icanneon As of now, I have my char with (Need a better name XD) Tumor Illusions. But it would only work on people with a gift, although I don't know how many people are gonna have the gift as opposed to being type 0's. (But thinking about it, I guess a Spector with that power is useless unless every SET member has a tumor...dang it.)

Oh, yes, something that I wanted to mention...

Avatar Arvis It's not really possible to have a Type 1 Specter as a part of SET, even without the Gift, unless your character is specifically hiding the spirit. SET immediately gets rid of any spirit haunting their new recruits and such. And even if they were hiding it, SET is extremely skilled in finding them.

I did wanted to know, though, if we could get any more information on spirit cages. It's said that the spirit won't cooperate with those that have the Gift, but is there anything ensure they work with whoever is utilizing them? Or are they equally finicky? Do they communicate at all to their, uh, user?

icanneon The spirit can communicate with whoever is holding the spirit cage. As to ensure they cooperate, different spirit cages have different methods. Most of them involve pain of some sort. Yes, spirits can feel pain. It is simply a matter of discharging electricity into the spirit at a basic level. Because spirit cages technically force the spirit inside to assume a physical form.

Now, if no one minds me asking, I'm curious. Is anyone planning on making a Type 2?

The spirit cage would feed off the wielder's life essence, the same way most powers that Type 2s have feeds off of their own life essence. The difference between a Type 0 and Type 1 is that a spirit cage can also force the spirit inside to go dormant, causing the cage itself to just become a normal object.

I just finished reading the infos about your rp and I want to say that IT'S REALLY REALLY INTERESTING AND WELL PLANNED

I am planning on making a SET officer under research division and I have a question about it.
You said Research Divisions are the ones producing the spirit cages within SET, so I was wondering if my character needs to be a Specter Type 2 in order to do that? or I can just make up an ability that enables my character to cage spirits? Sorry, If you had answered this before, I must have missed it.
