Below are a few RP Ideas I have in mind. I am limited on the number of RP’s I can manage. So I intend to be a little selective.

  Requirements
  -Literate. Use 3rd person, past tense. Decent spelling and grammar. Post length should be at least 500 words.
  -Communicative and Committed. I am looking for someone who can post at least every other day. If something comes up, communicate. I understand real life. I am the one person at work who keeps getting stuck with extra duties at the last minute.
  
  You will need a CS (more than one in some cases).

  You know that old expression: Not if you were the last man on Earth? Well, you might not be, but it is sure starting to feel like it.
  
  Plague Chronology 2027-28
  
  This is a post-apocalyptic setting in which a flu-like virus has wiped out most of humanity. The outbreak started in March 2027. By Aug 2028, just over a year, 99.97% of the population was dead. There is no known cure. A very small percentage of the population is “immune” - none older than teens and only a tiny minority of those are over 16.
  
  Gas has gone sour. Diesel is starting to go bad. Utilities? Gone. GPS? Food? It’s out there, but not so much in stores as hoarded in homes where people tried to stock up, but died before consuming it. Of course, if you know how to live off the land ...
  
  Anyway, this is a story about two teenage girls (ages 16 and 15 at the time of the outbreak) with two younger kids, surviving more than a year later. They run into a pair of teenage boys around their age.
  
  The older characters look like they could be sisters. But not even close.

  Dr Sybil Shepard (She will look very different as she has disguised herself to appear normal, less conspicuous.)
  
  In 2027 evidence of a massive object entering the Solar System was detected passing through the Oort Cloud. It was travelling at about 2 million miles per hour relative to the Sun and on what many thought was a collision course with Earth. And it was massive, affecting the asteroids in the Oort Cloud, yet invisible. The date of impact was set in early 2038.
  
  The closer the object got the more astronomers learned. It was incredibly small and extremely dense. Some theorized it was a remnant fragment of a neutron star smaller than a pea. (A teaspoon of neutron star matter would weigh as much as the Earth.) It carried in its wake an asteroid / meteor swarm, some as large as planet killers. These were tentatively identified as remnants of carbon and iron planets, and even earth like planets.
  
  We had 10.6 years to prepare. Of course, the government has kept the threat a secret to prevent panic.
  
  Even if by some miracle the object and the planet killer sized asteroids missed the Earth nowhere was truly safe. Earth would still have meteor strikes raining down. At least 99% of the impact craters would be far smaller than the one at Meteor Crater, AZ. Worse would be the effects of gravitational forces. Massive tsunamis of the Hollywood variety would wipe out the coastal regions. The Chain of Fire would go crazy with earthquakes and volcanoes.

  In this FxM scenario, I need someone to run the male protagonist who is part of the plan to ensure the survival of the human race, and if possible something of our civilization. You could be military, scientist, whatever. This is intended to be a romance, so young and healthy would be good. You can have NPC’s to fill in as needed.
  
  My character will have made posts on a few websites regarding various astrophysical theories about such phenomena as neutron stars and gravity, suggesting her comprehension is well above average. But all anyone knows about her is her avatar - P$B3Lmtida. It was believed to be a play on words for the name Sybil, the prophetess. The sibylline books were kept at the temple of Apollo on Mt Ida.
  
  Even with the unlimited resources of the US government, the IP address was untraceable. The closest they pin down her location was somewhere in the southwest corner of Wyoming to Salt Lake City, UT. And so began an attempt to challenge her by dragging her into a scientific debate, then an invitation to a conference at some time to debate at length. Salt Lake City will be the chosen site for the trap.
  
  In truth, Sybil is no more aware of the threat than any other member of the public. She just knows her science. She is NOT a member of the Press fishing for a conspiracy story. She is, however, a very private person who lives as off the grid as possible. If she senses a trap, she will almost certainly vanish. But if she can be drawn out of hiding and convinced to cooperate, she may hold insights as to how to save the human race.

  Diane Matthews
  
  Diane Matthews showed up the first day of classes at Model High School in Rome, GA. She was the New Girl. Her father dropped her off in the company truck. He ran a salvage yard. As fate would have it, a number of kids were there to witness this - and recorded it for use in social media. By the end of the day the girl had been nicknamed Junkyard Jane.
  
  Diane was new to the school. She was starting her junior year. She was unmistakably pretty despite the fact that she dressed more like a hippy flower child from the 60’s. (She wore blue jean outfits.). Maybe that’s what the other girls feared.
  
  Note: Diane has bandages on her wrists that some might think is an indication of a suicide attempt. Not the case at all. She is also banged up from being hit by two vehicles.
  
  The next day the girl discovered that her guitar which she had locked up in the Music building was filled with smelly garbage. It was quickly becoming apparent that she was the new target of choice for bullies.
  
  You had a good idea who was responsible for the bullying. The Cheer captain. Probably her boyfriend. But it would be social suicide to try to associate with Diane. Diane was clearly upset about her guitar, but didn’t exactly break into tears. Instead her father showed up midday and took the guitar home for her. Diane went about her business as if nothing had happened. She didn’t play the victim.

  In these scenarios I intend to roleplay the vampires and their minions. However, it IS possible to become a new vampire or become a servant yourself.
  
  MxF Ideas
  The Purple Flash! This is an RP about a Malkavian who thinks he is a superhero. Your character would be a tough-as-nails woman such as a cop, soldier, PI. She is the sort most would regard as a heroine.
  
  Dance of the Damned Based on a 1989 film where a vampire seduces a stripper and brings her home - and gives her a taste of what it is like to be a vampire. He is undecided as to whether he will make a meal out of her or not.
  
  On the Edge A woman who has lost everything stands on the railing of a bridge or atop a tall building trying to decide whether to end her life in the wake of tragedies. Vampire saves her life. Then he gives her a choice.
  
  I Will Survive A vampire watches as a woman struggles against all odds to survive a violent death at the hands of a gang.
  
  Beyond All Hope Woman with all the potential in the world (music, science, whatever it was, she was truly gifted). Then she discovers she has six months to live (or less). Vampire decides to give her a new lease on life - or unlife.
  
  New Partner at Precinct 13 Female homicide detective gets a new partner. Her work generally runs nights. Unbeknownst to her, he is a vampire.
  
  I also have FxM scenarios, and some can be run as FxF, but those wouldn’t be romances.
