Solar Hero Supremacy

For reference, this expansion charm to solar hero style is found in one of the Dreams of the First Age books. It states that it allows other solar hero style charms to be used without being counted as charm use provided that you're not using a particular charm two actions in a row. So my question is, would activating this charm allow you to then activate solar hero form, and be able to use a defensive charm (i.e, seven shadow evasion) at the same time?

If everything is as you say it is, then yes, you could activate Solar Hero Form without counting it as a Charm activation. Go forth and kick ass for the Unconquored Sun!
