Hello lovely people!
I'm looking for just one person right now.

About me:
  • I've been a role player for many, many years. I have lots of ideas and I love creating with others. Collaboration is one of my favorite ways of writing since doing it alone (looking at you unfinished novel) can be rather...lonely. :)
  • I tend to lean toward heavy description. Settings, feelings actions...I wanna know! As such, I write a fair bit in my posts, but am I flexible. (That is, usually more than five paragraphs, but I can go down to three.)
  • As I have a life that is demanding of time, I can only post once or twice a week. But as I like to post novels (not all the time) the wait will be worth it. I also like visuals, like pictures inserted into posts on occasion. Not a requirement, just something I like to do.
  • I'm a mature writer and I don't have many taboo subjects (within the boundaries of the site rules of course.) I would ask that any potential partners are over 18, and preferably over 21. I feel more comfortable with people closer to my own age.
  • I play lots of characters all at once. I'll have a main, and then surround her or him with tons of other folks cause life, even fictional, doesn't happen in a vacuum. I tend to play girls more often, but that doesn't mean I can't or won't play guys.
  • If you have a plot, but need a partner, I might be interested. Let me know!
  • If you're interested in one of my plots, please reply here for now until I get the ability to use PM, and we can get to chatting. :) I'll let you all know when I can use PM, as I prefer that medium for plotting and RP.
  • Also can use GoogleDocs for those who would rather.
Current plot cravings:

The Seer
Genre: Modern fantasy, historical, supernatural/horror

E. is a single mother with a young son. Following a family tragedy, she packs up her home and her son and takes off across the country, trying to escape her past and longing for a clean slate. Too bad the small town where she settles isn't precisely as picturesque as it seems. There's something sinister there, which it seems that only she can see. She and a few others. She can do something about it, or run, but she cannot let it take over. Now, she's got a choice: fight or flight?

So many potential parter roles:
Paranormal investigator
exorcist
police/law enforcement
demon/ghost/other supernatural being
Next door neighbor

Other notes:
  • Not mandatory, but can have a romance though that won't be the focus, MxF only.
  • I will be E (so called because I haven't pinned down her actual name yet) in the story, as well as her son and various others.
  • E can see ghosts/demons, but beyond that she doesn't have any other crazy abilities.
  • Has the potential to be very dark. I don't mind this in the least.
  • It would be interesting to try this in a historical versus a modern time period. For some reason I gravitate toward an Old West kinda deal. :)

(Untitled, as of now)
Genre: Medieval fantasy, magic

A is a Seeker, a mage who hunts heretical mages to bring them to Cloister where they can receive proper training. She is one of a company of forty who have been tasked with finding the Heretic, a mage who practices magic of Void, to bring her to justice before the Tribunal. The Heretic is a hard woman to catch, and she's gaining a following of like minded mages who don't want to be under the thumb of Cloister.

It was supposed to be a simple enough task to go into the city, find the King of the Slums, and deliver a sack of gold to persuade him to help tracking the Heretic. But things went wrong, as things do and now A and the Slum King are on the run from mage hunters, Seekers and the Heretic as well.

Potential partner role:
The Slum King (name/designation can be changed)

Other notes:
  • There's a lot of background on this story which I will divulge to potential partners.
  • This was based on an RP I had a few years ago
  • There is Beauty and the Beast kind of dynamic between Slum King and A.
  • Yes, it is partially influenced by the mage/Templar divide in Dragon Age. (Favorite game of all time.)
