Rewind

Florin sat in his living room playing his piano when two guards walked in and asked him to grab three things and get on the bus. He grabbed his umbrella, blood pills, and favorite tie. "I'm ready," he said as they escorted him out the house he looked around the bus and sat all the way in the back he didn't notice any other vampires.

Arriving at the mansion

Upon arrival, they asked him to strip he was so pale and skinny the nurse smirked. "Sorry blood doesn't have a lot of calories," He said looking at her neck then looking into eyes. He put his clothes on and went into the other room after listening to guard he began looking for his partner the mysterious "O".

Ezra glowered as he was frisked. They'd found his hidden switchblade and confiscated it, so that was that gone. It wasn't worth memorizing the face of the stooge who took it, so he didn't. The rest of his stuff was in the corner of the room as he unpacked. A bunch of books, music, some random office supplies (it came in useful), his wardrobe (mainly in darker colors), and other odds and ends to make the place feel more like a home.

His parents had reminded him that he would be under stricter scrutiny here and to act accordingly. Not that it would harm the family name, but it would harm him. Not that they'd even bothered being there when he was picked up, they knew he could take care of himself.

Well while he was waiting for his roommate he might as well pass the time. Turning on the speaker he'd brought, he put on his *Razzy playlist, starting with Pomp and Circumstance. Pulling out a Spalding bouncy ball, he sat on his bed and began bouncing the ball off the wall before catching it when it bounced back.

Sammohan Bahros

By the time the guards had arrived to escort Sammy to the mansion, he'd already packed his three belongings: His favorite trinket, a music box, and a book full of his mothers drawings.

To say he was excited would be an understatement. Sam was ecstatic. True he was weary of meeting the other sins, he was also curious to see if he'd make any new friends. After all, he'd be there for four more years, right? They'd have to tolerate each other somehow.

After saying goodbye to his parents, giving them both tight hugs and kissing his mothers forehead, he climbed on the bus and bounced as they made their way to the mansion. It was huge, so to say. Maybe as big as how far Sam's gone through the waters back home? Anyways, it was amazing. Soon after leaving the bus he was brought along to strip down to be checked, which made him a cherry mess by the end, and leaving the nurses room as fast as possible.

Once given his new items, a fancy looking laptop and a toothbrush, Sammy set off to find his room. It didn't take that long, and when he went inside he gasped. It was so much different than his home before. It was magnificent.

Sam carefully placed his belongings on the floor to climb up the bed, feeling how comfortable it was against his human body. Though it was nothing like being in the water, it was pleasurable enough to satisfy the excited boy for the time being. All he had to do now was explore, meet the other sins, or stay in his room and wait for his roommate, the other 'X'. After minutes of thinking, he decided on the last option and wiggled himself deeper into his new mattress. He'd keep an ear out for when his roommate came, and welcome them with big arms.

Caelum Maël von Guthrie, sin of pride

To say Caelum was irritated would be an understatement. In fact, he was so furious, he could've been thought of as wrath. A bus- yes, a bus- arrived at his not-so-humble earthly abode far too early that morning, and he was told he was only allowed to bring three items with him. He had to leave his packed suitcase behind and assuming the clothes on his back and accessories he wore didn't count, chose one of the novels he wouldn't mind re-reading, a bottle of Swiss wine since he felt like he would need it, and the harp he recently started playing, if you considered making unmelodious noises playing.

The bus ride was unpleasant. He sat alone, too bothered by the people unlike him, which would've been fine if the trip wasn't two hours long. However, he was too proud to admit that he wanted company, so he opened up his book and started reading. Caelum had finished it twice when his ride finally reached the mansion and discovered he definitely didn't like it the second time. He was forced to line up with the rest of the sins and strip, where he perhaps was the most irked. He could remember one of the nurses was getting touchy with her filthy earth-hands, and in response, he called her a plague sore. She deserved it.

After re-dressing and finally exiting the room, he was given a laptop and a toothbrush. Of course, the two necessities in life. He was unsure what he'd do on the internet since he hadn't spent much time on it before, but upon realizing that it may be his only way to access the world without overbearing supervision, he was happy to have it.

He waltzed towards the list of names once the guard left and found his and his roommate's next to "O." Caelum almost stalked around the room in search of his roomie but ultimately decided he shouldn't have to. He held up his hand lazily and shouted, "Florin Tepes, whoever.. I am your bedfellow. Be honored."

Sapphire Lee
Sapphire was already waiting outside the door when the men came up. Her sisters and mother watching from the windows as the, currently, red-headed girl pulled out a tablet that held countless recipes separated into sections for each of the prevalent species, several romance novels and about two hundred songs on it, what looked to be a diary as well as well as a bottle of cooking wine. "Please, just let me get on the bus." She begged to the two men that seemed surprised by her eagerness but nodded in understanding when Sapphire's mother yelled out the window.

"Make sure to be pregnant with my grandchild or have at least had one when you get back!" Sapphire shuddered as the two men gave the poor girl pitying glances. Silently shuffling onto the bus Sapphire took note of the lack of others as the guards walked up behind her. They seemed to be the only ones and when Sapphire gestured towards the empty seats she was told that the others were all around the globe and that they'd all meet when they arrived at the house. Sapphire sighed a bit but sat down on the seat and began playing her music. It seemed that the guards appreciated Two Steps From Heaven as they tapped their feet in time with the orchestral beats.

Upon arrival Sapphire looked shocked to hear about the strip search. "Really?" Sapphire kept her smile on her face the best she could as the nurses took a bit too long frisking her. "That tickles silly." She swatted at one of the nurses that got a bit too handsy around Sapphire's chest. She could read the damn idiot's desire to do more than that, but she played it off. Sure, people would come to know she was a member of lust, but damnit she wasn't going to be like her sisters. Finally back in her usual attire Sapphire took note of the others that had gone before her. A vampire and sylph were talking. It was definitely a sylph because the way he greeted his roommate was full of narcissism. Praying to not be paired with the other sylph that would be attending this summit, Sapphire made her way to her room.

It was a simplistic room and although it lacked much, she would deal with it. Placing her laptop, tablet, diary and wine on a dresser Sapphire took note of the bunk bed and immediately went to the top one. Heights were her thing. She was an earth based nymph, but the sky is where all the mountains reached for. "Now to wait here for my roomie." She giggled at the thought of someone OTHER than her sisters sharing her room. Also, not having to listen to the series of moans of partners was going to be a relief.

Victoria Beaumont
Victoria was sitting on the porch to her estate when the bus arrived. She felt a bit of a twitch as she beheld the gaudy vehicle. It was bad enough that she was going to have to go without her servants for the next four years, but add in now that she would be transported about on a BUS of all things. The vampiric beauty was not at all thrilled. Putting on a well trained polite smile as the pair approached, Victoria handed them her violin case. "Don't drop it. That violin is worth more than your entire salary." She smiled politely before opening her umbrella and checking that her supply of blood vials was still on her person. She assumed that the next location would provide more, but if not, she figured she'd be able to send for them and have them overnighted to wherever they were going.

The long ride was one that Victoria didn't mind. Of course when there was some kind of distortion in reality she merely enjoyed the change of view. The next thing she knew she was definitely across the English Channel and into France. "Impressive. Maybe these buses aren't as bad as they seem." Deciding that she would like to practice she clapped her hands. "Guardsman, my violin." She ordered and the guard obeyed. It was wise of any species to adhere to the rules of nobility. "Good boy." She pet his head gently her touch a delicate one that left the man staring. "Now just sit and listen as I play." She opened her case and despite the bumpy ride she began to play, and the melody was something that one would expect from a professional. After all, two hundred years of practice bred perfection.

As the bus finally pulled to a stop, Victoria finished her impromptu concert to a round of applause from her guards. "You gentleman are too kind. I do hope to see you around. Maybe I'll even get the chance to play for you again." Her once again practiced smile slipped onto her face as she stepped out to see the other sins. Upon being told to strip, Victoria undid the bindings on her hair letting the white locks drape over her body with still a solid foot or two of her hair laying upon the floor. "I'm sorry lads, but I can't let just anyone see me." She spoke politely to her male housemates as the nurses felt over her skin. "Do you mind watching where those wandering hands go? I'm sure you wouldn't like to lose one." A smile still on her face but with bloodlust in her eyes as she whispered into the nurse's ear. Victoria was allowed to redress. With her clothes back on the girl managed to braid her hair in mere seconds once more, but it still reached to about her feet.

As she walked in and was given her computer Victoria took note of a nymph girl running down the hall and a sylph with his hand raised. "Oh my," She smirked as she looked at him and then to the other vampire standing in the room. Growing bored of window shopping she approached the sylph. "I'm sorry to bother you dear sylph, but I felt inclined to greet you." She curtsied with a smile showing her fangs. "My name is Victoria Beaumont and it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance." It was a simple greeting and took away from her setting her room up, but with only a violin to put away, there was enough time to mingle with the other sins.

Coralin "Wrath" Collias

Coralin was given a private bus just for her, he family had rented it. The bus could have fit up to 20 plus people, but it was just her and the bus driver; therefore, this obviously meant that Coralin sits in the back of the bus. She held in her arms the plush shark her brother had given to her for her past birthday. Out of anyone in her family he was the least embarrassed to be seen with her, as well as, talk to her. Actually he was the only one to spoil her and well, he was basically her guardian. Coralin was raised by her brother, who had the lease amount of Siren in him out of the entire family. For one he was a male Siren and although some could be quite powerful, her brother fell on the other side of the spectrum. Still he is the rare gender if the species and is special within the family and the most beloved. Coralin falls on the exact opposite spectrum of her family's love. Coralin was born premature and since she was born in an era with less technology to care for her premature birth, she has dealt with a huge defect. If she wasn't born a siren, Coralin would have been a miracle child for the era she was born in, but she was born with Vocal Cord Dysfunction, which meant she didn't have full control over her vocal cords. That in and of itself is worth shunning in a family of Sirens.

After the 2 hours of road in an empty bus and Coralin just watching the landscapes pass by, she finally arrived. The bus driver took her stuff out of the bus compartment and helped her down the steps, her plush still tightly held within her arms. It looked like others might have arrived, but she was busy with being told to strip. She put her plush down on top of her luggage as she nonchalantly stripped down to her laced undergarments. That was enough for them apparently and deduced she wasn't hiding anything. She put her simple striped tank top and mid waist shorts back on, picking up her plush once more. They handed her a laptop and a toothbrush and her luggage was whisked away. She saw some other people around now as she walked into a new room and up to a guard, he spoke to everyone? He told them that they were already assigned roommates and then leaves. She opened her mouth to protest, but all that came out was a very low and wispy protest that was interrupted by the closing of the door. It seemed people found chairs and letters, she was "K". She looked around, trying to speak up to find "K", but it would be useless until they found her.

Briar Rose

The sound of melodic humming resonated throughout the otherwise empty room if not for its human occupant. It was accompanied with gentle and rhythmic taps which added a personality to the small sound. There, sitting on a comfortable-looking aeron chair was a blonde female with soft features. Rosy, lean, elegant with a bright pair of baby blue eyes glinting with interest as they traveled all over the various screens showing every nook and corner of the mansion along with its newly arrived inhabitants.

A smile crept its way to her blood-red lips.

Today marks the start of the four-year long get-together of the sins and she has been given the honor to watch over them. Fascinating, she thought to herself as she leaned back into the comfort of her chair albeit her eyes never left the screens. Apparently, the point of this little party was to, erm, rekindle every sins' relationship with one another. Then afterwards, one of the fourteen individuals would be selected as the president albeit they'll all still have to help make sure peace governs their kind.

Fourteen individuals, seven sins, one winner.

How dreadfully exciting ~

Ah, now she sounds like an evil mastermind plotting something terrible. That's no good! After all, her job is to make sure that everyone will get along. She has to make sure that they avoid killing each other and avoid getting herself killed on the process for four solid years.

The blonde woman reached out a hand to cup her chin thoughtfully and began musing to herself, "Mm, I'll introduce myself once they're all settled down." she paused consider a factor before a small giggle escaped her lips, "Unless somebody causes an unwanted scene. That would be very bad for my paycheck."

Caelum Maël von Guthrie, sin of pride

A woman approached Caelum, and all he could do was stare her down from the rims of his round glasses. She dressed in fine silk, the style proving that she was either from his time period or that she simply had an interest in it, and her hair, although braided, reached the floor in length, making him wonder just how much shampoo she used. Both of them shared a common interest, as seen by the cases they were holding in their grips. He still held his bottle of wine in his other hand and his book under his arm, and he wondered why she only brought one item. Perhaps even after all the years he supposed she lived, she had nothing of sentimentality. She was taller than him, too, just by a few centimeters. The fact lit up a spark in him, and he felt the need to prove his height meant nothing when it came to his majesty.

Evidently, she wasn't his roommate, Florin, but she neared him anyways. Caelum's hand slowly lowered, eyebrows furrowed, and head lolled to the side with blatant pomposity as he waited for her to state her business.

"I'm so sorry to bother you dear sylph, but I felt inclined to greet you."

Caelum wondered how she possibly guessed his race, although he may have made it obvious with his actions, but ultimately found himself grinning smugly. Of course, the first person she'd notice would be him, the one of the best standing. The Sylph. She seemed to be a woman of fine taste if she greeted him like this. The woman curtsied and gave him a smile, one that showed off her fangs. His head nearly shot upright. A vampire. Judging by his roommate's surname, he guessed Florin Tepes would be the first vampire he'd ever meet, but he was clearly mistaken.

"My name is Victoria Beaumont and it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance."

With her manners, she must've been from or near his time period, so he responded with a nod. He wouldn't bow, simply because it wasn't in his nature to do so, but the dip of his head was the highest form of acknowledgment he'd allow himself to give anyone not of his kind. "Pleasure indeed," he replied. "I am Caelum Maël von Guthrie, the second." He paused, taking a moment to gape at the woman, Victoria. "I have not had the privilege of meeting one of your kind before, vampire." His eyes narrowed ever so slightly, and he attempted to come up with a way to make himself seem disinterested, He couldn't, at least for now. "Tell me, do you really crave blood as severely as it's said you do?"

Lilith Tennyson~Water Nymph~Lust
Lilith sighs, hugging her mother goodbye. Her mother was literally the queen of sluts, and Lilith hated her with everything she had. But she was her mother, and Lilith had to deal with her, so she might as well be pleasant. For Lilith's three objects she'd chosen a swinsuit, her current novel, and a curling iron. Her mother had wanted her to wear one of her slutty dresses (she's such a Lust..) but instead Lilith slipped on a loose fitting black dress, the one she'd worn to her father's funeral and a pair of black knee-high boots. Once the bus arrives, Lilith pushes her mother off of her and gets onto it, smiling at everyone and sitting in a seat. Once she gets there she sighs, stripping like everyone else, and then quickly putting her clothes back on, hoping she didn't draw anybody in. She smiles as she is handed her laptop and toothbrush and goes to hunt for her room. As she walks she admires the beautiful craftsmanship of the mansion. Once she gets to the room she puts up her stuff, already assigning herself a dresser and bed. Once she puts up her items she lies down, thinking about how she's gonna be able to make friends and maybe even find her true love. 'Well I can't make friends up hear sooo... Might as well go on downstairs and make friends with the other sins..' She braids her navy blue hair quickly and then sprints downstairs, wanting to find her roomate and make friends quickly. On the bulletin board she sees that she will be staying with a gluttony sin, a female vampire named Victoria. She looks for the female vampire and sees only one. She walks right up to the beautiful inhuman woam and smiles, "Hello Victoria.. My name is Lilith and I'm going to be the lust that shares your room!"

Victoria Beaumont
Victoria watched in bemused silence as the sylph had pondered her greeting him so abruptly. His eyes drifting from her dress to her hair to her violin case. It was the natural order of things to observe. Of course her umbrella was at the door and her small container of blood vials was hidden within the fabric of the dress. After her greeting he nodded acknowledgement, which she figured was as close to a formal greeting from a sylph one would get when outside their sin.

"Pleasure indeed. I am Caelum Mael von Guthrie, the second." His pause to look her over again made Victoria smile a bit more naturally than her practiced one. "I have no had the privilege of meeting one of your kind before, vampire." The way he articulated vampire held a bit of detest from what Victoria sensed, but intrigue as well. This sylph would probably be asking a private question of one in regards to the vampiric bloodlust next. It took a bit of willpower to not laugh at the face he made while trying to hide the interest. "Tell me, do you really crave blood as severely as it's said you do?" The question Victoria waited for.

"Firstly Caelum, if you're curious about someone, don't try and hide it. Whether you're better than someone or not doesn't change one's nature." Victoria set her violin down before reaching into a well hidden pocket in her dress and pulled out a small case. "And to answer your question, it depends on how long we've gone without feeding." Opening the case she reave twelve elaborately designed vials filled with red liquid inside them. "These vials are enough to hold me over for twelve hours at a time. I had one this morning before the bus came, thankfully, and will have another tonight before resting." Closing the case, her ears picked up the approach of another.

"Hello Victoria.. My name is Lilith and I'm going to be the lust that shares your room!" The excitable young creature normally would've gotten a snark reply about etiquette, but finding someone else that had shared in her superiority was a bonus to her mood. However, Victoria doubted that Caelum would have the same notion.

"Salutations." Victoria's trained smile replaced the natural one of earlier. "Well, I will warn you that I sleep with my hair down, so do be careful." Victoria gestured to the lengthy braid at her side while turning to Caelum. "And allow me to introduce Caelum Mael von Guthrie, the second. He's a noble sylph that will be joining us during our stay." Despite herself being a noble, to win points with the sylph more than she already had she introduced him on his behalf. It was a simple move depicting the other as better, if only slightly. She also figured that pointing out the nobility would hint at the rude nature of the girl's actions for not apologizing for interrupting.

Sapphire Lee
Sapphire grew bored of the quiet of her room and figured there were a few others as well. Before she knew it she'd grabbed her bottle of cooking wine, her tablet and started down the halls. "I need to see what I'm working with in the kitchen." She muttered before stepping out into the room. Her eye immediately picked up the other nymph amongst the crowd. Blue hair, the aura of allure, it was annoying to see another of her kind. "I forgot I'd have to see another Lust." She grumbled before noticing a girl with scales sitting on her lonesome. Walking over without much thought Sapphire poked the girl's shoulder. "You okay?" The red-head questioned while looking at the plush shark she was gripping. "That's a cute plush, I'm sure it's important to you."

With a smile Sapphire motioned towards the kitchen. "I was about to go see what the kitchen had in store so I could make lunch plans. Care to join me?" Sapphire offered the girl a hand with a smile while looking about the others. "It seems everyone else is already starting to mingle. Think any sparks will start flying?" She chuckled at her own joke's stupidity.

I'm not actually upset with the interruption or hating on the other nymph, that's just the characters and their perceptions. <3

Lilith frowns, "Sorry for interupting ma'am and sir," Lilith curtsies, smiling at Victoria and Caleum. "Ms.Victoria, I will beware! I will leave you and Mr.Caleum to continue what I interupted" Lilith smiles again and turns, seeing the other Nymph. 'She's pretty... I bet she hates me though since I'm a fellow nymph so I'm going to leave her be...' She looks around, hunting for someone to talk to, and sees no one. 'I guess I'll grab a book from that shelf and read..' She walks over there and grabs the first Game of Thrones™ novel and curls up into the couch, not really reading but instead watching the Vampire and the Syph.

Coralin "Wrath" Collias

Coralin ended up sitting down and just watching other pass by, she was started to pick out who was who and what sin they were. There were just certain airs about them that told her that they were that sin. For example there was a man here, held himself too high for his own good and could be identified right away as Pride. Another just spewed aura from herself, it was wanting almost and alluring. They had to be lust, if not Coralin just sucked at this and should stop trying to think too much into it. Not like she had anything else to do at the time though. There were a few she couldn't tell about, for example; there was just a blond woman waiting, she didn't give off any specific traits that she could identify. Then again, who could tell that Coralin was Wrath. Not many people probably.

Coralin's watchful eyes flickered out of focus when she felt someone touch her. It wasn't hurtful so she didn't panic or anything, but rather it surprised her and she flinched as a response. Coralin immediately looked over to who did the deed and saw yet another whom exuded the sin of lust. This one on the other hand was paying attention to her, did Coralin do something that caught her attention? Or maybe she noticed Coralin being a bit noisy about others in the room and speculating about them. Regardless Coralin blushed out of embarrassment for whatever she might have done. She was; however, asked if she was alright and Coralin's embarrassment immediately faded.

Coralin nodded her head signifying yes, afraid that her vocal cord dysfunction might be acting up. If this girl knew anything, she might be able to tell Coralin was a Siren just by looking at her, after all she wore scales on her skin for everyone to see. It was a bit of a give away. It seemed she was more interested in her shark plush though. Coralin looked back down on it in her arms, she was holding it tightly, which does give away how much it could mean to her; if she didn't do the same thing with all her plushies. It just so happened Coralin was holding a special one for once, so point for that. Coralin decided she would speak as a kind gesture to this girl for being so observant, so she opened her mouth to let a little whisper out, nothing louder than so.

" Yes, this one is special to me." If it wasn't obvious before, it was blatantly so now that she was a Siren. Even though he voice was so low, there was something melodic about it, as if she talked in tunes rather than just talking to someone. Coralin's speaking didn't stop there though, for she was offered to go with this girl and she nodded her head in approval once more. She loosened one arm around her plush to freedom and grabbed the other girl's hand. "I want to see what kind of fish is in stalk." Though just a reason to join the girl, she genuinely wanted to see.

Coralin did look back before walking out with the other at her last comment about sparks. "Can others do that?" She seemed to misunderstand, seeing as it seemed almost hostile in the room rather than romantic or such. Also Coralin's knowledge on other sins was very few only race identification was taught to her.

Florin wondered for a little while trying to take in all the different species then he noticed another vampire talking to a sylph "Finally something normal..." He walked over "Sorry to interrupt but im looking for my roommate Caelum." He looked Victoria up and down "Time moves so fast for normals its hard to keep up ...' he said looking down at his attire. He smiled at the sylph "pleasure to meet you."

Lilith smiles widely, 'Damn... Why do vampires have to be so hot.. I wonder if they have a certain power.. Like in Twilight' She blushes, watching the vampires and the syph, wondering if she'll ever be able to make friends with Victoria. 'I think she may hate me because of my race.. She'll come to learn...' Lilith sighs and watches the handsome male vampire, taking in everything about him.

Caelum Maël von Guthrie, sin of pride

"Firstly Caelum," the vampire began, "if you're curious about someone, don't try and hide it. Whether you're better than someone or not doesn't change one's nature."

He nearly growled at the woman, but he wasn't a savage. No, he was a sylph, and he would do well to keep his dignity intact. Caelum was, however, not very happy with the fact that she had technically ordered him around. If not for his curiosity, he would've told her to hold her tongue.

Victoria set her instrument case down and reached into the pocket of her dress, which had surprised him because usually, those articles of clothing were notorious for not having any pockets. It wasn't like he knew from experience or anything, but he had heard his mother complain time and time again about the lack of pockets in her clothing. That's why the two of them switched to more modern clothing. Victoria pulled out a case, and when she opened it, she revealed elaborately designed vials. The red liquid was evidently blood. He wasn't that out of his own mind, but he wondered from whom. "These vials are enough to hold me over for twelve hours at a time. I had one this morning before the bus came, thankfully, and will have another tonight before resting." She closed the case, but Caelum already had the time to check her math. Twelve vials, one of which she was drinking tonight. Victoria would only have five days, wouldn't she? Five days without cravings. Who would she take the blood from then?

Caelum was torn out of his thoughts when another girl, this one also with braided hair, practically sprinted towards the woman he was speaking to. Did she know no manners? "Hello Victoria.. My name is Lilith and I'm going to be the lust that shares your room!"

He huffed. Was he invisible? Ah, well.. It wasn't like he wanted lust of all the sins to notice him. Surely, they'd get in his way. The girl, Lilith, was beyond excitable, though, and he wondered just what gave her that enthusiasm. "Salutations," Victoria replied, using what Caelum noticed was a more trained, less realistic smile. "Well, I will warn you that I sleep with my hair down, so do be careful." She added, gesturing towards her lengthy braid.

"And allow me to introduce Caelum Maël von Guthrie, the second. He's a noble sylph that will be joining us during our stay."

A small grin graced Caelum's features, and he almost forgot the wrongdoings of the Lilith girl. Ah, she introduced him as a noble. Technically, he wasn't, especially when you take into consideration that he took his mother's husband's title. That man was the actual noble. Caelum was happy to hear it anyway. He eyed down Lilith as she frowned and replied, "Sorry for interrupting ma'am and sir." She curtsied and replaced her downtrodden look with a smile. "Ms. Victoria, I will beware! I will leave you and Mr. Caelum to continue what I interrupted."

Mister? Personally, Caelum preferred the word 'Lord,' but he supposed it would work. The nymph left, and Caelum watched as she grabbed a book from the shelf and curled up to read it. He supposed he could've told her that it was fine to stay and bask in his presence, especially since she apologized, but she was a nymph. Too bad.

As a second individual walked towards them, it became clear to Caelum that his conversation with Victoria wouldn't be allowed to be continued between just the two of them. He did decipher, though, that the person coming up to him was his roommate, Florin Tepes. The fact was, Florin was the only other sin of greed, and Caelum knew he was a vampire from his pale complexion. Of course, anyone could have lightly colored skin, especially if they hadn't been outside much, but vampires seemed to take the cake.

"Sorry to interrupt but I'm looking for my roommate Caelum."

The vampire eyed Victoria up and down, and Caelum crossed his arms against his chest. He was really beginning to believe he had turned invisible. It was possible, but then again, how could he feel nervous around these people? "Time moves so fast for normal. It's hard to keep up..." He, Florin, said, glancing down at his own attire. Caelum nodded. Surely, the clothes the three of them were wearing were suited for more formal events, but Victoria's outfit was outdated by a century. It wasn't that he minded, though, since he thought the dresses from the Victorian Era were fine looking.

Florin finally acknowledging him and said, "Pleasure to meet you."

"Indeed a pleasure," Caelum repeated was he had said before. He decided to do what the other vampire had done for him earlier and introduced, "This is Lady Victoria Beaumont. We were speaking before you had joined." He added, "About your species.. I have many questions and would be obliged if you could answer them, if not now then in the future."

Briar Rose

Ah, how wonderful!

It seems like the sins were already warming up with each other. However, no matter how entertaining it was to watch them greet each other with pleasantries and all, her time to do her lovely job has come.

A loud screech resonated throughout the huge mansion and if anybody cared enough to investigate, they'd find out that it was simultaneously being produced by the dozens of speakers scattered throughout the building. The ringing sound finally stopped after a moment or two when the blonde behind it finally set the mic right.

Next came a soft-sounding voice which filled the mansion, "Welcome to the Sinful Mansion~! ♥" a sweet (or is it?) giggle trailed quickly afterwards, "I am your today's guide and quite possibly your everyday's guide for the next four years." she paused to ponder whether she should introduce herself now or later. Ah, isn't it better to introduce yourself when everyone can see your face?

"I am dreadfully sorry to interrupt your little mingles but alas, I must request everyone to settle down in your respective chairs."
her eyes never left the screen which displayed the each sins' respective reactions and actions, whether they're obeying or not,

"Please, take a sit, everyone! "

Atys Levia, Sin of Envy

A slender hand carefully swept across the ivory keys like a sigh. Would it be weeks? Months? Years? In all her years of walking the earth, she had yet to find any other place like home. Undoubtedly, she’d miss the comforting scent of cold sandalwood, the mellifluous sounds of the piano, and most importantly…

Ebony black hair caressed her cheeks as a familiar warmth enveloped her back. Looking up, she spotted the beautiful pale face of her mother, melancholic but happy to send her daughter off for “great opportunities.” With a final gentle stroke of her soft fingers, Sephire helped Atys from her seat on the wooden piano chair and led her towards the door.

“Have fun, but be safe!” Her mother chirped, but seeing her daughter’s unconvinced expression, she gave her a final word of encouragement. “Perhaps you might even find what you’re looking for.” It didn’t make the icy-eyed girls’ expectations brighter, but knowing her mother had the best of intentions, she gave her a final smile and departed for the bus.

The two hour ride to the mansion was, quite frankly, rough. Whatever the case, no one seemed very social, and it seemed apparent that they were all displeased with their various destinations, for one reason or another. Even Atys, who thought of herself as fairly good at breaking the ice, felt the pressure of the silence and chose to simply sleep the rest of the journey. Fortunately, the nap lasted the entire way there, sparing her from further awkwardness.

Unfortunately, the first task to greet her was being frisked by some unknown stranger. Though she was docile by nature, she still couldn’t help but be tempted to swat at the woman’s hand at certain points, though it was quickly suppressed by the desire to get the ordeal done and over with. At the very least, her three belongings, a camera, pocket watch, and sandalwood oil were kept safe from her paws.

Entering the building soon after checking the room allocation, Atys froze. Oh. It was a Slyph. Of course. Be it due to her mother being an ex-Slyph or having accidentally angered two or three over the years, she’d long become sensitive to that prideful air they always seemed to carry. Literally. Well, it should have been expected. If there were to be two of each sin, then it guaranteed two Sylphs, though she hoped that she’d at least be spared from any trouble, like that fiasco from several decades back.

Strangely enough, there was a nymph seated comfortably on a couch observing the small group assembled by the Sylph. Seeing that she was one of the few without an immediate companion by her side, Atys judged that she’d be one of the better ones to ask around on the whereabouts of her mysterious roommate, Greed.

“Excuse me,” she cut in gently, “would you happen to have seen a werewolf here, by chance? I wasn’t sure if I’d be better off searching a little longer or heading to my room.” Studying the water nymph more closely, it was apparent that she was as beautiful as the rest of her race. Of course, Atys couldn’t help but think that her mother was prettier, but that was likely bias speaking on her behalf.

Suddenly, the snowy-haired girl noticed that she had neglected introductions. “Oh, apologies for my rude behavior. I’m Atys Levia. Might I have the pleasure of knowing your name?”

Right as Atys gave a small curtsy, her attention was promptly jostled to and fro by a loud screech produced by a number of speakers here and there. It was...their guide? Had there been something like that? Then again, she had neglected paying heed to the smaller details, given that she had borne such little interest in this program in the first place. Regardless, it would appear bad on her part to arrive late on her first day. With this in mind, she turned towards the water nymph once again, laughing softly. “Well, it’s a bit sudden, but shall we go?”

tumblr_inline_om2fu59URY1safg2o_250.gifLorelei opened the red suitcase throwing random clothing that she carelessly and randomly picked out of her closet. It didn't take long for her to finish out her closet although it took a while to close the overly packed metallic suitcase. Carrying her suitcase down the flight of stairs was a bigger hassle almost falling on her face multiple times. The biggest shock though was this yellow banana standing in her driveway, "What is this overweight pineapple doing on my property?" the guard standing next to the bus opened his mouth only to utter a single letter Lorelei didn't stay to listen and merely entered the bus making sure not to touch anything.
Stopping to observe the passenger's she rolled her eyes at the sight of the diversity, taking the first for her suitcase and another seat for her purse which she sat next to but not before sanitizing the seat with wipes that she carried almost everywhere with her.

Lorelei didn't make an effort to socialize or 'make friends' with any of the other 'guests' not until the host identified herself only then did she break her mute like state. "Oh, so you're the lovely lady thank you for the lovely ride, classy. A wonderful first impression," she said folding her hands. The bus was the most disgraceful thing that has ever happened to Lorelei she wasn't going to ignore this fact.

Florin smiled at the human and took a seat he was impressed with how confident she was in a room full powerful beings. “This should be interesting.” He whispered to himself. “Hey the human wants us to listen up,” he looked her up and down as his fang started to show. Then he closed his eyes and sat back trying to relax until the others joined

Lilith Tennyson~Sin of Lust~Water Nymph

Lilith smiles at the demon greeting her and studies her for a minute before replying, "No, I don't believe I've seen a werewolf." She tries to reel in her sin, wanting to make friends with this girl, not arouse her. She giggles a bit at the girls overall verbal clumsiness. "I'm Lilith Tennyson, a water Nymph," her eyes darken with hope that this demon will continue to speak to her, even though her kind is known for tricks.

Lilith watches as Atys curtsies, admiring her form and balence, which, to be honest, could easily be faked by her kind, but for some reason she already trusted this Envy. She jumps a bit as a human's voice fills the room. "We definitely should Atys," she replies to the beautiful Envy's question. She bounces up, wiping off her dress and grabbing Atys's hand, dragging her along behind her and sitting down in a chair near the others, beside Florin, the beautiful male vampire from earlier. She pats the seat on her other side, gesturing to her new friend to take it.

Briar Rose

Briar found it sweet how everyone was being very cooperative at the moment. It certainly makes her job easier. Oh, how she loves having an easy job. But then again, easy jobs wouldn't really put enough food on her table so..

When she was satisfied with how the sins were all settled in their seats nicely, she made her way to the Homeroom and took up the space in front of the handful of chairs with their occupants on them.

Before the sins stood a female, blonde, rosy with soft features, clad in a blood-red dress but perhaps the most prominent thing about her was being a human. And sitting before her was a good number of powerful beings which she's quite sure can put her in an, erm, undesirable situation. But then again, it would be dreadfully boring without a risk.

After flashing them a bright smile, the human clasped her hands together while keeping a beam, "A fine day to everyone!" she began, "I am Briar Rose."

"Oh, so you're the lovely lady thank you for the lovely ride, classy. A wonderful first impression,"

Blue eyes flickered to a dark-haired maiden, ears detecting every hint of sarcasm lacing each words. The blonde let out a giggle, "Yes, that would be me." she identified the woman as one of the siren present in the room. Briar managed to memorize everyone's face, name and their corresponding sins a week before they moved in. "I am pleased to know that you enjoyed the ride, miss Lorelei. After all, first impressions last, don't they?"

She bent her attention back to everyone, "I will be the one assisting everyone inside the mansion and it is my duty to ensure that everyone will be getting alone nicely." she paused her cheery introduction to pull out a tablet containing the basic house rules. "For four good years, everyone will be following these simple house rules. First, no fighting. Second, no leaving the room after midnight. Third, no leaving the mansion without a chaperone and consent. Last but not the least, all sins must cook together!" she ended excitedly before keeping her device.

The human faced the crowd once more, "Any questions?"

tumblr_inline_om4069zhXQ1safg2o_250.gifLorelei sits down next to the closest chair near her glaring at the human as she did so. The human who seemed to show no fear despite being very overpowered by her guests caused Lorelei to be more irritated than amused. Her reply didn't make that irritated feeling any better,
"Not really you're not that important for someone like me to remember."
saying this emotionlessly she looked off to the side and though it seem like Lorelei was paying attention it was all she was doing.

Lorelei didn't have any trouble with the house rules until it reached the end turning back to the host she placed a crooked smiled on her face, "I do, I have a habit of sleeping walking so I don't mind if you lock my room since I do tend to wonder at night." she really didn't mind being caged in at night since its what her family did but that really wasn't the issue right now, "But that's irrelevant, I'm not cooking. One I'm a very bad cook so unless you want this lovely mansion of yours to blow up i suggest we keep Lorelei out of the kitchen-" cutting her self off she looked to the side as if thinking for a second and turning her attention back, "I'm done."
