Hello, all! I've been looking high and low on tumblr for a partner who would be interested in doing a worldbuilding RP with historical [and often fantasy] themes. Unfortunately, the community seems a little... dry? Right now. So I would love to branch out and see if anyone would be interested on here!
- I would prefer someone at least 20+ and with some experience with historical roleplays in general. I really love to do my research and keep with the theme, and I would love someone to share that with! If you'd like to see some writing samples of mine, don't hesitate to ask!
- I'm also a fan of using gifs and faceclaims, but that doesn't have to be a thing!
- I would prefer a more versatile writer--aka, someone that doesn't mind writing a male or a female. For the plots I have in mind, my main characters are females. I'd love to play a male opposite, as I'm often the male opposite in my roleplays!
- We'll both contribute to secondary characters and keeping the story flowing! The last thing I want is for it to turn out one-sided in regards to effort [on either end].
- A GoT-esque plot, where a large, foreign, warrior tribe leader is betrothed to my character, an Indian princess who really packs a punch. My character's older brother makes the arrangement, basically bartering his sister off for the benefits of a sizeable, brute army. Ideally, our characters begin rather toxic, and their relationship slowly progresses.
- The High King is dead. Tradition dictates that a council be held, a vote to be had, to properly decide who would be the new king. A week after the untimely death, a proclamation was sent out from the capital city, declaring that the high king's eldest daughter [my character] had staked their claim to the throne. This sent the land into an uproar. War is on the horizon. Whoever/whatever you want your character to be is up to you!
