Shoot to Kill (SnowFeather x DarkHawk)

Leon was sitting in the briefing room, being briefed on his next assignment. Finally, feels good to finally returned from the Wild of battle after his squad had gone MIA.

After being given all of the details he still had some information to recive. "And who will be leading my company?" He asked.

The door opened to reveal a woman in uniform. Her jacket was open to reveal a tank top, the neck line going low and revealing some cleavage. She had a stern look on her face and her long blonde hair flowed down her shoulders.

She walked into the room and the men saluted her, one calling "attention!". She walked up to the front and turned to look at Leon in particular. "Welcome to Alpha-Company." She said darkly.

A man swallowed. "Presenting Captain Zara Blackburn, of Alpha-Company." He said with authority. Zara blinked and folded her arms over her chest.

Leon looked at the captain and stood in attention. Bringing his hand to a salute he said: "Yes sir! Thank you sir!" Before ending his salute but still standing in attention.

Leon had never seen a woman who really caught his eye. But this woman was: stern, yet beautiful; strong, yet feminine; and above all, someone just like him. One who looks as if they live battle above all else.

He blushes slightly but not enough for anyone to else to notice. "When do deploy captain!?" He asked the capt.

Zara smirked. At least one decent soldier had joined her company. She took a step back and turned towards the desk where there were papers laid out.

She picked them up and skimmed through them. "Two weeks, Staff Sergeant." She said, before looking up.

She laid the papers down on the desk and smirked as she walked closer to Leon. "At ease." She added, seeing how tense he looked. "Hopefully, it won't be too early, will it?" She then asked, raising a perfect eyebrow.

He losened up slightly but still stood at attention as he was in the presence of a higher ranked officer. "No sir! If anything it is too late!" He replied as he kept his look straight ahead like he should.

He could feel her eyes examining him for any weaknesses or strengths. He swallowed carefully as he wondered what was going on in her mind.

Zara studied him thoroughly. He looked strong, and you could see his muscles through his uniform. She admitted it was kinda hot.

Her had a strong build and he looked decent. He'd last long in one on one combat. But he might be slower than a smaller, faster opponent.

Leon glanced around, putting his counter-intelligence skills to use, looking Zara up and down through the reflection of the glass on on the captains quarters.

She was very attractive, and she looked like she could handle herself well. Honestly, he had to admit she could probably take him in a one on one fight by sheer skill alone, not to mention her strength as well.

Zara smirked. "See something you like, Staff Sergeant?" She said, raising an eyebrow.

She noticed, yes. Nothing would go undetected under her watch. She was like an eagle, always on alert for prey, but also danger.

She ran a hand through her hair and her eyes shone as she looked slightly up at Leon. She knew, yes. She knew he'd been checking her out.

Leon blushes badly, this time enough for others to notice. Slightly nodding and saying: "Yes sir.."

He had to admit, her noticing just made her even more attractive. He could feel his heart racing the way only battle had made it race in the past.

Zara smirked, seeing his obvious blush. "Well I suggest you save it for after the war." She said, clicking her tongue.

She sounds around on her heel and walked towards the exit. She stood beside the door and nodded. "Dismissed." She said, and everyone started leaving, nodding to her in respect, some saluting.

Leon Salutes to the Captian before turning on his own heel and leaving the room. "I must become stronger." He said to himself as he walked down the corridor towards the combat trainer.

He spent a few hours running multiple different situations before deciding to head towards the exit.

Zara walked down the corridor towards her quarters. She passed several members from her company, who all stopped and saluted her. She returned the gesture and kept moving.

She passed by the combat trainer and couldn't help but see Leon. She watched for a bit, and as he came out, she clicked her tongue.

"Your right punch is too slow, and you need to bend your knees, and move your legs more." She said, glancing up at him as she leaned against the wall.

Leon looked up and then readied at attention, saluting and feeling ashamed for being seen in his present condition.

"Yes sir! Thank you sir!" He said as he finished his salute. "I will improve on them both and hope to become a better soldier accustomed to the Battlefeild and to Alpha Company."

Zara smirked. "At ease," she told him, laughing. "Always so...strict, aren't I?" She mumbled to herself.

She nodded her head slightly. "I could help you with that." She told him, about wanting to improve. She saw no harm in helping her men to their best potential, and Leon seemed to have a lot.

Leon lowers his posture but then shakes his head vigorously. "N-no. I didn't mean that it's a bad thing!" I scratch my head and think about your offer.

"If you would be willing to. I would be most grateful sir!" He smiled a little, which was a rare occurrence.

Zara hesitated, but nodded. "Meet me outside my quarters at 0800 sharp tomorrow morning. If your late, you'll miss your chance." She said with a smirk.

She then gave him a quick salute and spun around, walking down the hall, her jacket still open and her hair put in a long braid.

Leon grined slightly before saluting Zara and walking off towards his own quarters. As he reached them he opened the door and slipped inside.

He set and alarm early so he could be up and ready by 0800. He had layed out all of his gear and clothing for the next day.

(He seems awfully excited xD , also I'll Timeskip to like 0730 or something)

Zara's eyelids flickered open and she sat up, stretching her arms in the air. She got up and out on her uniform.

She always wore her jacket open, since the jacket was pretty right, and she thought it revealed too much curves. She then fixed her hair, just running her hands through it and then putting it up in a messy bun.

She brushed her teeth and then looked up. In the ceiling, not too far above, was a silver, round tube. She leapt up and grabbed it, hanging.

She pulled herself up several times, morning work out. Her basic morning routine, obviously. She hopped down after a while and wiped the sweat from her forehead.

Leon woke up a few minutes earlier to his blaring alarm. He shut it off and got up from bed. He put on his basic military outfit and he started his basic routine.

Five laps around his quarters, 50 push ups, 50 squats, 50 sit ups, and 25 jack knives. After he had finished he checked the clock, realizing that it was almost 0800.

Leon ran from his quarters and jogged towards where the captains quarters were. As he arrived he checked his watch and it was nearly 0800. So, as any good soldier would, he stood at attention outside of her doorway.

(Well of course. He hasn't ever felt this experience besides in battle remember?)

Zara looked at her watch. 0759. She shrugged and put on her jacket. She then ran a hand through her hair and walked out of her quarters, to see Leon at attention.

"At ease," she told him, glancing up. She smiled darkly before spinning around and starting to walk, motioning for him to follow her.

"Sleep well?" She asked him.

Leon nodded carefully and started to follow behind Zara. He loosened up slightly and relaxed as he wondered what they were going to do.

"May I ask what we are going to do?" He questioned Zara.

Zara nodded, continuing to walk through the corridors. "Combat. You're gonna attack me, and try to bring me down." She said simply.

They reached an exit and she walked through the door, holding it for Leon. Once they were out, she lead him to a grass field.

Leon followed closely behind, trying not to stare at Zara but seems to fail. Every time he snapped back he found himself looking at her.

"Alright. I shall try my best." He responded and looked at her blonde ponytail.

Zara took off her jacket and bent down, tying her shoelaces. She stretched once, and the rose fully again. She turned around to face him and smirked.

"Ready when you are." She said, crossing her arms over her chest. She motioned for him to do his worst.
