I have been writing off and on for nearly a decade now-- from forums, to chat rooms, discord, and beyond. I've pretty much done it all.
I work a full time job on top of other social and personal responsibilities. My schedule can be kind of wonky.
I try my damnedest to maintain a healthy level of communication with other writers if there's things taking me away from responding to a scene.
Please give me that respect back. If you are feigning interest, have had something come up, or are super delayed with posting--
Let me know. Do not ghost me.
I'm relatively easy to get along with, so lets get goofy and have a good time! If OOC isn't your thing, I completely understand.
As far as setting goes, I tend to steer towards most fantasy themes; primarily medieval fantasy.
I've used the term 'historical' before in this context, but often times it's merely to reference certain aesthetics while world building.
(I've also written in victorian, Egyptian, grecian, and other more 'historical' settings. All of which have been high to low fantasy.)
A majority of what I have written has some level of a horror element to it as well.
Fantasy, Horror, and Medieval are essentially my trifecta.
Romance is pretty important to me, but it is not necessary as a plot device. In a romantic scenario, I only write MxM.
Almost all of my male OC's are written homosexual by preference. However, I am completely open to writing platonic scenarios with female (or other) OC's.
If you have a male OC (or want to create one) that you'd want to romantically entangle with one of mine, I leave things ambiguous as far as 'relationship roles.'
I'm pretty much open to anything.
That said, typically I am a multi-paragraph writer. While I am not a stickler for keeping up with my post length, please try for at least 500+ words if possible.
Please no 'one-sentence' posts.
I understand post length is completely dependent on the context of the situation as well.
Exposition may be a bit shorter, where as a fight scene may be more.
I tend to write NPCs and side characters to help a plot along. You are not required to do this, but it is fun!
Instead of offering specific pairings I am looking to write, I will offer a small synopsis for some of my more developed OC's or even ones I'm looking to create.
I do this because I do not want to limit any character interaction. I could say I want to pair a werewolf with my pyrokinetic, but a dark elf or human could be fun too!
All of these I am looking to find a romantic pairing with, but not all of them I would be willing to write in a platonic scenario.
Either way, lets build a world together and create a dark adventure full of peril, drama, and possible romance!

Pyrokinetic/Pyromancer- A dark and rather unfortunate past has left this man to snuff out his existence from the world to protect it. A darkness lives in him that could possibly destroy the continent if placed in the wrong hands. He learned this once, and can never let it happen again. So he hides from society while never staying in one place. Traveling the world as a bard, he craves purpose and to find something more. He's a poised fighter, a trained pyromancer, a skilled bard and a beautiful soul. *Little does he know, the possibility of being found again may be just around the corner. Especially any person he's intertwined himself with. (possible plot device)*
Unseelie Fae- An unseelie winter fae; prince to his court of Fitheach Dorcha (the dark raven). He is a trickster, pious, proud and has a coldness in his heart that is deserving of some warmth. Raised under the pretense that humanity is the worst kind of creature on the planet, his court is plagued mercilessly by the evil doings of humanity trying to eradicate their existence. *Especially when a ruler was looking to destroy their sacred forest that protected the gateway to their underground kingdom. Perhaps there is someone that can help. (possible plot device.)*
Cartographer- He travels the world taking note of as many 'supernatural/otherworldly' species as possible. In a world that perhaps degrades and seeks to eradicate the 'different,' he is attempting to give them a voice. He is also creating a map of areas that these beings have dominion in an effort to create peace treaties between them and mortals. *He's come across many unfeeling rulers with evil in their heart. In that scenario, he would fight for any species being harassed by fellow mortals for merely existing. (possible plot device.)*
Son of Nyx- He was born of a female vampire seeking to extend the life of her mortal husband. She called upon the Ferryman and pleaded with him to not take her husbands life while avoiding the curse of vampirism. Nyx granted her husband immortality if he was given their first born. When their son was born, Nyx took him and raised him to be the next ferryman. He's an astral being, part human and part vampire, that travels the continents aiding those that need to meet their timely end. *He has come across many whom he pitied to take so suddenly, but never one that made him want to break his eternal oath to Nyx. (possible plot device)*
The Clairvoyant- Adopted by a mysterious and wealthy woman at a young age, he grew up surrounded by the dead and never knew how to shut them out. The house she owned was much like a tomb or a prison to him and his mother used him as a conduit to contact her dead husband. Now that he is of age, and seeks to find a life away from this house, he still struggles with his abilities to keep the dead at bay. Not only that, but his mother holds a dark secret that he is forced to live with. He seeks freedom from the dead. He seeks freedom from the prison he's in. *Perhaps there is someone who can help take him away from the dark environment that harbors his 'ailment'. (possible plot device.)*
