What you should know:
1. I only main male characters, but I make good use of many side-characters both male and female for the sake of the story.
2. 18 or older preferred, but I don't write out sex-scenes--fade to black when necessary.
3. One-liner posts are okay but please not for every post. Give me something to go on because I promise you I'll do so in return.
4. Always be willing to propose ideas for the story!
5. Time-skips are always regular in 1x1s because it helps advance the plot faster and keep things interesting!

This story will be about my character, the male, being transferred to another location for work where he rents a home from his sister. This home happens to be a co-rent and my character knows this, but his sister had promised that no one was living there at the time--the reason being that your character's paperwork was still being finalized. To make this short, our characters move into the same house and have to make it work.
If you're interested, please send me a short description of your character, providing their name, age, height, and some trivia about them. You do not have to write out a personality or backstory. We can solve that mystery as we go. Our characters should be 18 or older as well. Thank you
