Hey all! Names Spectra_Mercury, but I prefer to just go by Merc. I’m very new to RpNation, so I apologize if I’m a bit slow with learning how to manoeuvre around. But anyway, I’ve been RPing for around 8+ years now and am currently looking for some people to chill and RP with. Here is some info before I go into things I enjoy/would be down to do.

As I stated in my intro, I have been roleplaying for 8-9+ years now. I am semi-literate and tend to send around 3-4 paragraphs depending on how much I am able to work with off of responses (Or however many braincells are connecting at the specific moment lol). I tend to respond whenever I can, but I can promise at least 1 response a week unless something comes up for me, or I'm in a small mental rut. If I’m super in to what we have going on, I’ll probably respond a lot more often. I’ll lose interest in a RP around a month or a month and a half if there are no responses. But if it’s because of outside situations that you can’t respond, that’s cool! Just let me know and I’ll be all chill with it.

I’m cool with non-binary, trans characters, and LGBTQ+ as well! I’m down to double up as well.

•Rule 2: Please be AT LEAST Semi-Literate. I know sometimes it’s hard to come up with long responses, but I like to have some detailed writing to work off of.
•Rule 3: I would like for the RP’s to take place here on RpNation in pms.
•Rule 4: If you wish to use an OC, please send me a character sheet of them so I can read about them!
•Rule 5: I do NOT want to do stories with gary or mary sues. I don’t tolerate that kind of character.
•Rule 6: PLEASE inform me if you have any triggers! I personally don’t have any, but I know a lot of people do and I don’t want to make somebody uncomfortable. So please let me know beforehand!
•Rule 7: I am willing to work on coming up with a plot together, put PLEASE do not come to me and expect me to come up with a plot for us. And if you already have an idea in mind, just let me know!

Info: Love the lore and characters of this game! I am currently on chapter 20 in the story mode. I would like to DOUBLE-UP for this, and will probably be more inclined to accept OCxOC or as I said double up with OcxCanon or CanonxCanon if that's what you're looking for. And I feel like this should be said, I will absolutely NOT do anything 18+. For one it is against site guidelines, and two I do not, and would not, want to do an RP like that. So please, if you come to me with any of that, I will be reporting you.

Alright, this is more of a general idea that I'm willing to work off of with you. Basically, the world is filled with super heroes (duh) that take on threats like Monsters, Aliens, Thugs, and super villains. There isn't an over abundance of heroes and villains in the world (Not like say Marvel, DC, MHA, ect) but more so one or two heroes for every twenty cities. Because of this, most are very popular and well known. With this concept YC could be a well-known hero, a new up and comer, a civilian, or hell even a villain! I do currently only have one character that could fit this setting, and he is a villain. Over time I will probably make more characters that can fit in this world, and when I do I will update this thread!
Much like the setting above, this is a setting that we could discuss in further detail in DM's. I should say though first, I probably WON'T want to do any romance for this setting. If we start and get a good way into a story and I like our characters chemistry, I MIGHT want to do something with romance. But that is a big if, and only if the other person would be comfortable with it. Anyways, onto the actual explaining of this setting lol. Standard monster boy/monster girl situation, people that have a half-human and half-animal or half-mythical creature have intergraded into modern society a few decades ago. Since then, the world surprisingly hasn't changed that much. With this setting YC could be a demi-human who was recently moved into town, is an exchange student coming over from another country, or is an illegal demi-human on the run from the local gouvernement, they could even be a normal human. All can be the same for MC as well, but I would prefer to play a human. But, I do have demi-human characters if you REALLY wanna play a human! I currently only have one, but plan on making more male and female demi-human characters to use in the future.
