Ready. Set. Go!

It was around 6:20p.m, her guests should be arriving shortly. Nessie smacked her lips together in order to spread her lip gloss evenly. She applied a line of eyeliner and looked at herself in the mirror. Her curly hair was perfectly set with mouse and her makeup was nice, but simple, just how she liked it. She fixed the hem of her white shirt and dusted off her blue jean shorts. "Ready!"

Nessie slipped on her brown combat boots, locked her bathroom, and headed to the kitchen. She surveyed the snack bar and drinks to make sure they were all neatly organized even though she knew they would end up a mess after. There were several kinds of chips ranging from nachos, to spicy, to just regular chips and there were a few dips as well. The drinks were inside a large tub. There was a perfect mix of non-alcoholic drinks and alcoholic drinks since she knew not everyone drank. There was a deep bowl with ice and Jello-shots on the kitchen island and several boxes of pizza.

She headed over to the garage and turned on the disco lights. There was a small snack table with ham and cheese sandwiches, a fruit salad, and a spiked punch. She turned up the music and headed to the living room. She fluffed the pillows and looked around making sure it was pristine. Nessie placed her hands on her hips and hoped that this would be an amazing party.

Hearing the doorbell ring Nessie gave a small squeal and rushed over to let her guests in.
"Welcome guys! Food and drinks in the kitchen, restroom down the hall, and party in the back!" This will be a very interesting night.

Looking through the car rear-view mirror, Constance applied a heavy load of eyeliner and teased up her hair. "Alright Constance, tonight is your night. Tonight you will be wild, crazy, and cool. After tonight your name will go down in history as the girl who was the life of the party." Looking at her self one last time, she winked at her reflection and sent it a kiss. Constance got out of her mini- cooper and went towards the house. There was already a group of people outside waiting for Nessie to open the door.

Constance lingered at the end on the crowd to shy to talk to anyone, but debating whether she should talk to someone or not inside her head. When she finally got the courage to tap the shoulder of the person in front of her, Nessie opened the door and let everyone in. She frowned and made her way into the house greeting Nessie as she walked by her. Constance walked to the kitchen to get a drink and hopefully find someone to talk to.

Harold was the first one in line at the door. He had arrived early hoping that he could get some alone time with Nessie, but his nerves got the best of him and he ran away towards a nearby bush. When Harold was finally able to get a hold of himself, he returned to the door and noticed that many guests had already arrived. He cursed at himself for being too much of a wimp to talk to Nessie and made his way inside avoiding eye contact with her.

Once inside he regained his confidence and decided to forget about Nessie, or girls in general. He would have a good time and he wouldn't let his misfortune with girls bring him down. Harold headed to the garage, along with several other people, and stood by the snack table staring at the people that were already dancing.

A black Mustang pulled up to the house of the party. A tall girl with pink hair got out of the car. She had on converse and a purple plaid blouse, as well as black skinny jeans. She had many piercings and a tattoo. She opened the passenger side door of her car and a large Doberman jumped out. The girl grinned and walked up to the door. This girl's name was Quinn Parks.

Quinn knocked on the door and the Doberman barked. Quinn snickered. This was where everyone would know her. She has known Nessie for a long time, so this was going to go well.

Sedrian drove up to the house, he'd met Nessie in high school. She was the tiny diamond in the pile of crap that was his life back then. He hadn't seen her personally since he left the public school they were attending to go to online School. He was surprised when he had received an invitation to a party in the mail. Though, he found he couldn't refuse. This may be the chance he's been looking for to not be the reject for once. He parked his car, and got out. He locked the door behind him, and placed the keys in his black Gothic style jacket.

He approached the house seeing a whole freakin' line of people, there were guys and girls, cute girls. He walked up to the back of line and attached his headphones to his ears, he pulled out his phone, and scrolled through his songs. He selected the song "Pain" by Three Days Grace. He decided to hold off on interactions unless someone talked to him first, he didn't want to make a fool of himself.

Quinn looked back to see a guy in a gothic jacket. She sighed and looked back towards the door. She had a emotionless look on her face. The Doberman started barking loudly and everyone turned to look at him. "Ragnarök! Heel!" Quinn yelled at the dog. The dog sat by her side and looked down. Quinn sighed. She wasn't a big fan of parties.

Running late, as usual, Siraa swept his long bangs out of his eyes as he took a last look in the mirror. He slipped out of his apartment and quickly slid down the railings in the apartment complex, finally landing at the main entrance. Waving a quick goodbye to the lobby desk assistant, he headed out to his electric blue Stingray Corvette. Since Siraa lived a little ways away from Nessie he figured the freeway would be the quickest route only to find the freeway moving at a snails pace.

Fortunately he arrived, on time even. Adjusting his red hoodie and hopping out of the car he found himself scanning the crowd already. Locking the vehicle with a small honk, he leaned over the top of it for a moment, taking a closer look. He saw multiple attractive people, mentally thanking Nessie for having good-looking friends. Deciding he should probably actually go inside, he weaved through the crowd of people, smiling in apology to people he accidentally ran into. He recognized a lot of the people from his high school but he didn't really acknowledge that. Slipping past more people he bumped into a girl with shockingly pink hair, his routine smile still in place, "Sorry Bubblegum." Siraa said with a wink before trying to find Nessie again.

For real, though, what was a party without the popular kid?

Always one to make a huge entrance, Marlon decided to arrive at Nessie's house in style. So, what did this mean? Of course, he pulled up in his father's 3-series cream-colored BMW; double moon-roof, chrome rims, a body kit and LED lights; the whole nine yards, of course, with two bottles of Whiskey... One for each hand. Parking so where people could see him pull up, the surfer slowly got out of his car, readjusting his color upon standing. He slammed the door behind him, locking the car and placing the keys around his neck by use of a lanyard which they were clipped to.

The young man was dressed pretty classy - of course, he deliberately attempted to dress up while trying to seem like he hadn't tried at all. A denim tight button-down long-sleeved shirt. with the sleeves halfway rolled up and a black undershirt to accompany it. White pants were held up by a leather belt that was the same color brown as his dress shoes. As he walked up to the front of the house, he was greeted by various faces. So, accordingly, he slapped high-fives, gave hugs, waved hellos and yelled yo's. Everyone knew who Marlon was; he was just that dude.

On his way into the house, he would stop as he walked and leaned in to Nessie, pursing his lips and giving her a peck on the cheek. Of course, this was his way of greeting her. Originally, Marlon met Nessie in their first year of high school, in homeroom. They were forced to sit next to eachother every morning in school for multiple years, so it was only natural that the two became close over time. Years later, they were at this point. Putting a hand through that hair of his as he pulled his face from hers, he continued moving on at his own relaxed pace before he walked out of the doors leading to the backyard, in order to light up the joint that he had previously rolled before leaving his house.

Quinn growled at the guy who called her "bubblegum." She sighed and pushed through all of the people to get to the front of the crowd, her large Doberman behind her. She sighed as people started checking her out. Yeah, it felt nice that people thought she was good-looking. But it got annoying. She didn't want people to constantly stare at her.

Siraa finally found Nessie, giving her a hug, actually lifting her off of the ground. "This looks like it's gonna be fun." He chuckled out to her as he noticed the Jell-o shots on the counters. He scanned over the new crowd and saw one of the most popular guys that used to go to his school, his presence a necessity for any good party. Hopping onto a bar stool he noticed the pink haired girl walk in, also noticing the Doberman following her closely behind. She looked irritated as he redirected his focus on the people already dancing to some bass filled song.

Quinn looked around and rolled her eyes. She really didn't like people. She sat on top of a table and Ragnarök barked at everyone who went by. Quinn finally made him quit and the Doberman lied under the table. Quinn sighed and glanced to a certain area, she saw the guy who called her "bubblegum." She smirked and slowly started walking towards him.

Siraa watched in boredom as the girls danced on random guys and how the guy just stood there acting stupid with his friends. He always thought dancing was a two person effort until now. A bit of pink came into his peripheral vision, glancing over to see the candy colored girl again, a small smirk forming on his lips. He then remembered her dog, its presence shaking him a little.

Sedrian instantly became bored, seeing other people just passing by the line, he decided to do the same. Though when he did it he could hear people calling him a jerk, or an asshole. Even though they were fine when the other people did it, he hated this feeling his gut, the feeling that he wanted to turn around and beat the crap out of every single one of them for judging him. He walked into the house, and sat down on th couch looking over at the food and drinks.

Quinn pointed outside and the Doberman ran out, he would always just lie under her car until he was told to come back in. Quinn sighed and looked over at the guy in the red hoodie. "So, you thought it would be funny to call be bubblegum..." She said in a odd voice.

((Okay yeah go ahead, start to socialize.

I just didn't want it to go off with two people only and turn to a 1x1))

He looked over fully, his dull blue eyes full of false apology. "Oh sorry, would you prefer cotton candy? Or lollipop?" Siraa asked smartly, his unintentional sarcasm spilling from his lips though he didn't notice. He could tell that the girl probably wasn't one to joke around with, scared to what her response would be. This is how he always got into trouble though, just dumb quick responses with no thought beforehand. He drummed his fingers against his lips, his look unfaltering despite his worry.
((Oh were we not supposed to? @NessieAlways))

Quinn glared at the guy. "Such ridiculous names...Hmm. I have some special names for you..." She said while walking over to the couch and sitting down. She looked around and saw the same guy she saw outside, the guy that was in the gothic jacket. Quinn shrugged and sat closer to him. "Hey."

Sedrian looked over at the woman with that rowdy dog. He was still pretty uncomfortable talking with people, so he decided to keep his words short at first. "Hey." He replied to her. Trying to keep himself from sounding horrified, or boring for that matter. He whipped out his phone and started fiddling with it, he didn't realize it was kind of rude to do that while he was talking to someone.

Siraa chuckled a relieved laugh, glad she didn't punch him or anything. He watched as she made her way towards one side of the room, losing her in a sudden wave of hair colors. Returning his eyes to where the dance floor created itself, he noticed Marlon again, how could you not? But he was going outside and he definitely wasn't going to walk up to the guy just willy nilly. He noticed the guy had pulled something out though, his curiosity growing.

Quinn grabbed the guy's phone and threw it across the room, hitting a girl in the face. Quinn laughed and turned to the male. "It is very rude to use your phone while someone is talking to you."

Sedrian looked up and followed the phone as it flew away, and hit some sucker in the face. He had to admit it was funny, but he was also extremely ticked off that this woman self entitled herself to be able to snatch his phone, and throw it across the room. The phone was his way of escaping reality, and delving into the chasms of his mind as images flew into his head when he played music, also he liked knowing the time. "Excuse me. But I believe it's more rude to snatch somebody's personal belongings, and throw it." He said, and stood up. He walked over to his phone, and picked it up. The woman that the phone hit slapped him in the face, and he got even angrier. He took a deep breath and returned to his seat on the couch. His passive aggressiveness was starting to kick in, he was imagining hurting people. Especially the girl who threw his phone, and the one who slapped him. All these feelings of anger were clearly visible on his face.

Quinn busted out laughing. Her pink hair swayed every time she moved. "Don't be so rude. Anyway, Im Quinn, who are you?" She said with a serious look on her face.

Sedrian glared darker at her when she started laughing. He hated when people brushed of his anger like a joke. "I can be however the hell I want to be..." He stopped himself. He took another breath. "Sorry, my last social experiences didn't go so well." He looked at her. "I'm Sedrian." He answered.

With a drink in hand, Constance made her way from the kitchen to where the party was happening, she took her pink bow out of her pocket and pinned back her bangs so they wouldn't get in the way. That's when she saw him. Marlon. The guy that every girl dreamed about. She followed him with her gaze and gave a big sigh afterwards. Oh Marlon. Constance shook her head and took a big gulp of her drink. She watched as a girl with pink hair socialized with a guy with white hair. Maybe if I dye my hair a different color more people will talk to me

Harlod laughed when the goth guy got slapped in the face by the girl who had been smacked with his phone. His laughed turned into a snort and the two girls that had been standing next to him started at him with disgust. Harold slowly stopped laughing and walked away in shame. At the corner of his eye he noticed a girl with pink hair and felt instantly drawn to her. She was the weirdest creature he has ever seen.
