Sorcery Ranges

I was reading through some of the sorceries and they dont really give an area of effect for many of them, for example Titan's icy breath. Is there a "catch all" range stated somewhere for these sorceries?

Most spells that I have seen that is useable at range list the distance they are effective.

Lack of stats and pertinent characteristics was a large problem in the Book of 3 Circles. One which they pretty much cleared up with Savant & Sorcerer. So after a quick glance at my own books, I surmise (a page ref would have been helpful) you found this in Book of 3 Circles.


After consulting the errata for Book of 3 Circles (which you can find here. It's in the 'Additional Exalted Errata'-pdf), this is what I found:

The cloud of icy breath that billow's from the titan's mouth is 60 yards long, 40 yards wide and 10 yards tall. It can be neither parried nor dodged, but armor does add to soak. The reduction in speed also applies to leaping and jumping
distances, and halves the character’s base speed, before multipliers.

There you go. If you are using Bo3C, you really need to download the errata, as it has fixes for several oversights (such as stats for summoned entities and so forth).
