I am usually able to get one or two early-morning posts during the week, and am able all day over the weekend. I am also available at about 4-7 on a weekday, but today I'm available pretty much any time after noon.

Yeah, so for Black Dragon abilities, go to the Dragon Information page in character sign-up, click on Alduin's name, and look at his abilities. The only thing different is that you can use all Thu'um (well, almost), not just the ones on Alduin's page. He can use any Thu'um, he just doesn't.
