YASSSSSSSS

Context: It'll probably take me about six or seven years to get my Bachelor's. I spent two years at a private university that I left because my grades were poor and I couldn't justify the investment in that education. All my friends graduated this past May, and I'm only just now getting a career certificate and deciding which 2-year degree to work toward. It's... a little humiliating, to be honest. So this is just amazing - it really gives me hope that I can actually get a proper BS like my older sisters.

I am SO excited. 3k a year isn't a whole lot, but it still puts a dent in that in-state tuition!

EDIT: a lot of state schools have tuition between 10 and 20k a year. Depending on where I go, and how much of the grant I earn, this could help out more than I even realize.

Wow! Congratulations!
Thank you so much! I'm super excited, I just hope I can hold on to that eligibility because I'm not really a great student, so scholarships and stuff based on academic merit are usually out of my reach.

I'm sure you'll do well! ^_^ College might be a challenging thing, but I wish you the best of luck. :D You can do it!
