Realistic or Modern Something Dark and Twisted?

So I don't really know what I'm looking for with this, and I don't have any real plots in mind, so bear with me?

Something dark and twisted with a power imbalance, but nothing that breaks rpnation rules. Maybe involving drugs or violence or the likes? I know I'm not giving much to work off of, and I'm sorry about that.
