i know this should go into subissions, but i wanted some feedback on it first so i could alter things, its a new (rather small) Martial Arts Style based off Naruto (the first of many) i figured it would be Terrestial, but it might be celestial, anyways without further aduo (and typos...hopfully)
History
The west has always been a tough land to live, with the numerous city states and Priate coloneys there is a vertiable trade in spies and assassins, Unsupersinly a group of the most talented of these Sneaky Fokes for hire evenchully got together and relised they could make more money working together and blending their talents, from this orignal brotherhood of 3 would come the Hidden Mist Society, as the three masters (all outcast Water aspected Dragon Bloods) took on apprentnces and had children, the exchange of fighting styles as well as getaway tricks and spying techniques was invediable, slowly a new style of fighting evolved from these hidden warriors, eptomising the ways of stealth and trickery with direct force carfully applied Shadow Mist style would evolve and dominate the sect quickly becoming the sole style, and a very closly gaurded secrect, the sect relys on it as second nature, and any opertive is trained well with it, even those who are not graced by exaultion as their essence is forcably pried open, those who survive become true hidden warriors and sevitors of the sect, those who fail die....
Weapons and Armor
Shadow Mist style is not compatable with any form of Armor nor weapon, however Shurken, Chakerams, and Swords are Preffered weapons of the users of the style as the charms often are of duration allowing the users to weild their weapons of choice after activating the powers of the style. Note that for any of the powers of the style to funchion there MUST be water, at least 2 gallons of it, and in many cases much more. note that charms from this style may be used in combos with other martial art charms as long as you do not violate its nessary requirments or bans on armor and weapons
Water Creation Technique
Cost: 1 mote per Gallon
Duration: Instant

Sometimes you find yourself in a situation were water isnt readly avaiable, thus the first steps apon this path teach you to creat water from nothing, this water is vomited up and leaked from the hands yet is clean pure water usable for drinking or more commenly the other arts of this Style

Cost: 2 motes

Minimum Esence: 2
Minimum Martal Arts: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Water Creation Technique
Calling apon a deeper understanding of the path a student may heat up nearby water creating a shroud of mist that obscures them from sight both within the cloud and outside of it, the cloud covers a area of their essence in yards and is impossable to rely on visual senses to see into or even within the cloud, the martial artist is likwise impared within the cloud, the mist carrys with it a faint hissing sound and slighty salty smell to it, adding +1 to diffcultys of using those senses within it

as the student grows in might so to dose their understanding of trickery, forming a complex Illusion built from mist that duplicates their excat apperance the student allows the clone to be harmed while moving out of the way, This grants them a Dodge manuver at thier full dodge pool agenst any attack they are aware of and even allows the dodging of magical attacks, undodgable however, remains undodgable

exciting the water within their body a master may grant themselfs the likness of mist, they becoming incridbly light, trippling all jumping distances and may stand on things as delicate as rice paper suspended in the air without breaking though it, even greater, the master may dodge any and all attacks they are aware of with their full dodge pool without using any of their achions, they may only dodge up to their Essence per turn however.
Water Prision Technique
Cost: 2 mote per turn
Duration: varies
Type: Supplemental
Minimum Esence: 3
Minimum Martal Arts: 5
Prerequisite Charms: Shadow Mist Form
At times you find yourself agenst multiple foes and one of them is strong enough that alone they challenge you, with the others helping it is impossable to beat them, while retreat is always a option, somtimes you need to fight them, this move was invented for such a time, it requires your opponet to be standing in at least ankle deep water about 2 feet across, when attacking them you roll for a clinch, if you succeed you do not grapple them, rather the water rises up around them holding them within it, you must be touching this water in some way (and indeed part of your body is covered by it) but it is solid allowing you to stand on it, and fight on with your remaning limbs, the captured one may escape as normal for breaking a grapple, but must score twice the nessary number of suxx on a single roll, otherwise only not paying for the charm, or removing your touch from the prision frees them.

a refinment of the Mist Clone this allows you to creat a fully real copy of yourself, maxium of your essence, each of these extra you may attack a target indepently or parry as seen fit, they come to life armed as you are and remain in existance for 1 turn, each clone requires 3 gallons of water and comes into existance however armed you are, at the end of the turn (or when delt any damage lacking soak) they dissipate into water, note these clones are identical to you, so unless your foe is using certin charms, you could hide among your own clones to buy yourself some time
Hail of Ice
Cost: 2 motes per HL
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Esence: 3
Minimum Martal Arts: 5
Prerequisite Charms: Shadow Mist Style
This charm Funchions excatly like Elemental Bolt attack, save it requires half a gallon of water per ice needle, and may be split up among diffrent targets
Crystal Ice Mirrior
Cost: 10 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Supplemental
Minimum Esence: 4
Minimum Martal Arts: 5
Prerequisite Charms: Hail of Ice
Wraping yourself in watery essence you assult a target attacking as normal, however your attack deals no damage and is unsoakable by armor, only being soaked by a targets Sta+Resistance, for each suxx you score over the opponet you inflict a -1 dice penelty on them, if this exceeds their Stamina they are turned to a Statue of Ice permently, otherwise the peneltys vanish by the end of the turn, as dose the ice that accumlated on them

At the Pinnical of this path a pratichner releises there is always ambient water around them allowing them to make use of all charms within this style with no need of water being present instend taking it from the envormoent.
EDIT- for Water Clone Jutsu it should also include that as long as the watery doubles are active there is a percentage chance to miss you and hit on the clones by your foes, the percentage depending on how many clones are out there
