Alright, I have a problem. Naito's character is terrible.


It's a one-dimensional cliche character who loves murder for literally no reason, carries weapons around on him all the time, and somehow all of the school staff is just okay with it.


Now, I'm not the best writer. Far from it. But I know enough to say that people do not do things like that unless they have had a reason to it in the past, and I'm willing to bet that zero thought was put into that.


The issue is that;


1) Guess what? You're in a school. The entire staff and student body is not going to be okay with him waving guns around everywhere. He would get beat the hell up by police and arrested.


2) Going "TEEHEE TIME FOR MURDER" is just terrible. It screams of an obsessive need for attention rather than actually writing out a character as a person. It demands that the entire roleplay either acknowledges that nonsense, or ignores it completely. The former ruins any kind of scenario characters have by constantly shoving a nonsensical situation into the frame, and the latter means he really shouldn't have even been accepted in the first place.


I've seen this trainwreck too many times, and frankly, it's annoying. Why even have an application if you're just going to accept anything? I don't get it. If this goes through then I'm just gonna have to take my leave of this topic.


Edit: Right. Guess I was dumb for actually having standards. Later then.
