Silva is a short girl, standing at 5 feet tall, with a curvy hourglass figure. Her eyes are bright blue, and she has wavy dark brownish black hair. She normally wears white converse, a soft flora dress with a few layers around, and a black denim jacket. She also has a silver heart locket.


Powers


Electricity Manipulation and Generation- Silva can control electricity and create it using the energy in her own body. That's why she carries snacks. It's pretty easy for her to disrupt electrical equipment, and she shocks people alot. On accident of course.


Lighting Body- Silva can turn her body into electricity. 


Weaknesses


Energy loss- When using her main power of generating and manipulating electricity takes alot of energy, and if she's not careful,  it could lead to her passing out, not being able to function properly, or pain. Pain being crippling migraines. 


Personality


Silva is a nice person to everyone. She loves helping others, and making new friends, and is hardly scared of anyone. She counters hate with niceness, almost always has a small smile, and despite what people think, she's not a crybaby. She bottles it up until it burst, making her very, very angry.


Bio


Silva was born a small town in NC, to a drunk alcoholic father who spent his time with video games, and aa druggie mom. She has no siblings, and very little extended family so when DSS sent her off, it's no wonder they sent her to sleep crappy house. She found out she had powers shortly after and was chased off by the other kids. She spent years on the road experimenting with her powers. She found the academy around her 15th birthday and has been there ever since.

Powers


Electricity Manipulation and Generation- Silva can control electricity and create it using the energy in her own body. That's why she carries snacks.


Metal Skin- She can turn her skin to steel.


Metal Manipulation- She can also control metal, mainly iron and steel. Sometimes copper, but that's when she's crashing from a sugar high.


Weaknesses


She can't swim- Ok, so, it's not that she didn't lear, it's that she'll sink. Being able to turn into metal leaves you...basically a paper weight. 


Chlorine- She'll rust. Normally, it look like a weird tan or nasty sunburn, and it doesn't last forever, but she can't change her skin until it's back to normal.

Personality


Silva is a nice enough person, with a few anger issues and a less and good handle on her own emotions. She likes to help people, and puts others infront of herself. Though, really, she acts however she wants to.
