"She's my sister," Brendan replied, fiddling with the metal. He needed to occupy his hands. He could never sit still, but that was a good thing.

Sam hit the table, "I knew she was a firestar," Sam looked at Brendan, "she wasn't willing to tell me earlier, when she first arrived and we were all talking in the dorm room."

"Well, if you excuse me, I'm going to forge some weapons," Brendan said, getting up. It was kind of awkward to talk to someone. He couldn't wait to get back into his forge and craft some weapons.

Sam waved, "nice meetin you kid." Then walked into the kitchen to put his dishes in the sink. Sitting back down, he leaned back, "so, anyone got plans for tonight?"

Gwen shakes head as she finishes eating and gets up. "Not in the slightest... Hey Ash, Rose." She greeted the two as Ash walked in and sat down with a plate of food. "Hey." Ash replied before digging into her food while Rose gave a slight nod as she too was busy eating.

Malachi stood up, "I was thinking of making a zip line across the city, I could use some help from you guys." He nodded to Sam and Gwen.


"Sounds good to me," Sam shrugged, "I don't have any plans anyway.

Gwen raises a brow. "A zip line? Really...? Count me out... Sounds weird plus I doubt the clave would like that." She said as she got up and put her plate in the sink.

Malachi smiled, "What could be so weird about a zipline, I just want to get from anywhere in the city to another, quite quickly." Malachi lowered his voice, "and honestly, screw what the clave thinks, they're not much good for us anyway, the only good part is that we get to kill rogue bloodsuckers." Malachi shrugged, "but if you don't want to help, I'll just have to find El."

Gwen waves. "Good luck with that! Anyways night, also Sam that was kinda fun.." She said and grinned a bit before vanishing around the corner.

Sam waved, "anytime Gwen!" Turning to Malachi he raised an eyebrow. "Somehow are we doing this?"


Malachi pointed at Sam, "question of the day, I need you to go up on the roof, there is a ton of metal cable, just affix one end to something stable while I go find El." Malachi walked out of the dining hall and headed for the library, sure that he would find el there.


(It's too late for me to go on, night."

Gwen goes to bed as does Ash and Rose.


Lavender currently fast asleep in a tree and invisible.


Elizabeth reading the Pathfinder which Malachi got for her, sitting in the back of the library.

Malachi walks into the library, not seeing Elizabeth in the common area, he walks along the aisles until he sees Elizabeth near the back, seated in a chair facing away from him. Walking silently, he comes up behind her, "hey," he says as he sits down in a chair next to her, "want to help Sam and I set up a zipline across half the city?"

Elizabeth reading her book, very deep into it that she doesn't quite notice or hear him until after. "H-Huh? Oh hey..."

Malachi gave her a bit of a worried look, "you okay El, you seemed a bit off earlier."

Elizabeth blinks while looking at him. "Yeah I'm fine..." She said while watching him. "Why?"

"Well, I wanted to see if you wanted to help Sam and I set up a zipline."

Elizabeth closes her book slightly while looking at him. "I Uhm don't know... Sounds risky..."

"Of course its risky, Thats why we need at least three people to do it." Malachi puts his hand over hers, It'll be okay, I wont let anything happen to you."

Elizabeth bit her lip slightly. "I don't know..." She said softly while looking at him slightly.

Adelaide breathed heavily after her long run, doubling over. She controlled her breathing quickly and wiped her forehead with the back of her hand. A low rombling was heard coming from her stomach, Adelaide then realized she was starving!

Malachi chuckled slightly at Elizabeths hesitation, "Come on youll be fi-" "How you doin Big Bro?" Isaiah Popped out of nowhere right in front of him and Elizabeth, sword strapped to his back and carrying a large duffel bag.

Shawn slowly strolled to the kitchen, his stomach rumbling. When he got there, he made a quick soup and sat down, eating it and downing three glasses of water. As soon as he was done, he just sat there, not getting up.

Elizabeth blinked slightly in surprise as she was pressed back into the table she had been reading at. "...I'll talk to you later.." She said before quickly leaving.

Masala hi stood up, "wait, El." But she was gone. "Nice one little man." Malachi sighed looking at Isaiah, "thought you weren't arriving 'til later. Isaiah shrugged, "Tom decided it was better if I left today." Malachi started walking out of the library, "well, you made it just in time to help Sam and I set up a zipline." "Who's Sam?" Isaiah asked. "A friend," Malachi finished as they made it to the stairs. "Just leave your bag down here." And the two brothers climbed up to the roof.


(Think it would be a good idea if lavender returned to the academy for the night?)

Lavender silently walking back to the academy, has been carefully and quietly avoiding everyone, except Elizabeth since they are technically related by her father's side but hasn't really said much to her.
