Fantasy Scratch my Fantasy itch? (FxF, MxF)

Vampunk

sʇɐq ןooɔ ǝɥʇ ɥʇıʍ ƃuıƃuɐɥ

Well, well, well, look who decided to once again put up a One on One Interest Check? And one without any vampires no less.

Huh, what strange sickness must have befallen this bloodsucker?
Nothing less than the dreaded "Fantasy Fever" of course!

And there's only one remedy against such a vile disease!
Funneling all the excessive fantasy craving into written form!

But enough of weird introductions!
If you read this far it means you're either interested in some fantastic adventures...Or you just have a morbid curiosity...Either way, there will definitely be something of interest to be found here, I assure you!

A little bit about myself!
I've been writing for about 15 years now and I'd consider myself a decent writer. I adore character chemistry, details and tend to write a LOT! Why else would I want to roleplay if I didn't have the intention of creating wonderful worlds and engaging characters for us to enjoy, huh?

Anyhow, I am looking for basically any kind of partner right now, seeing that I'm fine with a multitude of pairings and plots! Though I must warn you, I only play Male characters upon request, so if you approach me, please specify what gender you'd want my character to be!

That being said, let's just jump right into the meat of this, shall we?

The plots

A Hero's Craft
Some spend their lives working the fields that yield the crops necessary to feed entire kingdoms, others tailor clothing that'll keep folk from freezing in the colder seasons.
And then there are those whose craft isn't all that different in the regard that it is required for society to keep existing, to keep the common folk sleeping safe and sound in their beds while the evils of the world are being kept in check.

That is a hero's work; Assuring those fiends that threaten to disturb the peace are being dealt with.
Be it the lowliest Goblin or the most ancient evil, there are always those who will put an end to their wicked plans.
For the right amount of coin of course...

Be it upstart heroes or grizzled veterans, there is a lot of fun to be had with this simple setup for adventure, camaraderie and other shenanigans.

The Prophecy
An ancient evil stirs, something that had been banished several hundred years ago by those with the courage and power to stand against the growing darkness.
But time and the evil festering in the hearts of men has once again unshackled the darkness that had once threatened to envelop the entire world.

And when all hope seems lost and more and more cities fall to the fiends that would erect a kingdom of the damned out of the ashes of the living, those prophesied paragons of old would reawaken.
Clad in different flesh than the one they bore so many years ago, their flame the spark in mortal hearts, those chosen by fate will have to stand against the growing darkness or succumb to doubt, sorrow and death...

Oh, the standard Prophecy that foretold the ending of the world as we know it.
Impending doom, exciting isn't it?

Strangers in a Strange Land
The northern planes had been spared of human influence for the past millennia, shielded by their expansion by the great glaciers of old...
But as time thawed the once great walls of nature, humanity found a way, a passage, into uncharted lands.

Lands that unlike the ones already conquered by humans, are still thriving with magic.
The old energies that had once shaped the planet from a mere floating orb of ash and fire into the blooming world known to its inhabitants.
But as armies march towards settling in this new frontier, something ancient stirs in those lands...

Something that will not give up its treasures without a fight...

Think Cameron's Avatar...
But fantasy!

Those accursed children of the Night...
The darkness had existed for as long as the first humans dabbled in the unknown...in the forbidden fabric of life and death that made up the being of all things...
And for just as long there were those who stood against those creatures of darkness that sought nothing more than to prey on humans.
Witches wrought their wicked spells that ensnared mortals, Upirs hungered for their blood, the beast men fed on their flesh....

But as humanity began fortifying their cities, so did the monsters.
Forming their very own kingdoms hidden in the shadow of the upstart mortal nations.

Waiting, growing their strength...
For some day they might seek to subjugate every living being and snuff out all the goodness left in the world...

But not if WE have a say in that!

Witchcraft, Wizardry and other Wicked things
The life outside of the big cities of men has always been a humble one.
One of honest work, of humility, one that would be celebrated in hearty festivals of plenty...

And just as every village had their fool, their mayor and their huntsman, they all had their own practitioners of magic.
Wizards, Witches, Herblorists, anyone with the knowledge of the arcane and the brewing of potions would be a valued asset of any community...

But everything changed when the once peaceful life would be threatened by the kings outlawing the practice of magic...
And condemn all those creatures that differed from humans in more ways than one....

Basic Plot prompts:
Squire/Knight
Witch/Apprentice
Vampire Aristocracy
Dragonslayers
Barbarians and City folk (I actually got a plot for this one too! Just ask me about it!)
Something dealing with our characters being the "Bad" Guys

But that's all for now! I'll update it once I get some more plots figured out!
I hope you found something interesting, and if you did so, do not hesitate to shoot me a PM!

Toodles!
VamPunk

I'm definitely interested in a few of your prompts, especially 'Witchcraft, Wizardry and other Wicked things' or the vampire aristocracy concept you mentioned.

Definitely interested in both 'A Hero's Craft' and 'The Prophecy'. I love heroic fantasy, and it's an itch I have that could never be scratched enough!
