Bug Scrolling Up

[Idea]

Ok, I'm gonna try to be brief, it seems that I am a having problem where at random times when I am replying to a thread, I suddenly get scrolled up every time I type anything in. It doesn't lock me from scrolling back down again, but as soon as I press another key it's back to going up.

Is this fixable? I don't know if it's just me or anyone else have this issue? It seems to occur mainly when I'm on my laptop, I'm not sure if I ever sae it occur while i was on phone.

This happens to me on mobile. Like if I'm trying to edit my post it'll scroll up several different times then it seems to work itself out.

I've had it happen to me before. And in general, the mobile site for me has random scrolling issues at times. Nothing too extreme.
