I need some help! I just came back from vacation in the mountains but as soon I come home, I have fallen ill. I go back to work tomorrow and I can't call off. Anyone have any remedies or tips to make it through a 10 hour shift? I work at 5am :(


My temp is 102, sore throat, migraine, body pain, and restlessness. When I rest I feel worse. Anyone got any tips?

For the throat. Lemon water. It's just some lemon in hot water. I don't put honey, but you can if you want. Chicken soup helps in every way. To heal, with the throat, just makes you feel better. Just take it easy, and for work, just take lots of tea and chicken soup (I've seen loads of people put chicken soup in a coffee cup and take it to work when sick) and all I can say is be strong. c:
 
Take a hot shower/bath. Could help. Hot tea works for a friend, so you can try that as well. Lemon, like the person above said, is also good. Don't forget to get some fruit juice. I know when I don't feel good I love having some vitamin c.
