Before the apocalypse where she was from she lived with her older brother. Then, things went to hell, and the nuclear apocalypse happened. She and her brother managed to survive, becoming mutated bandits in the wasteland that was once their home. For a long time she lived only to kill, but eventually after hearing tales of "The Nuclear Throne" on many occasions she betrayed brother and the other bandits, joining a group of mutants dedicated to finding the nuclear throne.

Not much is known about this strange and deranged jester's past other than the fact that he used to be an ordinary traveling performer. He managed to impress Oryx, an insane god with nearly limitless powers, with his show and became Oryx's personal entertainer, as well as one of his lines of defense against pesky heroes. Oryx gave him powers in exchange for his sanity, turning a once ordinary man into a lunatic.

Personality:

He enjoys creating elaborate performances to entice his audience, and then draining their life force away till they are nothing but withered husks. And if that doesn't work he simply has his puppets kill his audience in a spectacular grand finale. He is extremely talkative, and at first seems friendly. Once he is angered, however, he becomes a psychotic and nearly unstoppable killing machine.

The puppet master can create living puppets out of thin air that do his bidding and also slowly drain the life force of nearby beings. This life force powers the puppets. He can also have them feed off of his life force. The puppets he creates take on a similar appearance to beings he has previously met, and share similar powers. These puppets are EXTREMELY hard to destroy, and unless they are shredded to pieces or burned to ash they can simply reassemble themselves after a short period of time. He can also create up to two weak clones of himself that explode upon their demise. The puppet master himself is not completely without defense though. He can fire off extremely powerful bolts of life draining energy that are extremely dangerous.

Special Move:

La Danse Des Marionnettes: The Puppet Master's puppets begin to dance a hypnotic dance, entrancing anyone who watches it for too long until they die or are snapped out of the trance.

Equipment:

His robe, which makes him impervious to physical attacks, and his hat, which protects him from mystical attacks.​

;he grew up in the World Yera, a world like other, but a part of the world (a big part) won't accept the modern Age and a War began. The Unmodern side of Yera, Nehar (pronounced Nee-haa) has powerful Warriors that ate gifted, named Shisei or Shigen. But these people are only bugs against the Eight "others". The Eight strongest of Nehar: The Shinomasuta. All of them are using a Special Technique that is stronger than every weapon. One of them could beat a whole 3000 men army without getting exhausted. The other Side, Feysaw (pronounced Feesaw) uses Monsters named Ayakashi. One Ayakashi is stringer than 3 tanks. They are usually mutated Animals that were modified with a rare Blood... Demon Blood. With the strength of both sides, the War wouldn't find an end in the next 300 years. But one day, a 18 years old, young man of Feysaw decided to travel to Nehar and become a Shinomasuta like his Brother once was.


Here I have to say, that it's unusual for Feysaws to have a gift. And his gift is a very interesting one. He owns to Gifts. The 6 Steps Overstepping and the Black Iron arm Tenkai (both will be explained later). As he wanted to join one if the 10 Divisions of Nehar, He first wasn't able to join, cause he doesn't has a License that shows that he's a Shigen (Weapon Gifted) or Shisei (Magic Gifted). After a Test fight with a Master Shigen Sakunerayougi Ichiban, that Rayischo won, Sakunerayougi said that he's not a Shigen or a Shisei. His Gift source is his pure Concentration. He's only able to use the Tenkai cause he's focusing on the Vitory. His Tenkai was at this Moment very weak, so Sakunerayougi helped him with the Concentration Training. After a Year, Rayischo was accepted as the First Shiban. But one thing, Sakuneray and Rayischo have forgotten. His source for 6 Steps Overstepping is Shisei (Magic), Shiban (Concentration), and Shihon (Strength and Speed). So they trained again: one year. After this year, Rayischo was able to use Shiban and Shihon as a source for his Tenkai and even improved it. He created the Unbreakable Black Iron arm Tenkai 2 and is now able to lo use it on his lower arms and lower legs. His 6 Steps got stronger too. He's now able to use 4 Steps.


As a Division finally accepted him, he wasn't very happy. It was a Division that... was... very Infamous... The Black Division. There he met his older sister Remaii. As he heard about the title of her, he was shocked. She was a Shinomasuta, like her brother. She was one of the 8 strongest. He decided to become a Shinomasuta, just to beat her. For this, he wanted to train 2 years again. After the Two years he was 23 and already was well known as the Black Demon. He list his right eye and took one if a Demon. That wasn't that, what he wanted, but he wanted to life and thus was the only choice for him. He mastered all 6 Steps and his Tenkai got even stronger. As he Arrived at the Black Division house, he noticed that Remaii wasn't there anymore. One if the Division Members told him that Remaii gave the title Shinomasuta away. Rayischo was sad and angry at the same time. As he heard that Remaii wanted to rescue Her brother from Feysaw, he had a bit hope in his one eye and started to travel to Feysaw. During hus travel, he became one of the Shinomasuta. He's the first one who directly got a high place. He's the fourth Shinomasuta: the fourth strongest man in Nehar.

He's very nice and first help others before he thinks on him self. He knows when people tell lies or if they only want to fool you cause his Shiban us too good. He'll never attacks you if he thinks you aren't a treatment. If you attack him, he'll attack you.

|Unbreakable Black Iron Tenkai 2|


-Rayischo turns his lower arms or legs into an Unbreakable Black Iron. If he loses his Concentration while using it, it could be that he breaks every single bone in his arm when he hits something... (._. )... but it's Unbreakable... Yeah...-


|6 Steps|


-The 6 Steps are 6 moves that are very hard to control:

1.Step: Rayischo moves so fast that he creates a Shock wave around him that dodges every bullet (not missiles... Bullets). It looks like he only stands.

2.Step: It's like the 1.Step, but the Shock wave has a bigger range and cuts everything that's in it's way.


3.Step: Rayischo punches or kicks with as much speed and as much power as he can and creates Crescent-like Shock waves which are rushing to the target.


4.Step: It's like the 3.Step, but now, Rayischo uses Tenkai and Shisei to surround his lower arms and legs with Black Fire. The Shock waves now cut better than the sharpest sword and burns your target down with Black Fire.


5.Step: Rayischo is moving so fast, that the time stops for him. During this time, he seems to be invisible, but he's just too fast.


6.Step: Rayischo compresses air in his hand and than let out a Shock wave which crushes everything towards you.-





|Overstepping|


-When Rayischo uses the Overstepping, it looks like Red steam comes out his body. When he rushes to you, it looks like a Red Light Beam. After 10 minutes in the Overstepping mode, he isn't able to use the Overstepping or the 6 Steps for 5 minutes-





|Shiban sei sei|


-Rayischo's Concentration, Shiban, is dangerous. He's thinking on every Event that could happen. If you give him a way to dodge, he could dodge it with his Shiban sei sei. If Event A happens, Rayischo is able to think on dodging... and it takes not even a second. You can dodge his Shiban sei sei if you concentrate and let him think that Event A happens but than let Event C Happen but Suddenly Event B happens. That will confuse him or he stops to use Shiban sei sei.





Special Move:


|Tenkai Red Steam Black javelin|


-Rayischo uses Tenkai, Shisei and Overstepping and forms with Black Fire a javelin like thing what he boosts with his Overstepping and throw it at the target. It causes a big, black Fire Explosion.-
