  Teyvat had been peaceful for a long time. Well, as peaceful as it could be with hillichurls, Treasure Hoarders, and the like around. Business as usual, the same old, same old...
  
  Until a mysterious outlander appeared.
  
  At first, there wasn't much of a change. They were just an outlander, exploring the world. To most, they just seemed like an ordinary traveler. Who were they to suspect anything? Few could sense the great power within them, but those who could thought nothing of it.
  
  It wasn't until the outlander went off on their own with a young vision holder, vision still foreign to them, their true potential untapped with their inexperience. The outlander had said they would help this young allogene train, and the offer was eagerly accepted. No sooner than the vision holder had prepared to harness their power, the outlander rushed forward, grabbing the vision, detaching it from their waist.
  
  "Though you have been blessed with this power, you know not how to control it. The gifts of your deities should not be given to one such as yourself, wandering aimlessly to find a way to use it. Hmph," they scoffed, hand gripping the vision tightly, "this power will be more helpful to me, as will you."
  
  The outlander returned the vision to it's original place, the vision bearer frozen in place. However, the back of the vision had a strange symbol on it in black. An exact copy of it appeared on the young vision holder's hand, and that sealed the deal. They were now under the outlanders control, their second in command.
  
  Easily enough, they soon took more visions, adding their insignia and making more puppets out of their allogenes. Soon, the outlander controlled the Abyss Order. Then, they made their motives known.
  
  "To give power to mere mortals is a sin. Power belongs to those who are born with it. These... visions will only cause the people to become blind in their hunt for power. Therefore, I will collect this power and potential for myself. And then, I will take the power of your gods as well."
  
  Their statement shocked Teyvat. The wheels of fate began to turn, as those who once were caught up in conflict joined together and called upon their archons for help. Soon, the Archons formed the Celestial Council, enlisting those who wanted to fight for their freedom to join them. Whether or not they can save their world and destroy the strings attached to the outlander's puppets and bring them back to their senses remains to be seen...

  - Discord will be mandatory for the OOC simply because it's far easier to contact me and helps me keep more things organized. It will be released when we have a good amount of interested parties. The actual RP will be done on site
  - I and any other admin/contributor have the right to reject your character or remove you from the thread. If you repeatedly make people uncomfortable or cause problems, you will be kicked.
  - It is not required for you to have prior knowledge about the game to join. I will be available to help you learn about the world, as will others, and the Genshin Impact Wiki is always a good source of information if you're confused.
  - No more than one Archon per person. The same goes with plot relevant positions (The outlander, second in command, etc), as more will potentially be created as the plotline evolves during plotting. You can have an Archon and the second in command, but not two Archons.
  - Similarly, no more than one high position in a specific organization per person. This does not count the unique titles some Knights of Favonius have (ex: Spark Knight, Spindrift Knight) or outriders, however it does include a head of the outrider division. You can have the 1st Fatui Harbinger and the Knights of Favonius's Calvary Captain, but not the 1st AND 5th Harbingers.
  - Since many things are unknown, due to certain nations being unreleased and other information, we will be taking liberties with lore that we do not fully have.
  - Anime styled faceclaims only - Credit your sources and faceclaims please.
  - There will not be a character limit, but please do keep in mind your own abilities to do so.
  - This is LGBT+ friendly. Characters of any gender and sexuality are allowed.
  - No OOC drama, keep it all IC please.
  - This RP will be semi-literate/advanced. No one-liners.
  - Please be 18 or older.
  - Run all major plots through me first, please.
  - Please do not make any OP characters. The Archons and the outlander are incredibly powerful, but they all have their limits. As such, please do not make up a new element.
  - Other weaponry types that are not used by playable characters in-game are allowed. If you wanna have a scythe character, make a scythe character. Scythe Scaramouche Supremacy.
  - Swearing is allowed. These are teenagers to young adults, they don't need to censor themselves.
  - Other rules may be added, and these are subject to change.

mmhm! personally, i don't care about frequency too much because things happen, The Big Sad[depression] kicks in, or you're drowning in obligations...
all i ask is that you let me know whats going on/if you're taking a break for a bit! ideally, i'll try to post at least once every two weeks, but if i can manage, hopefully multiple times. alas, the brain produces the Happy Chemical very... very... very sparingly so i don't know how well that's gonna go ;v;
