Name: River Finley
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Personality: Mild mannered in civilian appearance, even anxious at times. A massive worrier, more of a mom to his team than anything. Designated medic of the group, working on his nursing degree in college. Constantly exhausted. His teammates sometimes have to force him to eat, drink something besides green tea, and sleep. Tries his best but still feels like he’s letting everyone down. Very afraid of his powers and what they do to him and others; his lack of control over them means they hurt him more than they hurt others. The mostly powerful out of his team but almost never uses his powers.

Vigilante Appearance: A dark bodysuit similar to all of his teammates
Bio: River Finley, born 8:27 am on January 1, 2001. The birth killed his mother, and subsequently caused his father to abuse him. The abuse he suffered as a child was most likely the reason his powers developed. Police arrived late one night at the Finley home, only to be greeted with a grotesque and traumatic sight. River, passed out on the floor right beside what they assumed was his father. There wasn’t much left of the man’s appearance, other than his face and copious amounts of viscera. River was moved into foster care, where he met Dylan, a girl who also had powers. They bonded and agreed that once River was old enough, they would leave together. That day came sooner than they thought, and they fled a foster home when River was 14. Since then, River has kept his powers to himself, never wanting to hurt anyone ever again. Medicine is definitely his calling, being at the top of his class in school. Not very popular, but that’s fine with him. As long as he’s got his team. Has a very weak immune system, due to exhaustion and the fact that he can care for everyone but himself.

Age: 16
Gender: Female
Personality: Acts aloof and indefinite in public. Has few civilian friends. Most other high school kids just leave her be. Around her team, however, she’s surprisingly open and very patient. Leader, despite being the second youngest. President of the debate club, gets along well with the other members. Won’t ever admit it, but she’s had a bit of a crush on River for a while. Won’t hesitate to use her powers in any situation.

Vigilante Appearance: A dark bodysuit similar to all of her teammates
Bio: Dylan Offeries, born 6:16 am July 12, 2004. No memories of her parents, her dad having died two months before she was born and her mother giving her up for adoption. The adopted family she lived with was kind, but with two children of their own they found it hard to take care of her. Her powers manifesting were not helpful either. At the age of five, they put her into foster care. She met River when she was seven, and he was ten. They formed a deep friendship, one that most likely saved their lives later on. They fled foster care when Dylan was eleven, making a life for themselves far away from anyone who would know them. Dylan gets good grades at school, and none of her teachers hate her. Sounds like a win to her. Her mind manipulation powers help her get out of trouble, and get her team in places they’re not supposed to be.

Gender: Female
Personality: Grumpy. Simply just, grumpy. Dylan usually has to pull her out of bed and drag her to school. Hates it when guys come on too strong, has considered not dating at all, but her powers naturally draw people to her. Never got over her emo phase, clearly.

Vigilante Appearance: A dark bodysuit similar to all of her teammates
Bio: Viola Cassanova, born 2:37 pm April 18, 2003. She was raised for ten years by her mother and father, before telling them she had powers. They thought she was crazy, so she showed them. Then they thought she was a demon, being the heavily religious people that they were. They kicked her out of the house. On the streets she met River, Dylan, and Alexander. The last member of their team, she does her best to use her powers for good, although it can be hard sometimes. Emo aesthetic to the max.
“I’m not anyone’s girl, buddy, so leave me alone.”

Age: 14
Gender: Male
Personality: Feisty and yet a bit shy. Has a couple of good friends and basically everyone wants to talk to him. Partially blind, but has no trouble keeping up with his team and other kids. His powers are a major help in him getting around, and they help him to read sometimes too. He looks up to River, and hates it when his “big brother” gets hurt or sick.

But they were eventually put up for adoption, from there into foster care and onto the streets. Anderson had always been a bit unsteady, and only in a brutal fight did he discover what his powers could do. And then he met River, who took him in along with Dylan. Bonded with both very quickly. Still wary of Viola, but he’ll get used to her eventually.
“I’d like to avoid conflict if at all possible, but no one touches my team.”

Name: Xander Leon/ Striker
Age 25
Gender: Male
Personality: Xander is a bit of a mix bag personality. To the people that he knows he is poleit and cautious never showing his true self to them. To strangers he is cautious and weary wanting to know more about them. To his friends he is kind, nice loving and even funny cracking jokes from time to time. If he had your trust he would protect you with his life.
When out in the field he is brave and knows when he had to leave.

The outside is A black loose fitting outfit with a navy blue hood and a red oni mask covering his face. On the inside was a kevlar body suite. He has a grappling hook underneath his left arm.
Bio Xander was born August 8th 2066. He was raised by his uncle in the city of Lincoln. As it was a fairly unkown city there was no stationed superhero and crime was out of control. Even as a child Xander could tell how bad it was yet he loved his city. One day when he was ten playing backstreet baseball he hit the ball into one of his neighbors homes. The other players laughed as Xander went in. It was the home of an old Japanese man named Satoshi Narukami.
the old man took a liking to Xander seeing himself in the boy. And Xander liked the man and the way of the Ninja.
Over the next eight years Xander would learn all he could from Satoshi. From history and science to deception and stealth, from karate to sword play though Xander didn't like using the blade.
Though his uncle didn't approve of the man he was glad Xander had a friend.
When he turned eighteen and went off to college Satoshi gave him what would become Striker's first costume.
After he graduated he joined Lincoln's police department as a detective. Up close he saw the corruption of the city he loved.
He started to go out at night as the masked vigilante Striker.
