a non-player character (npc), sometimes known as a non-person character, is any character that is not controlled by a singular player but by the cast as a whole as a prop in the rp. for example; school teachers, background characters, the mayor, the priest, the police, etc. some npc's are more important than others and actually require in depth info, so this is where they will be posted.
if you'd like to sumbit an npc for yourself, for example a family member or such, the cs is below and you may post them as you would with any other character. that being said, they may be accepted or declined, though the latter is very unlikely. npc's do not require massive amounts of backstory. they can be very simple.
