Hey guys, so I'm not great with all the code on this site so sorry my post might look rather boring. First an introduction of me.
I am a 25+ roleplayer and have been writing for 10+ years in various formats. I am semi-lit to lit and have been unable to do a novella type rp yet but am currently writing a 300+ page book. I enjoy becoming friends with my rp partners and will check in after a few days if I haven't heard from you, unless told you'd be busy or that you can only post certain days. I apologize if I am a bit of an overthinker and might simply just be concerned something has happened. Talking and geeking out over our characters and stories is one of my favorite things and at the moment I'm currently very free to post multiple times a day but can understand that's not everyone. Real life will always come first and I respect that my partners will have lives. I prefer to play female roles but have no problems playing males or doing doubles, prefer it actually.

Be 18+ I'm over 25 and have no business rping with minors. Follow site guidelines and let me know limits you may have for darker themes. Post your favorite color as your dm title so I know you read this. Please do not hesitate to tell me if you're losing interest, I can't help fix it if I don't know. I may play a mind reader in some stories but I promise I'm not one. Be willing to play more than one character.
Now onto what I'm looking for!
While I have a large range of fandoms that I enjoy I'm looking primarily for an original plot rp or at least something that is only set within the world of the story but does not have to follow the plotline of it. As much fun as roleplaying within those worlds is it can cause characters to be forced out of actions you want to happen for the sake of staying true to the plot. Obviously this excludes any storyline where we just throw the book plot out the window at some point. Now when I say long term, I mean long term. I'd like us to be friends and writing these stories years down the road and still enjoying them. For our characters to grow old, tell stories of their adventures to their grandchildren and continue on with the next generations.
Ideally I'd love to rp within the world I've created for my book and am happy to give more details to those who are interested but here is a brief overview.
The world we live in has dragons, oh that's not enough for you well here is more. Each dragon is classified by the breath it has, has subclasses, unique traits and purpose within the world. At the age of 20 every young person is permitted to present themselves through a series of trials to see if they could gain favor from the dragons. Those who are chosen are bonded and become riders, taking on some traits of their dragons along with it. Many dark forces lurk behind the scenes, plenty of dramatics but also every day life. I mean who wouldn't want to play a dragon bonded pirate or a random child who happens to live on the island of dragons?
