  Jace has been described as a cold and distant person, completely detached from the rest of humanity. He has little to no feeling for anyone around him and would gladly sacrifice a person to save himself. He has only one thing in mind and that's his own survival. As mentioned before, he has little humanity, making him the perfect candidate to make contact with SCP's such as SCP 213. Jace is also a very intelligent person, with an I.Q. of almost 190.

  Jace is a Japanese-American immigrant whose family who's family was killed by the Yakuza while he was still an infant. Long story short, Jace's father owed a large sum of money to the Yakuza and, being the deadbeat he was, didn't pay them on time. The Yakuza constantly harassed his family after that, and but the crimes never seemed to directly affect them. For awhile, the Yakuza seemed to be toying around with the family. They would come home to find graffiti on their walls, or find a broken window or two, but nothing too serious. That was when things got ugly.
  
  
  One night, Jace's father left his workplace to find his car smashed to pieces with a note on it saying he would pay. Another night Jace's mom saw a strange man watching her from the kitchen window, but by the time she called the police, the man had disappeared. Eventually, Jace's parent's grew fearful. They rarely left their home, and when they did, it was to go on brief shopping trips. That was when their harasser's made their move. They sent assassin's to kill Jace's parent's in the dead of night to make a point: Don't mess with their gang.
  
  
  Not knowing what to do with the child, the assassin's retrieved him and brought him back to their employers, the Yakuza's head, where they took the child in as their own. After many years of extensive training, Jace became one of the Yakuza's head assassin's, known mostly for his lack of all emotion. They entrusted him with their hardest jobs, meant only for the elite assassin's in their organization. During his years in the Yakuza, Jace picked up a plethora of skills such as swordsmanship, stealth, marksmanship, etc. He even picked up archery as a hobby. After killing yet another high profile target, Jace was sent on a job out of the country. A job in America. After boarding his plane and landing, Jace rested briefly at a hotel and awoke three hours later to carry out his mission. Everything was going according to plan.
  
  
  Up until things stopped going according to plan. Security for his target was much tighter than Jace had originally though and he was caught and sentenced to jail for his crimes in Japan and America. As he sat in his cell, thinking of how he was going to spend his hours rotting away, Jace was awakened from his thoughts by a new voice. A voice offering him freedom and a new job. He was taken to a strange compound far away from civilization and thrown into yet another cell. Surprise surprise, he was made a prisoner again. Sort of. And that's how Jace ended up a Class-D 'worker' at Site 19.

Biography: Archer got the attention of the Foundation some time after he graduated from Harvard University as the highest scorer there, and after he proposed the design for a car that used photosynthetic cells obtained from plants to run. It is mostly unknown how Archer rose up the ranks to quickly, but he is a vital staff member, and has stayed with the Foundation for more than six years.

Subject’s temperament is best described as playful and dog-like: when approached, SCP-999 will react with overwhelming elation, slithering over to the nearest person and leaping upon them, “hugging” them with a pair of pseudopods while nuzzling the person’s face with a third pseudopod, all the while emitting high-pitched gurgling and cooing noises. The surface of SCP-999 emits a pleasing odor that differs with whomever it is interacting with. Recorded scents include chocolate, fresh laundry, bacon, roses, and Play-Doh™.


Simply touching SCP-999’s surface causes an immediate euphoria, which intensifies the longer one is exposed to SCP-999, and lasts long after separation from the creature. Subject’s favorite activity is tickle-wrestling, often by completely enveloping a person from the neck down and tickling them until asked to stop (though it does not always comply with this request).


Containment Procedures: SCP-999 is allowed to freely roam the facility should it desire to, but otherwise must stay in its pen. Subject is not allowed out of its pen at night or off facility grounds at any time. Pen is to be kept clean and food replaced twice daily. All personnel are allowed inside SCP-999’s holding area, but only if they are not assigned to other tasks at the time, or if they are on break. Subject is to be played with when bored and spoken to in a calm, non-threatening tone.

Biography: Born on the 5th November of [Redacted] and was born to a life of high expectations and discipline due to being born to a family of soldiers and doctors he was enrrolled into a strict private school and at the age of 15 he was recruited to a highly famed Military School were he trained to become an Assault Specialist at the age of 21 he went on his first tour to fight the soviets during the cold war and at the end of his tour the british was imppressed by his feats and skills now a 1st Lieutenant Assault Specialist he became a squad officer for an op the mission was a succes but there were cassualties and after that incident he trained mire often having nights with out sleep now at the age of 28 he was recruited as MTF-?7 Commander but shortly after MTF-?7 disbanded the Council were impressed of his skills on the field they promoted him and now his is the Current Commander of MTF-Alpha 1 and is now site 19's SCP keter class anomolies handeler.

Arthur grew up in a decent neighborhood in New York. He worked at a corner store from the time he was 12 and graduated high school at 16 (you can in New York.). Arthur went on to college and majored in Criminal Justice. He received his Bachelor's and joined a Police Academy. At 22, Arthur graduated from the academy and was hired by the SCP Foundation. He's worked for the Foundation for a little over a year and is on good terms with everyone.
