Things vitally important:
*Characters should be internally driven. Looking to write scenes of conversation in equal parts to action. Slow scenes where nothing else is happening.
*Strong sense of character that plays into how they're written. Should be able to highlight their inner motivations actively in a thread to create context/content and tension.
*Characters should say or do the wrong things sometimes. Be mad about something someone else said or rubbed the wrong way at times. Create challenges for one another. They should not be mind-readers !
*Emotional Characters – Characters who have feelings and express them in line with their personality.
*OOC Communication – Able to speak up if things aren't working, you need something different, or have some plot ideas. Word walls/inspo information/large character charts are not only more than welcome, very much encouraged ! Let me know that you've read all this info by telling me a bit about your favorite current, or past char !
Writing preferences are:
Necessary length for moving a plot
Less is more– Sometimes shorter posts are needed for scenes that require dialogue, action, or replies
More is also More– sometimes you need a 1k word post to set a scene or an internal dialogue

"Yes, and..." movement in threads – build off of what the other characters are doing/heading/saying and extrapolating off of it. Not necessarily, ‘yes’ but there should be an acknowledgement, even if it’s negative or actively ignoring it.
