Anime & Manga Serious question... Are all modern shonen anime simply Naruto clones?

My Crunchyroll subscription is starting to feel useless. I don't like Isekai, and Isekai is the fashionable thing to watch. Sports anime tend to be designed for the tastes of elementary school kids, and mature anime tend to go overboard with their disturbingness.

And the flagship genre of all anime, shonen, feels like the exact same thing that Naruto did.

I still do enjoy three genres of anime though. Sci-Fi, slice of life, and martial arts. The latter seems to be an exclusively Netflix domain. There's lots of Sci fi anime in Crunchyroll I have yet to watch and I loved Psycho Pass. Slice of life feels so relaxing to watch, almost like sitcoms.

I guess I'm just sad shonen never ventured away from the Naruto formula...
