Multiple Settings Seeking roleplayers to start a FB group (Not group chat)

-In the group, I will write the starting post (starter) and our turns will be submitted in the comments of that post.
BE SURE NOT TO REPLY TO A COMMENT WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR TURN, ALWAYS POST A NEW COMMENT!!!
If you make a mistake with that, simply copy the comment reply and paste into a new comment, then delete the first comment reply.

-All out-of-character chat will be in replies to comments (this is how comment replies are used), or in an entirely new post.

-Character bios will be posted both as your first turn and as its own post. The post version can be updated throughout the course of the game. Include pictures in comment replies to your turn.

-The time between turns can be up to 48 hours apart, but a player will not be kicked from the group until they go 2 weeks without a reply. This RP is meant more for dedication instead of new RP passion.

-We will all constantly nag each other to take turns via private messaging. This means we will add each other as friends.

-In addition, I will be guiding all of us through the steps of a structured story. This includes things like exposition, traits that control the reader’s attitude to the characters, how the main character and the main villain are two sides of the same coin, call to adventure, refusing the call, meeting the mentor, the character’s goals and the motive for them (they may change over the course of the story), crossing into the new world, emergence of the main conflict, inciting incident (now in the second act), conflicts and problems which give rise to risk (likelihood of failure) and danger (consequences of failure), struggles (plot), characters being pushed to the edge and being forced to make a character-defining decision (multiple times), subplots, rising action (good news, bad news, raising stakes, ticking time bomb), setting up many options of things that can build up to a climax, event of catastrophic failure that starts the events of the third act, lead almost everything up to one epic climax, the moment of climax is when one character steps up and decides how the climax plays out (that is the climax character), the climax resolves, setting up the emotion of how the story will end, resolve all open threads of the story, emotionally end the story. These guides will be posted as comments just like our regular turns, and will include more in-depth explanation. When one story is finished, we will start the next sequel.

-One player will be the main character, and the rest of us will be the supporting cast, main villain, and supporting villains. The main character and main villain will be decided before the first turn is taken.

-In your comment on this post, explain how you understand all of this and how it fits into your lifestyle and roleplaying style. I will then add you as a friend.

Starter:

Our characters are walking through the mountain forest of San Bernardino, California when they come across a genie lamp next to a spring. The main character, knowing how genie lamps work from watching movies and such, picks it up and rubs it three times. A giant genie emerges from the lamp and bellows, “Normally I give one person three wishes, but since there are more than one of you, I will make your wishes for you. First, you will all stay in perfect health forever. Second, you will never physically get stuck. Third, you will all be transported back in time to 30,000 B.C.E., about 20,000 years before civilization started.” POOF. He is gone along with his lamp. Everyone then bursts into flames, burning your clothes off but not your skin. You feel nothing, and you will soon find out that you don’t need food, water, sleep, temperature balance, etc. The fire is blinding, and the outside would can no longer be seen. The fire then dies down to the size of a bonfire. Our characters are all standing in a bonfire that is surrounded by about 30 sitting people. They are dressed in fur and leather clothing with bone ornaments, they have painted faces and tattoos, they have water skins at their side, they have baskets full of fruits and vegetables that they are snacking from, they have wooden racks of dried meat, they have wooden bongs and pipes, they have drums and shakers and rattlers and flutes, they have dogs, they have falcons resting on wooden perches, in the background are fur and leather huts, they have a garden a ways away, they have toys for their children, they have wood and bone carved figurines and art, they have one elderly woman dressed more fabulously than anyone, and they have spears and knives and bows and arrows. Most everyone screams in terror and scrambles away from the fire. Some dogs whimper and run, others start barking and growling viciously. The people pick up their weapons and ready them against our characters. The ornately dressed elderly woman stays sitting. Our characters, standing naked in the fire, are also surprised and in disbelief. Our first turns will describe those feelings and our reactions.
