Well finally go the new sid book, and was reading the cartoons [always do that first =P] and when I got th ethe last page, I practically soiled myself...till I turned the page.


Does anyone recognize the person who is bed with Ejava?


Why would Mnemnon look like she does in the cartoon?


What are your alls thoughts?
 
I believe that's Ahn-Aru, aka Sad Ivory, the canonical Sidereal character that's statted out in the 2e Core.  Those fur-topped thigh-high boots give it away.


As for Mnemnom... Some kind of Sorcery maybe?  I have no idea.


Now, its pretty stupid for me to ask this, but that's the Empress and the Ebon Dragon coming out of that rip, right?
 
Maybe Mnemon managed to attain a really, really high Essence rating (9? >_>) with the help of the Bronze Faction... and her body turned into her Element! Or something.


And yes, the Empress and the Ebon Dragon.
 
I still think it's a typo there... It should either say "Ejava" or "Righteous Tsunami". ^_^ ;


Unless you think that Mnemon would have had a hair-cut, lost an eye (got an eyepatch) like Righteous Tsunami (the Tya sidereal head of the Western Convention), AND has access to celestial sorcerery for the iron body arsenal spell...
 
I know... I'ved talk to Mel on aim... she says it's mnemon in the warstrider according to the script she was given or something... -_-

You know, I don't want to question you or the artist... but... ahem... how to put it... that script I would understand even less.
 
Okay now I am really confused, Its Memnon in warstrider, taking control of the army and confronting the empress?


I dont understand, its Ejava's dream, of her probable death..

Dude, her hubby is a huge ass demon dragon of doom. There are plenty of good looking girls around without that kind of drawback.
 
I was confused at first too.. but the reason is.. we're mixing up the script and the pictures.. and taking the mix for granted.. .. if you presume that it was supposed to be mnemon in the warstrider, leading the armies.. which is certainly plausible, and would be a lot more probably of her being damn surprised at mommy coming back..


The reason it confuses you, is you think.. how can ejava be dreaming about her death if it's it mnemon?.. but.. the bit that says its about her death is the script, which was possibly changed ^^


Instead, if you read sad ivory as saying something like, "That's a vision of how things are going to end if Mnemon takes the throne, clearly you must take it yourself, you hot red-headed strumpet you." Then it makes more sense.


She can certainly have vision dreams of people other than herself, what, is she that egotistical? ^^
 
Ya know, that would work and all if it weren't for one small detail.  


The Empress directly addresses the individual in the Warstrider as Ejava.  So it's not Mnemnom. Whatsoever.
 
Damn it, why are you people so confused?! Obvioulsy, Mnemon and Roseblack were one single entity from the first place!!!
 
Or it COULD be Mnemon and Roseblack being REALLY cosy in the warstrider....   :D
 
What? They could have extracted Mnemon's spirit from her body and made her the secondary AI spirit... a ghost in the machine. ^_-

While I dislike your spelling error, I love the way you think!  So, Chain Daggers for the web launchers? Dart Hailstorms for the machine gun-hands?   :D
 
hmm, it's not actually as silly as I first though, it'd essentially be a Moonsilver Royal Warstrider for a Spider totem
