Synopsis:
Salem has always been a place of history and mystery, but for a group of unsuspecting young adults, it’s about to become something much more dangerous. Each drawn to the town by an unknown force, they find themselves inexplicably connected to an ancient tome, one that whispers secrets in the night, changes pages on its own, and seems to know them better than they know themselves.
At first, it feels like a coincidence. A historian researching the trials, a skeptic looking for thrills, a modern witch practicing in secret. One by one, they come across the tome and feel its pull. But as they uncover its power, Salem itself begins to change. Strange symbols appear in the streets, people fall into inexplicable trances, and the once-harmless reenactments of the witch trials begin to feel all too real. Soon, they realize that history is repeating itself in the worst way possible, and they are at the center of it all.
Some believe the tome is a gift, others a curse. But one thing is certain: someone wants its power for themselves, and if the group doesn’t learn to control it first, they may be the next to burn.
Roles in the Group:- The Historian – A scholar who came to Salem to research the original witch trials and is fascinated by the tome’s connection to the past. (Taken)
- The Skeptic – Someone who doesn’t believe in magic but is forced to confront the truth as the supernatural events unfold.
- The Witch – A practicing modern witch who recognizes the tome’s energy but struggles to control it.
- The Psychic – An empath or medium whose abilities have been amplified by the tome, making them a target for those who seek its power. (Taken)
- The Protector – A tough, no-nonsense individual who takes it upon themselves to keep the group safe at all costs.
- The Seeker – Someone drawn to the tome out of sheer curiosity, desperate to uncover its secrets no matter the cost. (Taken)
- The Cynic – A former believer in magic who now wants nothing to do with it but is forced back into the world they abandoned. (Taken)
- The Investigator – A journalist or detective trying to piece together the strange happenings in Salem, unknowingly getting in too deep.
- The Betrayer – A member of the group who has been secretly working with an outside force to obtain the tome’s power for themselves.
- The Lost One – Someone who has a hidden past tied to the tome, and whose fate may have already been written in its pages.

Mystery & Discovery: Unravel the secrets of the tome, its origins, and why it has chosen this group.
Trust & Betrayal: Not everyone is on the same side, and paranoia may turn the group against each other.
Magic & Consequences: Using the tome’s power comes at a cost—how far will each character go?
History Repeating: Salem’s dark past refuses to stay buried, and those who don’t learn from it may suffer the same fate.
