Listen. Having a slow pace is not bad. it just means the person has things to do or it just won't fit and has to think about it more. Most of the time, they get a good post out because they actually take their time in doing so. Others have fast paces which is nice, that's their thing and they might have more inspiration in that moment.
I don't have problems with the pace one posts at, absolutely not. I'd actually prefer it if they take a little more time to get a good post out instead of shooting posts out every hour as so to say.
And even more important: all characters are protagonists. They all have their own story to tell which makes everything just that more fun as you can look into their minds and worlds. The way the writer wanted it to.
I don't want to make this into a discussion but if you're going to start judging on the pace and seeing that not everyone is a main character, this might not be the place you want to be.
