree who raised him became terribly ill, so Link, being a brave and adventures boy, set out to save the tree when he was only nine. Without a weapon, Link ventured off into the woods, only to find out that Jellies, creatures that inhabit the woods, are extremely dangerous. Link was surrounded by these Jellies, and all hope seemed lost, when a green blur flew past Link's face. She called herself "Agent Two" and was able to splat all the Jellies quickly with an octobrush, of course Link had no idea what it was. The green girl led Link through the temple, but after entering a large room, a giant lobster-looking creature dropped down onto the mysterious girl, sending her brush in Link's direction. After picking it up, Link tried attacking it like the girl did, but was only capable of painting the armor. Link then had an idea. By turning into a squid, he climbed up the Lobster's armor and slashed the enemy's eye, defeating it. Agent Two retrieved her weapon and told Link that he wasn't too bad with a brush before leaving. When Link got back to the tree with a jar of jelly from the creature, it was too late. The tree was dead and Link was left alone. For the next seven years, Link survived on his own, until he met a small blue squid named Navy. When he was wandering through the forest, he came across a small place with a large sign that says "Camp Triggerfish," so Link cautiously entered. Ink was being sprayed everywhere. An inkling with a familiar-looking weapon ran past Link and started to wack him with the brush. Link promptly ripped the brush out of the squid's arms and fled. Navy kept bugging Link about it and continues to do so today, where Link made it his goal to banish the evil in this world like that mysterious person years ago.


Personality: Link himself is a heartless man with no morals, although Navy, a projection of his subconscious tries to make Link do what is right. Link doesn't talk much, after being alone for all his life, but can and will carry a conversation.


Preferred Ink color out of battle: Yellow!

Likes/Dislikes: Link likes nature and the thrill of combat, while despising those who Navy considers evil, loud noises, and bright artificial lights.


Misc Things: Link has practically no idea how Turf War works and might be seen talking to Navy, who is, like the Great Deku tree, a projection of Link's imagination and does not actually exist.

Bio: Taffy was born in the Big city, and like the city in which she was born, She has an extremely large supply of Self esteem and Confidence. Taffy enjoys playing turf wars, considering it her main hobby, and always carries her Splattershot with her, fully loaded with Yellow ink.


Personality: Taffy is a front line fighter, and will not hesitate to splat anyone she sees, even if she gets splatted as well. Taffy almost always relies on her team to cover ground, being conservative of her ink to splat more people. Her Splat ratio is always above her Ground covered ratio, and that's why she prefers to play ranked. She is mighty proud of her S rank and is popularly known by her teammates as the 'Yellow Thunder' even though she hates that nickname. Outside of battle she is almost always seen at Blackbelly Skatepark Practicing with her board.
