"Remember... No talking to anybody. You're here to level and have fun. Not to make friends. Got it?" Marcus said to one of his friends, Bliss. They had been friends since childhood, basically like siblings but this game that they were entering... Could be their end. The two stood in a small living room, Bliss's to be exact. They were looking at each other and both holding helmets at their sides. "Alright. I know and I'll remember." Bliss said gently. They both nodded to one another and then lay down on separate couches. Visitors on, game begun...
"First thing we need to do when we get in, is head for the outskirts, most people will have to get used the game, learn the ropes. We will kill a few monsters until we hit level three. Afterwards we will go to the next town." Kaze spoke softly. "It would be an annoyance staying there any longer. We shouldn't bother talking to people until we are ready for the first boss."
Mizu nodded. "I am ready, and my character is made. Let's kick some ass!"
"Whoa... God I wish I was a beta tester..." Marcus said gently as he stood in the game and looked around, his avatar more muscular than the real him but the real him was taller. Bliss was standing next to him, looking the exact same but the green in her eyes amplified and red in her hair darker. "It's amazing- lets go level." Bliss said gently, pulling a scyth off her back and swinging it a bit. Marcus whistled at her and pulled a Roman style long sword off his back. "Awesome. I can use this..." He said.
As they stood next to each other Kaze looked towards the town exit. "We should hurry." He muttered looking at Mizu, both of them made their characters with a facial scan so they look exactly the same. They both made their characters slightly taller, for the reach though. As they got to the outskirts, Kaze saw a big pig. "Now then, I explained about how to execute swords skills, but watch me anyway. Remember, I will only show you once." Walking forward Kaze pulled his sword from his hip, sheathe still on it. Wiith a strike he stunned the beast and his sword glowed. He drew it like a samurai would and with an swift slash he was re-sheathing it, when it clicked into place the pig split in half.
Mizu nodded. "I get it, the skill activates based on movement, if you time your attack when the glow is most intense you do the most damage. I can do this easy." She said with a smile. Walking towards one she smiled. She drew her sword out and slashed it a few times before her sword glowed. She thrust forward and watch the pig turn to dust around her blade. "Alright, lets party up!"
