Oh boy, is this site ever bright! So much different than the dimly lit layouts of previous sites I've dabbled on. I wonder why roleplaying sites tend to go for the dark colour schemes... Anywho, going by what this site's guidelines are on what is considered literate and such, I'll safely place myself in between casual and literate posts. I mainly stick to modern/realistic plots, but perhaps I'll try my hand at something more daring such as futuristic; I've never gotten the opportunity to do that with lack of creativity on past forums and such.

I'm rather impressed with the overall feel of this place thus far so I have high expectations! Of course, not high enough to expect miracles to happen; miracles like advanced threads that actually last longer than two weeks existing here. I actually found rpnation after a quick Google search, and only lurked for an hour or so, which is impressive for me. I am terrible for lurking, beware!

Putting a tidbit of information about myself would probably do some justice for this first post of mine.​

I'm fifteen years of age, which means that I've been in the roleplaying business for five years now. Yes sir, I started at the wee age of ten! I was making short posts up until two years ago mind you but everyone must start somewhere; my somewhere just happened to be in a forum filled with people obsessed with speed of posting over quality.


I enjoy an array of both anime and manga, my top favourites probably being Ima, Soko Ni Iru Boku, Terror in Resonance and Hitsuji no Uta. Oh, and I also like regular old American comic books too. Can't forget those!


My spelling preference is actually UK, so please don't think I'm spelling words wrong all over the place if you have a "U" deficiency in some of your words. I kid, but this has happened to me multiple times in the past.

Hey Haze! Welcome to RpN! I am so grateful that you thought this website was the one for you, and be sure that it certainly is. We do have a really clean website, all of our sections and forums set neatly around due to the hard work of our admins. Also, along with our helpful staff, our amazing community is a prime foretelling of just how great your time here will be, and I think you will make some awesome new friends here. This will certainly be the website that gets you on your feet, and I hope you have chances in the future to break out of the lurker status.


I think its awesome that you started so young in Roleplaying, and I can understand the need to start somewhere. I, myself, only started about half a year ago, so you definitely have some time on me. I have always been a lover of any kind of graphic novels, and so I think its cool that you can get back into the roots of them. However, I will say I am not so big on Superhero Mainstream Comics, mostly because there are so many! How many universe can you have, before having too many? Though, I do still enjoy them when I understand them, so there is that.


So, I see your avatar is a Pokemon, a very classy one, so do you enjoy Pokemon? I am not an expert, but I have played a bit in my day.

Ah, thank you for that very warm welcome. The Pokemon avatar actually popped up because of an old link from a service I had set up maybe a year ago? I actually drew the avatar and it was a shock to see it again after such a long while to say the least!
