Settings/Locations for Sleeping Beauty Disease
This is Oak Grove Academy, a huge private school built by the richest of the rich. One would think that the school would be only for the rich, but while it does require tuition, it's relatively low. As a result of really smart financial investments and risks, the school has made tons of money and is thriving in spite of the lackluster economy. The student body is massive. With a nice variety of extracurricular activities, it's up and active long before school, during class hours, up until it's dark
The school has a student body of nearly 1,100 students, ranging from grades 9-12
The Sleeping Beauty Disease has affected only 20 students, with 9 deaths. The news spread like wildfire and some of students have been withdrawn as paranoia of serial poisonings.
The school was built on the outskirts of the city, and while the vegetation was cleared out, the builders made it a priority to preserve enough of the plant-life.
The classrooms use all the latest technology. The school standards are complete overachieving. It's been shown that this school is near the top in terms of grades and test scores. Since there's tuition needed to go here, and a strict disciplinary policy, the number of bad students are incredibly low
