Hello!
So, I'm looking for someone to start a 1x1 roleplay with, whether that be fandom related or an original plot. I am literate, so I'm looking for someone who's literate and enthusiastic about plotting as much as I am!
Just to get this thing going, here's some information about me and my roleplay style:

I'm 18
I consider myself literate (a paragraph or two minimum - I've been known to go way past that if I like the plot)
I'm in the British timezone
Most of my plots contain romance to some extent
I generally prefer MxM (I don't really like MxF or FxF but I will consider them)
All my characters are over twenty, no exceptions
I can be a bit slow because my brain is silly, but I do try and talk OOC whenever possible just to show that I'm still interested
I'm a student, which means sometimes I'm busy with work, commissions or exams
I consider myself pretty flexible when it comes to plots and such
I can do fandom-based roleplays or original ones
I can play as both fandom characters or OC's, but not together
I try my hardest to put 100% effort into my character, so I'd expect the same in return
I have examples of my work if you'd like to see them (most of them are quite long and we don't have to go to the same length)
I'm more active Friday-Sunday (school is really hectic at the moment, so please don't spam me for replies)
I don't play as animals
I don't play as furries/nekos/werewolves
I prefer PMs or Discord

1930's - Mafia member x Singer

Plot:
In the city's heart, a popular bar is often bustling with customers looking for a quick drink, some friends, and to enjoy the brilliant entertainment. Singing, dancing, comedy acts; the place has it all, and it's all down to the charismatic owner of the establishment. Nobody can deny that he has a way of charming people into coming back and forth, keeping everyone entertained and gloriously unaware of what's going on behind the scenes.
In reality, the bar is an act set up by the Mafia. Nobody goes back and forth between the back and front, except for the performers.
One of the newest additions to the crew, a singer, is alarmed when they discover that the job they grabbed is more than they bargained for. After being warned about going to the police, they're forced to simply allow the Mafia to go about their business, all whilst keeping a smiling exterior for the people out front.
A particularly mischievous Mafia member takes an interest in the singer, and talks to them more and more often at the bar out front, amused by how differently they treat him just because he's a gang member. The singer can't tell whether the individual is talking to them because they're suspicious that they might go to the police, or if they're genuinely trying to flirt. After a few more nights of this, the Mafia member invites the singer to one meeting, and so begins a downward spiral into illegal activity and romance.
Other Information:
I highly prefer MxM. I don't mind which character.

In the city, toxic waste has overrun almost every unprotected area because of "the disaster" (an unknown catastrophe that happened years prior), and mutations are common among those who live there. Whilst the government loses control and tries desperately to regain power with violent policing, gangs roam the streets like hungry wolves, scavenging for anything of value to be sold on the black market.
One particular gang specialises in finding materials such as food, water, and other substances that bring joy to people's lives, even ones that might have once been considered illegal. This is one of the wealthiest gangs in the city, and they take up residence in the underground tunnels, far away from prying eyes. The gang leader runs the entire business effectively and is surprised when one day an outsider turns up on his territory, demanding to become his second-in-command. At first, nobody takes this outsider seriously, until he explains that he has a cure to protect people from getting illnesses and mutations from the toxic waste. Intrigued, the gang leader reluctantly agrees to let him stay and share power, seeing how beneficial such a discovery would be for his gang's finances.
Other Information:
Again, MxM preferred. This is definitely a darker roleplay since it's apocalyptic, but mainly focuses on the sickness epidemic and the romance that grows between the gang leader and his "second-in-command".

Two troubled young adults disappear from their hometown, running away from their families so they can get up to some illegal mischief together, but leaving everyone they once knew baffled as to why they fled. Angry with society, the two seem content with causing as much chaos as possible whilst allowing their relationship to develop properly between them.
A few towns away, the pair come to a shocking discovery when they are whisked into the middle of a murder case. They are the two main suspects. The pair decide that they have two options; go home to explain to the police what happened, but admit to their various other illegal activities as well - or continue running, hoping they might get away. When one of them decides they want to go home, the other does everything in their power to keep both of them away. Suspicious of their partner, they argue about the murder case, and it becomes clear that one of them committed the murder.
Other Information:
I'm thinking, for this plot in particular I might make an exception for MxF, but MxM is still totally available since that's what I'm used to. This is definitely a more mature roleplay because there'll be a lot of illegal shenanigans going down.

The situation was getting worse with the O'Driscolls, Grays and Braithwaites, and stresses were high within the Van der Linde gang. After learning about Lenny's failed endeavours, Arthur attempts teaching Sean how to read and write as a pastime. The pair struggle to cooperate due to their different energies, but after some patience, Arthur manages to encourage Sean to sit down and actually try writing. The progress is slow due to Sean's distracted nature, but over time they grow to enjoy the time they spend together.
Whilst their relationship begins to structure itself into a more romantic bond, Sean expresses his concern regarding his dreams, explaining to Arthur that he'd been seeing more and more animals. This leads up to when Sean is supposed to die, but due to a change of fates, both Arthur and Sean escape the skirmish alive. They continue their relationship, noticing that Sean's dreams abruptly ceased after his near-death experience.
When Arthur begins to dream about deer after being diagnosed with Tuberculosis, the pair realise that the animals are a foreshadowing. Whilst Arthur comes to terms with his eventual death, Sean still clings to the hope that they might be able to cheat death again, trying to convince Arthur to run away with him before the inevitable collapse of Dutch's gang.
Other Information:
This is based on the whole spirit animal thing with Arthur, and since I already quite liked this ship, I thought it would be nice to implement it. I don't mind who I play in this.

Armitage Hux detests Kylo Ren, ever since he first arrived in the First Order, but the Knight seems to be becoming more and more reliant on him for help, advice and a comforting presence. The Knight has never felt more lonely since he left his whole family behind in favour of the Supreme Leader's guidance instead, and seeks sympathy from anyone he feels he can relate to; the General of the First Order is the closest companion he could keep. The pair begrudgingly get along with one another, but after some time their childish inability to cooperate begins to dissolve and is replaced by romantic tension.
The rest of the First Order is acutely aware of the way Armitage Hux talks to Ren, occasionally slipping nicknames, or acting too controlling for his own good. The truth is that Hux knows Ren won't hurt him, because he understands his impatience and aggression. He knows they love each other, but both of them are too noncommittal to admit it.
Other Information:
I prefer to play Ren. This is intended to be romantic so if you don't like Kylux then this isn't the plot for you.
