Should "Power awarding Prana" affect godblooded.

theirs two sides to this argument.


on one side allowing the exalt to use this charm on a god blooded or thaumatage might seem unbalancing. or that the conflicting essence powers are contradictory or some such.


on the other side one can argue the power of a half caste in particular should make it EASIER to so empower one.


please make a suggestion.

Power awarding prana is designed for mortals so I wuold guess that you would need a stronger charm to inerfere with the slightly stronger pattern of the hafe caste.
