Hello everyone and welcome to my little search thread

Firstly let me introduce myself, My name is Heavenly and although I am new to Rpnation, I am not new to role play and have been doing it on and off for well over 15 years.. showing my age there haha.
I am from the UK, a Mum, a full time carer and am studying to be a special educational needs teacher, so life gets busy at times, saying that I will endeavor to reply at least once a day as I like to keep the story moving and have to admit that I struggle if there is a long gap between posts, but please please understand that I do have a lot going on RL and just because I may be signed in on here that doesn't mean that I am actually here. Being poked for a reply every hour or so annoys me and most likely we will not get along very well. Sorry to be harsh, it has happened on other sites, if I have a problem, or do not want to continue the RP I will tell you.
Ok, now on to the fun stuff, or at least I think it is fun haha. I am looking for stories that build and something that I do not have to do all the leg work with, I don't want a partner that I have to think up all the twists and turns in the story, I want someone who throws things at me and can handle when I do the same. I like haunted and struggling characters and love love love darker themes so hit me with anything you have.
Please, no one-liners, I struggle if I only have a few lines to work with, would rather a reply take a day or two than an obviously rushed response, I am like a kitten, I get bored easily!
Grammer, I am not too fussed on, as long as I can read it and it makes sense, saying that I would prefer to write with someone who is well written and who shows that in their replies, I am not expecting a novel, just something that we can both work on and make awesome.
Plots and roles wise I am pretty open, romance is a must BUT it must be slow-burning and natural, if you have a character who struggles to let people in, they are not going to fall in love after one or two interactions, also no trying to control my character, I understand that time skips are sometimes needed and that is ok, but no taking over what I am trying to build up.
I can play both male and female and don't really mind what role I take, but not for every roleplay, sometimes I feel like playing the M lead and others the F lead, I also play side characters too. Doubling is okay, BUT it is not really what I am looking for and would need convincing. I like making characters and as so use character sheets but NO anime please, I want to keep this as real as possible and that just does nothing for me at all. I also love using songs in roleplays, sometimes music says more than words ever could.
A few roles that have been bouncing around my head are the ones in bold are the roles I am craving: would also love to doing something about the aftermath of a car accident, I'm thinking memory loss or something like that.
