HISTORY(BACKSTORY)
Born the daughter of a female prostitute, Avery’s mother, Mila, met her father, whom held the alias Hugo Stinivisky, amid an alley near a Los Angles strip club, selling herself as though she were an object of some sort, looking for money to keep herself living. She had run off at a young age, and was desperate to make ends meet. The mysterious man in black took up the offer, and in their fling, thus began a relationship that no one had expected. He told her that her wildest dreams would be reality, and she believed him, she was comfortable being with him. A month after this, Avery was said to be conceived. Mila, concerned she would lose the man she loved dearly, kept this a secret until he discovered by the third month into the pregnancy. Angered by this, Hugo urged her to have an abortion, though Mila then refused. She left the man to raise the child on her own, though she adored him dearly. Once giving birth to her healthy and alert baby girl, she could see clearly that there was something off about her. She radiated evil, or so believed. Those red eyes were something of the Underworld. Soon after, Avery was put up for adoption, and in the days that her papers had been up, a man by the name of Mr. Brunner stepped up, and took the child.

Being admitted into the camp immediately, Chiron and Dionysus were forced to raise the child on their own, as she was much too young to properly care for herself. There was suspicion as to who her father was, though it was not determined until she turned the age of seven, when she had accidentally been led from the forest by a sickening red light, and was forced from the barrier, only to meet face to face with a red eyed beast, a hellhound, teeth bared and prepared to strike. Though terrified, Avery convinced the beast that she was no threat. Soon enough, Chiron discovered her missing, and later found her playing with what she called, her dog, whom she had named Hugo, by unbeknownst coincidence. The symbol of Hades was found hovering above her head as she was led back into the camp, Hugo not daring to leave her side.

As she grew older, she was judged more harshly as an evil spirit lingering around the the camp, not seeing her as the intelligent and earnest girl she truly was, forcing her into a husk of what she once was, more opinionated and sarcastic, less enthusiastic and amused. Her only friends? Her brother, Nico, whom has long since left camp, and Hugo.


— POWERS/WEAPONS (IF ANY) Avery posses the ability to raise the dead, though it has taken her quite some time to summon complete armies, as it drains her the longer she keeps them animated. She cannot reanimate the recently deceased, rather the older souls appear simple to possess. She can also reanimate the skeletons of animals and non-mundane creatures. Similar to her brother, Nico, she can manipulate darkness and travel through it, as though teleporting. Due to training, she can transport at least three people without feeling light headed, though is easiest alone. As for her weapon, she carries a large scythe that can be converted into a simple comb that she can keep in her back pocket. Though Hugo is mainly in use of companionship, he is powerful, with jowls of steel and bite worse than his bark.

Her phobias are atychiphobia, in which fearing that oneself of not being good enough for others, and philophobia, a fear of falling in love. Maybe she just hasn’t met the right person?

It is rare to ever find him away from her, as their bond is unbreakable.

History:
Born to two very old and wealthy vampires, Kamaria has lived a life of wealth and prestige. Her parents accumulated a vast amount of money because of their long lives on earth and because of their business savvy personalities. Kamaria came as a pleasant surprise to her parents. Because of her age Kamaria’s mother had difficulty with getting pregnant, it’s also why she is an only child. Kamaria was spoiled by her parents with both material things and affection. Though it was because they held high standards for their child. Kamaria brought up to be the picture perfect pureblood. Lessons on etiquette and dance were just a view things that she went through. She even had different nannies up until she was able to attend school, just for lessons the arts and such. Kamaria was also taught art of being a worthsmith and the value of being knowledgeable. She took on her parents’ expectations in stride, behaving as they wanted in order to make them proud. It wasn’t long before Kamaria began to climb up the social ladder. Her parents would schedule play dates with the kids of other wealthy families and Kamaria began to network for the first time, her parents telling her the importance of choosing one’s friends and associates.

HISTORY: leviticus was a mistake. his mother would say if anyone asked, and it was the reason why she only held him once, just long enough to leave him on a curb outside the hospital he was born at. his mother, caroline, was using a fake ID and had too much to drink when she stumbled (literally) into his father. it was meant to be a one time thing, that night caroline had with the stranger she met outside of a bar, but then she found out she was pregnant. she hid her pregnancy and as soon as he was born, gave him up before her parents could discover what happened. an off-duty nurse would find him later that night and put him into foster care.

lee's first set of adoptive parents raised him until he was five. he stopped time for the first time when his adoptive mother accidentally tipped over a pot of boiling water as he was playing in the kitchen, unintentionally saving himself from much more serious burns. he was taken away from them anyway, as the burn on his hand was still bad enough to need medical treatment. he was with his second set for only a year before he was taken to camp half-blood by a satyr posing as his neighbor, but was influenced by them to the current day. they were incredibly religious and taught him to deny and refuse to acknowledge his sexuality. he was claimed by Chronos pretty quickly, but as he never have any siblings and lived by himself, didn't have many friends in camp.

— POWERS: chronokinesis, the power to manipulate time. lee can slow or speed up time, but not go forward or back (he would probably die trying). he can slow down time around himself by 5-8 seconds, mostly using it to dodge blows or catch falling objects. after extensive training, he can affect people, animals and objects within five feet of himself. his ability to speed up time is much more limited, and less useful (he thinks so, at least). he uses it to speed up conversations when he's bored of talking to someone. if he's not already on guard, touching him breaks his concentration.

the way he slows down time is subtle, and unless his opponent has been exposed to it before they probably won't know he's using it. he's much, much less subtle about speeding up time.​

    Most of the time, Asher seems like nothing but a dumb playboy, a camper obsessed with romance and flirting. He doesn’t take things very seriously, most especially flirting, and he always seems to have something up his sleeve. However, when he’s working in the forge with his siblings, Ash has been known to show a surprising level of intelligence, which is further supported by his power relating to mechanical objects.

    Everywhere else, however, Ash is anything but serious or intelligent. Loud and outgoing, he’s usually the center of attention, causing some sort of trouble inadvertently or advertently, depending on the situation. In private settings, or with those he considers close to him, he’s incredibly affectionate and sweet. Because of the incident with his sister, he’s protective over everyone he cares about, most especially those he loves or his other siblings. He refuses to allow anyone else to get hurt because of him, which leads to a slightly irrational and reckless side when it comes to fighting.

    In battle, Ash’s surprising intelligence makes a reappearance, and thanks to his ADHD, he’s a quick thinker in battle. It is only when a loved one’s life is on the line that he loses all reason, which proves to be dangerous for him more than for his enemy. Basically, let him handle the fight. Or be really good at fighting yourself.

    For a time, Asher lived peacefully with his mother, stepfather, and stepsister. They were a happy-go-lucky family of four, and Asher loved his younger stepsister with all his heart. She looked up to him, and she was the one who gave him the nickname “Ash” because she thought it was cooler than his real name.

    Ever since he was a child, Ash had been able to see monsters. He thought he was crazy, but he would tell his sister of what he’d seen while out and about in the town in which his family lived. His sister believed him, though his parents told him it was all in his imagination. Ash clung to the belief his sister gave him, as it made him feel like he wasn’t going crazy.

    Finally, one day, Ash was playing with his sister when one of the monsters he’d come to fear attacked, injuring his sister. It resembled a large dog, and Ash cried for his parents, who came rushing to see what had happened. When he told them, his mother got a strange look in her eye. That night, she admitted to him that his father was a god, Hephaestus, whom she’d met at a science fair. That was why the monsters had attacked him, why his sister had gotten hurt.

    Not long after his mother’s confession, a strange half-goat thing (a satyr, he was told) came for him and told him it was time to go to camp. Ash didn’t know what that meant, but he followed the satyr anyway. Along the way, they were attacked by more monsters like the one that had hurt his sister, and Ash found it hard to face them. It was a miracle he made it to Camp Half-Blood at all.

    Ash took to life as a demigod pretty well, and he worked hard to be able to take down the monsters in the woods. He was glad to stay at camp, as he was afraid that if he went back home, his sister would get hurt because of him again. A letter from his mother, assuring him that she was alright, did little to ease his worry.

    He hasn’t gone home since.

    Powers and AbilitiesPower:
    Heat Resistance/Absorption
    Asher can sit comfortably near extreme amounts of heat, whether it be in the forges or bonfires. His body absorbs the heat, which makes him seem like quite the furnace. However, he is unable to produce flames from this heat. He also cannot withstand flames themselves, and he is still susceptible to burns. Because of his predisposition to heat, Asher has to bundle up in the winter, lest he catch a really bad cold. His heat absorption makes him especially susceptible to the cold.
    Gear Doctor
    Especially with mechanical machines that work using a series of gears and such, Asher can touch the object in question and immediately be able to sense what's wrong with it. He calls it a "sixth sense." However, this does not work with anything electronic or anything without gears or gear-like mechanisms.
    Weapon: Asher uses an ax he named Spock. (Get it? Cuz Spock is a Vulcan? And Vulcan is Hephaestus’s Roman form? Huh? HUH? GET IT?) He carries it around strapped to his back.
