Rules:
1. I expect literacy from you. Be able to put a sentence together properly.
2. No one liners-- there is a two paragraph minimum per post.
3. I'm not saying you have to post everyday, but a few times a week would be nice. Please don't express interest if you can't meet this requirement. I know that things come up, and that's not what I'm talking about here.
4. Be polite and respectful. If you can't manage this, you will be kicked, and YC will be killed off. (ha.)
5. This is NOT first come, first serve. There will be a writing sample required in the CS.
6. Romance isn't a must, but it's encouraged/enjoyed by most. (Note, I said most). But don't break RPN's rules. Fade to black if needed.
7. Be mature. Not saying this RP is going to break RPN's rules, but i'm saying there may be mature topics/triggers. Do not bash anyone's character or anything like that.
8. On the topic of triggers, please be respectful. Do some research if you have to. Triggers are nothing to take lightly, and if someone gets upset, don't bash them for getting upset. Warn us if your post or character has triggers/trigger warnings.
9. If you have an issue with someone, come to me first. Or be a big person and actually talk to them about it.
10. YES this is a reboot, and NO it is NOT my roleplay! I am not claiming rights to this! The roleplay belongs to a friend of mine, who I will be tagging to join. So I am not stealing, don't accuse me of doing so.

PLOT
Welcome to the endearing seaside town of Ships Haven, known for our beautiful ports, beaches and out kind population... Well as long as you stay on the right side of town. We've been dealing with a bit of an issue, West Feild High recently burnt down due to a student prank over the summer, so as of this coming school year the West Side kids will be mixing with East Side teenagers in Ships Haven Prep. We are sure it'll be fine, we trust that all kids will be... respectful... with their hosts and their guests.

Besides that let me tell you more about the town. We have many sights and landmarks that are a great pride for our great town; We have Raymonds Diner which rests in the middle of the town, a popular hang out for all of the kids in town, there's also the governments dock a 15 foot dock that is used mostly for larger ships but also fishing and jumping into the sea. Our mayor prides himself on the beauty and culture of our town, Anchor Park holds plenty of town history like the anchor of the Maid Of Glory the first ship that brought settlers here.

That's all we have time for but we hope you enjoy your time in our quaint town!

So yes, this is a bad x good, west x east type of roleplay. I don't want alot of characters, though I haven't decided on a limit as of yet. Feel free to make as many characters as you can handle. Bring the drama (IC ONLY) and secrets and such!!!

WEST SIDE
Those who live in the West Side haven't exactly had the easiest time; poverty, drugs, and violence are common place in the cracked, rundown streets. Gang Activity is prominent and has become a problem amoungst the youth with many turning to crime in desperation. People usually fear the west side teenagers, assuming they are criminals or will cause trouble, and many of then are willing to oblige to that stereo type, which might be what led to the fourth of July firework prank that burned town the highschool in their area. But there always have to be some diamonds in the rough, there is more to these trouble makers than people believe.

EAST SIDE
In contrast to them, we have the rich and beautiful of the East side, well at least that's how the West siders view them. Middle class and up families live in the clean streets of the neat suburbs, but even perfection has cracked and trouble happens in paradise. There are secrets behind the closed door of the mansions and pain behind the hair extensions and false eyelashes.
