Futuristic (Simple/Casual/Improv) Terra Nova:The Primes

This is a sort of test RP and a side story to a bigger story I wanted to make.This will also be largely improvised as we go along.


Basically,you are a team of space explorers.You call yourselves The Primes and go around to every planet to collect,kill,trade,and anything else you feel like doing.Sometimes you spend months in a planet,sometimes only a day.However you spend your time,you are always moving and there is always something going on.Recently,there has been talk of a crazy powerful and valuable ancient artifact on a rather distant planet.Everyone and their grandparents are searching for whatever this thing might be.You,however,are even more determined and have already set course for the artifact.You will do whatever you can and follow any lead you can gather.You may have to kill,steal,sabotage,sacrifice,and compromise to get to this uncharted planet.No one knows where it is and it is unnamed.You have to follow clues and go through the longest and hardest journey The Primes have ever had.

Backstory:Raised on the Megalopolises on Earth, Lycian was a tech whiz from a young age, at 16 developed an A.I. to keep him company and act as a butler, with it's assistance he built "The Winter's Wolf" from the ground up and has made his life's mission to help as many as he can in the endless blackness of the cosmos. He spends a good deal of his time in a hanger and often sleeps in the living suite built into the cargo bay of his ship. "The Winter's Wolf" is outfitted with a frame shift drive which works in three levels, first is "flight speed" maxing out at about 212 mph, then is "Hypercruise" and has a max speed of 3x the speed of light and runs at a min. speed of 32 km/s, finally is "Hyperjump" which allows him to jump from star system to star system in minutes, however consumes a greater amount of fuel, the ship itself runs on a Hydrogenic Ion Engine which allows him to essentially refuel from the Hydrogen in the atmosphere of a system's local sun. Armed with mid-level kinetic shields, a pair of 50. Caliber Multi-Cannons and a EMP Torpedo bay. Currently looking for fellow scientists to help him with his "Aegis" Project.

Woah Woah hold your horses there partner,this is just an idea. xD Haven't made a character sheet yet and I know there's a higher chance of this crashing and burning.Hope you're not totally destroyed if your character isn't put to use because the RP doesn't take off.But we'll see.Thanks for the interest though.
