I would really like my RP partners to write somewhere between 3-6 paragraphs, or 300+ words. I also prefer writing in 3rd person. No offense to anyone who identifies or enjoys 1st or otherwise.

In the modern world the Supernatural is not quite normal but can be found. A common aspect are Soulmates. They are real though often never found. People can be with others because of this but should they find their soulmate then this relationship is unlike any other they've had. Each person has the name of their soulmate on their wrist, wrapping around it. At 16 they glow to reveal the name but then disappear, only appearing when in close proximity to their soulmate.
YC was one of very few who was born from a true soulmate bond. So he grew up with stories and saw how that worked before their eyes. It was a dream to find their soulmate yet as they grew older he realized that it was far harder to make such a dream come true. Still, he did have hope. Then when he turned 16 two names appeared on each wrist indicating two soulmates; having two soulmates was almost unheard of. {I'll be Rping two two soulmates}
At 18 YC and his parents leave their small town to head to the big city, to be closer to family. As they got closer and closer their tattoo linking them to their mate's begins to glow, indicating that here is where he'd finally find them.

I would say a it's a modern world where while not exactly common there are those with supernatural powers out in the open. The more secret darker/dominating supernatural's rule from the shadows.
The underworld is a large society and various organizations. Some are groups who do good in the world but the power they wield is seen as too big in normal eyes. Then there are the genuinely bad groups, who do more harm than good.
Either way, I was thinking my character's organization that they run is a more balanced ground, they hold the most power because of not being one sided. They are why neither good or bad attack each other- at least into a major war like state that would effect those not apart of the Underworld.
