Character Species

These are the character species. Pure breeds are limited to the teachers unless you want to convince me of a plot device.

· Experiment- You were created in a lab. You could have been born a test tube baby or been altered as an orphan. This species has a wide range of capabilities. This will be where all characters that do not belong in the other species will go.

· Human/Demonic Hybrid- One of your parents was a demon or devil. Perhaps high class or low class. This includes Succubus, fallen angel, and esc. This will be were the dark users will most likely focus. Animal shifters can be here as well.

· Human/Angel Hybrid- One of your parents is an Angelic being. Their powers usually based in healing, but there are even warrior angels. This can contain many different powers as well.

He has icey blue eyes that are completely blue with no white to be seen. His claws are also tinted blue along with his tongue and pads of paws.

Appearance: Kira stands at 5"5, probably not going to grow any more, and has beige colored skin. Her hair is naturally white and black and she added a red streak to set her apart. Her eyes are different colors, one being red and the other silver.

Clothing style: Likes to wear large jackets and hoodies that cover her body. She always has ribbon tied around her neck and she prefers not to wear jewelry. Underneath her clothing she wears cut up t-shirts and either skinny jeans or shorts.
Abilities: Being Half-demon, she controls hell fire and has a special ability called "Holy Voice."

Morality: Lawfully good. She tries her best to always be a good girl since her mother always said she had the devils eye and was destined to be evil.

Faction: Light Faction, though she isn't positive, she doesn't like the hopelessness of the other-side and wishes to be surrounded by people who care.

Flaws:
- Self-hating- Believes her mothers cruel words, so she has little confidence in herself to the point of hatred.
- Naive- Thinking the good of everyone, she tends to look past the obvious evil surrounding them
- Grim- Tends to say depressing things even though she tries to be positive, she is also a realist.
Merit:
- Earnest- Her words are always true and when she says them it means more than most because she isn't one to speak out.
- Observant- Very keen to what is going on around her since she doesn't usually speak and stays in the shadows.
- Steadfast- Stands quick to defend her choices and will not be knocked down. If she chooses to protect something or do something she does it.

- Tends to stare for long periods of time without blinking

Happy memories: Her fondest memory was when she had ran away from home for a few days. She was starving just after a couple of hours, but a nice rabbit farmer found her. By helping him out, he fed her and let her stay with him and his bunnies. Her brother soon came to get her and they returned home. Kira's mother beat her and said cruel things, but for once Kira believed she wasn't those things. She would not be brought down by her mothers negligence.

Tragic memories: Every day of Kira's life was a tragedy. From the day she and her brother were born, she was treated like the black sheep of the family, cursed for who she was. Her mom would beat her, tell her she would become a sinner and kill her whole family. Her brother, on the other hand, was loved and praised and was Kira's only form of protection from her mother's cruelty. Kira would sleep outside until her brother would bring her in and she would lay with him.

Her mother was with two men before she got pregnant. One, a beautiful angelic creature who promised to save her from her mistakes and Two, the mistake. She was tempted and lured by a devil with the scent of lavender and fire. After that night, the Angelic man came to her and said he would cure her of her terrible mistake. Her brother, looking the part, seemed to get the good genes, and her the hatred of her mother.

Before you came here: Kira lived with her mother and brother before the letter came for her to come to the school. Ecstatic to leave, she started to pack her things, but her mother started to swing her fist at her telling her she would never be a hero. Instead of her brother, Kira stopped her mothers hand since she was no longer a weak, frail child. "I will show you," She told her mom and left, no longer able to be stopped. She left her brother too, but he would soon follow.

Appearance: Kaneda has a warm, sepia skin tone. He's 4'8" and weighs 79 lbs, with a diamond shaped face with black hair cut unevenly as short as one can possibly get without involving another person or a hair clipper. His eyes are hooded, a chartreuse green with a thin ring of indigo encasing them, accented by winged eyebrows. He has a small, refined nose with equally small, defined lips.

Clothing style: He prefers to wear button-up shirts, but if he cant will wear a long- sleeved shirt. His tops and bottoms lack writing and are fairly orderly. His shirts are of a solid color, usually one of the secondary or primary colors of the color wheel.
Crush: None yet.

Relationships: Hated his father and his mother died in childbirth. He's an only child, and doesn't have meaningful relationships outside of school. He's friends with a trio in England, as well as a pair of twins currently in France. There are a couple of other major people he tends to go to when he's in the area, including a pair of sisters that have unofficially adopted him as their younger brother.

Friends: No one at the school yet.

Enemies: None at this school.
Abilities:

Weakness: He's physically weak and has no real training defending himself. He hasn't had any luck integrating shadow mimicry into attacking. He has to focus to harm someone through their shadow.

Strengths: He's willing to fight dirty. That's gotta count for something. Being a shadow's really good when you wanna get information.

Flaws:
- Lies constantly: He learned quickly people didn't like what he was and he was a lot less likely to get hurt if he said he saw nothing. Old habits die hard.
- Escapist: He doesn't know how to deal with his emotions, so instead he just tries to avoid his problems and what's hurting him, whether it's reading, drugs, or actually running from his problems.
- Sarcastic and full of sass: He hasn't met a lot of people in a meaningful way that he can learn from, and the people he has met and hung out with tended to be sarcastic and/or full of sass.
- Doesn't trust easily: A lot of the people he's met have tried to kill him.
- Doesn't place a strong value on life: There are tons of people and people are born and die everyday. He was very aware of that growing up, and didn't have anything that really showed him life was present.
Merit:
- Protective and loyal of those he cares for: He's had problems with finding people who are actually worth sacrifice, and as such places extreme value on them.
- Mostly reasonable: He's seen a lot of people die because they were too pigheaded to what others had to say, and would prefer to learn from other's mistakes instead of repeating them.
- Adaptable: He moved a lot. Kinda needed to learn to adapt.
- Quick on his feet: He went to a lot of hostile places and thinking fast was key to survival.
Morality: It's about survival for him. He's willing to do whatever's necessary, and lacks a moral compass.

Dislikes:
- Sugar is a big one- he can't stand sugar or sweets. He doesn't celebrate his birthday because people eat cake on those. Seriously- no sweets.
- Thieves.
- People who hide from their problems.
- Hair.
- People who are self righteous
- People who see in black and white.

- Dogs. He likes their obedience.
- Biology and genetics are neat.
- Languages are intriguing. He reads entire books just because writing and sounds and words in general are just that interesting to him.

Happy memories:

When he was very young and starving, a small boy around his age gave him some food. It wasn't a lot, but it made him realize some people are good and worth protecting. He later befriended the kid.

When he went to Britain, he met this eccentric group of roommates that let him sleep in the closet of their apartment. It was nice.

Tragic memories:

The child who gave him food had parents, who upon finding out he was part demon tried to exercise him. Afterwards, he was banned from seeing his friend. He died a couple months later in a house fire.

He hurt one of the roommates he befriended bad enough they were in ICU for a week during a bad trip and got kicked out of their apartment. He hasn't seen or heard from them since.

He started a fire at the twin's house and one of them almost died. He hasn't forgiven them yet.

There was another fire in his female roommate friend's house while he was there. Eventually they managed to track him down and convince him to stay.

He met a woman who gave him a place to stay for a while. She ended up burning him with cigarettes when he did something wrong.

Before you came here: He was nomadic, and never really settled down. He tended to move in a slow rotation between different places where he had friends. Recently he's been staying with his female roommate friends.

Appearance: Radek stands at about 5'3", with their dark brown/almost black hair cut short but neat, in a kind of fluffy 50's style. They have dark, olive tanned skin, and light green eyes that match pretty well, though Radek has some of the biggest and darkest bags underneath them.

Clothing style: Usually wearing steel capped shoes, bell bottom jeans, and a white shirt with some kind of flannel or button up shirt on top. Their outfit doesn't really change, with only the over shirt being the changing variable.

- Illusion Manipulation (Changing images, the senses, perception, from reality.)
- Photo-kinetic Wing Manifestation (Can form wings from Light)
Weakness

Person-wise: Kind of unfit, hates running and most sports that include running, or jumping, or any movement at all. Sometimes very lazy, and Radek is usually tired.

Ability-wise: Radek's Illusion Manipulation ability has a tendency to backfire on them, usually causing them to have delusional attacks on themselves at random points in the day, though they mostly happen at night. Radek also can't manipulate things like the touch sense with this ability.

Radek can't even bring themselves to have a fully formed set of wings with their Photo-kinetic Wing Manifestation ability, the best they can do is barely formed wings or one wing half formed.

Strengths

Person-wise: Strong with fast reflexes, and a little training under their belt.

Ability-wise: Radek's Illusion Manipulation ability is kind of strong. Radek can make someone see, hear, smell, and taste things differently, and if concentrating enough, Radek can also form full on delusions for targets.

- Non Authority Conforming- Radek doesn't usually listen to what teachers or authority figures tell them, well they'll listen to an extent but it's not like they'll do what they ask or command.
Merit:
- Passionate- When something strikes a cord or a heart string, Radek will get very passionate and will probably fight or defend it to the death.
- Funny- Even though some may not agree with Radek's humour, they usually do it to make someone around them laugh.
- Kind and Caring- Radek tries and puts others in front of them, willing to teach if someone needs to learn, or help if they aren't doing good.
Niches:
- Doesn't bite, but cleans their nails with their teeth
- Sometimes an involuntary twitch happens, usually in the left eyelid or left eyebrow
- Likes to grab their short hair and pull it when concentrating, or bored
Happy memories: The few times that Radek was welcomed into a family's home, and given a warm meal and a comforting bed, without the need of using their power on someone.

Getting rescued by Ms. Johnson, who was very kind and caring to Radek when they first met, and seemed to know and understand them much better than anyone else ever tried to or even could.

Along with just fond memories of Johnson teaching and training them a little, and playing games, and almost being like their kid.

Tragic memories: Trying to seek shelter in churches or other religious places, and being kicked out by priests or other holy people, whether it because they didn't like a homeless child trying to seek refuge or they didn't have a good feeling in their gut about Radek.

Random men in the streets or other places being racist, calling Radek all sort of names and purposely harming them because they didn't have pearly white or white tanned skin.

Being beating by other kids, usually for no reason that Radek could see or understand.

Before you came here: Radek was an orphan that lived in the streets of Perth, Australia. Using their power of manipulating what a person could see to their own advantage from when they very young, around 7 years old. Though it was never to do anything bad, just to protect themselves from dangers and get what they needed to survive.

Though around the age of 10, Radek was rescued, or 'adopted' by the vice principle of the SA Academy. They lived on campus grounds and with the staff for about 5 years before Radek was given the get-go to join students for their first year.

Relationship: grew up in a lab and was close to his 'mother' in the lab until she was killed one day because some one thought she was contaminated and killed her. So he ran and he still hasn't made friends yet.

Pale olive skinned girl with average size of around 5.9. A hard life and training have left slim if a bit under weight when compared to her height weighting only around 100lbs. Despite her picture she has dark brown eyes and black messy hair around shoulder height as the picture shows. Rarely wears any make up or other cosmetics. Finally she has a dark grey wings with a wing span of around 8 feet give or take.

Clothing style: She keeps it basic with either jeans or track shoot pants with either t-shirts or tank-top and a pair of sports shoes and a hood. This color scheme of her clothing is a various of black, white and sky blue. She not averse to wear anything else but never had a need to wear anything else. If oprtunity arises she might wear something else, ie armor.

- Mistrustful: those closest to her had harmed her, it would be her to trust somebody again
- Aggressive: Girl has a temper, she kept it in for so long in the best she is not going to hide anymore
- Loner: Ties to he mistrust and lack of experience with interacting with people
- Cynical: she wants to do good but will not stop in help someone for just anything if it will cause her more harm then good or for some reward as well
Merit:
- Determined: Once she gets her mind to do something she will do. She has been meek far to long
- Helpful Usually: She helps only when its suits her but is commonly a force for good
- Strong: she is been through trouble but she will not be walked over again.
- Caring: No human heart is made of stone, if you get through to her you would be surprised what she can be like.
Niches: Playing with her wings, tapping her fingers on his desk, always allows for a little light in her room at night when she goes to sleep. Forming lighting sparks in her hands and playing around with it.
Happy memories: Quality times with her half sister as child after some harsh treatment, her sister used to sneak into her room with treats and games. Leaving her human words with her birth father after years of abuse from her step father. He first full flight, the fear and excitement of her flying lesson with her birth father, the adrenalin rush after being bushed of a cliff and finding it she could fly with the rush air going passed her and just the view.

Tragic memories: Mother death though she was just a toddler then. Mistreated from her father and being called freak for her wings and the facts she was not his own. Abuse involved both verbal and physical and being locked away in dark cupboard for hours on end. After being rescued from her birth father being left behind after some unknown reason and had to find her place to the school herself.

Happy memories: His fondest memory is few. Though he was treated well by his mother and lavished, he didn't seem to be happy or care. He had finally found meaning to his existence.

Tragic memories: Any moment he wasn't there to protect Kira was a tragic moment, but Destin doesn't really care if bad things happen to him. His mother always saw the Angel in him and was blinded by the cruel things he would do to Animals and people. No one seemed to be aware that this boy was sadistic.

Before you came here: Destin lived with his mother and sister. He usually stayed to himself and did sadistic things to the village a little ways down. His mother adored him, but hated his sister, which she beat. When Kira left, Destin went to follow her, but not before murdering their mother and whispering something in her ear as she died. Now he is here to protect his sister by any means necessary.

Still being a young cub, it had not yet reached a threatening size to induce fear however its overall presence was able to make it intimidating. The tiger has a bit of demonic blood flowing through it veins causing the darkening of its fur which are currently dark brown with orange stripes and it is only lightly colored from its face to its stomach, making it much easier for it to blend at night for a surprise attack or stealth escape. Also, it has yellowish-green sharp eyes.

Being an experiment and surrounded by scientists who waste no time other than to produce results, Aika was raised in a lonely environment while she herself was being studied. There were only two people in her life at the research lab that had shown her love, care and other humanely emotions similar to parents. She had loved them dearly and enjoyed the time they spent together when the both of them had some to spare. Other than that, there was one person who was her father figure's best friend, Julius whom seemed to always smile at her and there was also one boy who she played together for a few times.

Tragic memories

Aika was never introduced to negative emotions like sadness, misery or anger, not until one unfortunate night. She was still stuck with studying until the clock reaches eleven thirty which would generally be her bedtime and Shiori would usually either tell her a story or explain her findings. At the moment she decided to have little rest, a deafening sound reached her ears and a slight tremor started. Curious to find out the source, Aika exited the room however she fainted due to unknown cause as soon as she stepped out through the door. Upon waking up, all that she sees before her was only debris and it had seemed that she had been relocated to a much safer place from the collapsing building which was caused by a mysterious explosion. She realized that her 'parents' were as of now dead but found someone else among the remains, the best friend of her father figure.

It has been a year since the incident and Aika was living with Julius, leading a somewhat normal life at the same time not being able to let go of her mother and father figure's death. It was not long until she figured out who set the explosion and killed her 'parents' yet hold no intent in taking revenge, just that she was shocked and felt betrayed. That was not how the killer view it and tried to silence her though in the process, he was killed by her uncontrollable abilities and made her slightly fear herself because of it. Basil was the one who found her and calmed her down about her powers.

Before you came here

Created in Japan, she was immediately analyzed by several researchers soon after. She was a clone of their head researcher, who was an angel hybrid however was significantly improved in all aspects. Her role was to continue the main project of the laboratory after her death which seemed to be soon. She was given education and proper exposure to fields of science to prepare but they soon become aware of that she was dysfunctional as a human being. Everyone intends on abandoning her or maybe destroying to use her remains. Only a pair was against this idea nonetheless it was fortunate that the researchers decide to push all responsibilities to them, changing their mind of disposing her. Her tragic memories occurred sometime after this and she became a traveler temporarily along with Basil before finding out about the academy.

Desponia is a rather tall girl, she's 5'9", but thankfully it doesn't seem like she's going to grow any taller. She has a fair skin tone, but there are times where it may look snowy white. She may look slim, but underneath those thin arms and long legs, lies lean muscles, ready to move at a moments notice. Her silvery hair reaches down to mid back, though she usually keeps her hair just slightly curled at the darker ends. Like her hair, her eyes are also the same melting silver color, pale but focused all the same. Her face is almost heart shaped, and her nose is long.

~ Clothing style ~

Desponia will usually wear tops that have sleeves at the elbows, and if the weather allows for short sleeves, Desponia would definitely go strapless/sleeveless. For pants, Desponia likes to be in something that let's her move freely, something that hugs her skin, but at the same time, gives her enough freedom to perform some acrobatic or maneuvers that may require a bit of flexibility. As for shoes? Well, she has been practicing on heels for all these years, of course. The one thing that remains consistent, no matter what Desponia changes into, are her arm warmers - a silky fabric that is more of a comfort than anything else.

Most of her clothes are in black, white, or red, but she is definitely looking to expand her closet.

Desponia isn't too picky when it comes to clothing. Naturally, some clothes are exclusive for particular events, and sometimes dress code happens to be a thing, but otherwise Desponia can, will, and has take(n) other people's clothing before.

- Frost Palm - [Desponia's fists may deliver a 'FrostBite' effect - which takes off 1 Health Point each turn. This only happens if a 10 is rolled. Using D12. ]
- Rage of the Tundra - [Although Desponia has absolutely no ability to transform into an animal - ever some of the animal's quality can sometimes leak into her mental psych. Instead of having permanently enhanced hearing/smell/etc. the animal she should've inherited will leak into her, taking away her demonic 'humanity' and replacing it with a basic animalistic mindset. ~ Weakness ~

Personally - Desponia can be awfully negative, or realistic - she defends. Her words are often blunt, uncaring that they may or may not have offended someone. Sometimes, it's intentional, though most of the time, she just doesn't realize the damage she's caused.

Ability - For one, although Desponia could have - should have - inherited the ability to transform into an animal, received permanent enhancements as a result of that, she never did. Now, she has this ability with no 'on/off' switch that can be a liability to anyone near her, herself included, if she loses herself to the animal inside.

~ Strengths ~

Personally - Desponia is never ashamed, she holds her head high, but it's not arrogance that fuels that attitude, it's confidence, contentment with herself, and the strong sense of self she's developed in her earlier years. She just has no reason to hide, or lie about herself, or sugar coat her words.

Ability - Her body is conditioned, trained well, and used to weaving through attacks. She may not have much experience in real-time combat, and lost an advantage through blood, but she's quick on her feet, and even faster with her arms.

- Bottles up Every/Anything - It could be emotions like regret, guilt, hate, or bloodthirst, but Desponia will keep it all up inside of her, tight lipped about it. Even when it comes time to make decisions, Desponia may have something in her head, but won't share it.
- Slightly Insecure/Doubtful of People - It's not outright mistrust, but Desponia has reason to believe that she is lesser than some of the other demon/human hybrids, or more specifically, lesser than those who are proper animal shifters. Therefore, when dealing with praise and compliments, she has reason to believe that the person is merely sarcastic.
- Persistent - Desponia is a little out of touch when communicating with others. Sometimes she just can't take a hint when someone else is uncomfortable, hurting, depressed, etc. and will continue to pester/nudge them.
- Vindictive when provoked. "An eye for an eye. A tooth for a tooth. Evil for evil."
~ Merit ~
- Protective - Those who have earned Desponia's trust, friendship, loyalty, and other such things, will find that Desponia will always have an eye on you, your surroundings usually. You've proven your worth, your kindness to her and she will return that favor.
- Determined - If there's something Desponia wants to learn, to have, to achieve, she won't give up on it. She might leave it along for a while if she's hit a dead end, but it won't leave her head. It stays there, burning, until she achieves her goals.
- Friendly (Enough) - Desponia doesn't judge people based on appearance, instead she judges by your words. So basically, you're in the good right up until you open your mouth and say the wrong thing.

- Might curl her hair if she's in the middle of thinking through a particular hard decision. Or she's just messing with you.
- If it starts raining and she's right next to a window, she'll tune everything out. A complete zone out. She's simply hypnotized by the first sounds of rain. She won't fall back after the first time you bring her back to reality though.
~ Happy memories ~

Desponia's happiest memories are all when she was out on the streets instead of training with her mother - or father. She had been bored of going through the same routines, the same talks, and chose to wander out, just for a few minutes. That's when she stumbled upon crowds of people in the streets, the kind of streets where shady dealings went on in the back scenes. She wasn't interested in that though, Desponia was mesmerized by the people who were dancing in the middle. The days were gray, and well ... still pretty terrible, it was simply inspiring to see people talented, and not, dancing like it was their last night here. From then, Desponia tried to recreate the same emotions. Death-peration. Instead, she found passion, for dancing, which she skillfully hid from her parents, instilling it into some of her regular training even.

~ Tragic memories ~

Her mother never bothered training her until Desponia once tried to bite her fingers. At a tender age of four no less. Her mother was quite amused, and decided right then and there that Desponia was going to be 'one helluva firecracker' and was set to training the girl. Her mother was a shifter, having the ability to shift into a Snow Leopard, had fully expected her child to be able to do just the same. Shifters weren't just having an animal on the side, in extreme cases, one could even say that shifters are animals that were born with human abilities.

For her mother, it was the equivalent of bringing up a kit of her own - a relationship arguably deeper than anything human, demon, angelic, or hybrid. However, when Desponia showed no signs of doing so, as she grew, her mother began to worry. Then, when Desponia lost control, wildly tearing apart everything in sight, leaving a frosted trail of destruction, her mother despaired. Fell into ... a depression of sorts. Desponia had realized afterwards, from clues, that she wasn't able to. There was some defect, error, in her genetic coding that made it impossible for her to transform. Ever. Her mother had avoided her, ignored her for a good while. At that point, Desponia was desperate. The relationship she had with her mother was the one thing she was unwilling to give up, turn back on, despite her mother being shocked, rejecting her so. The details are a mess, but Desponia only remembered having her mother, Demonic Snow Leopard and all, curled around her as she bled out by a dying fire - most likely after whatever happened. Although happy that her mother had decided to keep her alive, Desponia has lingering doubts, insecurities, and is ever so guilty every time she doubts, or is surprised by her mother. It's a traumatic thing. And it's horrible.

~ Before you came here ~

Desponia and her mother were in an argument. Her mother, having gotten over the shock and disappointment of her unfortunate genetics, have been very protective. Over protective even. Her mother had deemed her weak, forever to be only as strong as kits and cubs. Desponia was angry, frustrated, but could see the logic in all of it. Sympathized with it even, after she put herself in that position.

However, her pride was unwilling to take that hit. Receiving a letter, Desponia had marched up to her mother and announced that she was leaving. Learning to live. To survive. That, and she'd keep in contact. The two are still on shaky terms at the moment, but the love between them in undeniable.

Clothing style: Black and formal. Sleeves that go all the way to the wrists, and a collar that's always looks professional. However, when she isn't wearing anything formal, she is dressed in purple PJs, which cover most of her skin, and a black hoodie.
Abilities:
- Fire Touch - It doesn't cause fire, just helps control any nearby flames.
- Howl - Something in the experiments has given her wolf-like qualities, including this one. It allows her to inspire the people around her with a powerful, and strong howl.
Weakness:

Personally - Ziel won't work with anyone, always working by herself. Often this will lead her into more trouble, but she doesn't really care. Also, because of how small she is, she often goes unnoticed, which never really helps.

Abilities - Ziel has trouble controlling herself when using her abilities, which means she often goes on a rampage, which tends to kill people in her way. When ever Ziel is using her abilities, she puts all her heart into them, which tends to make her exhausted afterwards. But there is a positive side.

Strengths:

Personally - Ziel is fast, and is quick to run. Also, thanks to her size, she is also very quiet.

Abilities - When using any of her abilities she puts all her heart into it, which makes it as powerful as possible. However, it does have a downside.

Happy memories: In the orphanage she had a lot of good friends, and they spent a lot of time playing together. These memories consist of things like playing Tag or Hide and Seek, pulling pranks on the carers, or just being kids.

Tragic memories: When Ziel was finally adopted and she was dragged away from her friends. She is still reminded of the cries of both her, and her friends as they disappeared from view.

Being left alone in the white room, letting boredom take over while she waits for the people to adopt her to come back. Her just staring at the walls for what seemed like forever.

The first experiment done. When the people came back, Ziel was glad to see them. But they chained her up to the table, experimenting on her as she screamed in pain. Relishing in every moment of pain. And then - the fear of them coming back again.

Before you came here: A plain white room, bare except for a table and a chamberpot. A place that should of been a nice home, but instead was used for experiments on the unsuspecting child. A room where she would sit, staring into empty space. Until it was burned down, and the academy said she could become a student there.

Appearance: Elín is quite tall, standing at approximately 5'11" and, being rather thin, weighs about 135 lbs. She has a sneaking suspicion that she won't stop growing for quite a while. Her eyes are a dull gray color. Her hair is short and black, styled symmetrically, extending just past her ears. In contrast, her skin is rather pallid, as well as notably soft. Despite being rather thin, she has quite a bit of muscle tone, though she is not very well endowed. Her voice is lower, and silvery, with a noticeable Icelandic accent.

Clothing style: Elín wears two layers of clothing on her upper body. The outer layer features a short sleeved button up shirt -- usually darker in color. Due to the shirt's low flexibility, she also wears a tank top of elastic material underneath. She also wears a skirt, featuring similar colors as the shirt. Around her right eye, she wears makeup in the design of the eye of Horus, as well as lipstick, usually ostentatiously colored.
Abilities:

While her powers do involve life, they do not extend to healing other creatures, and only to fixing herself after manipulating her bodily structure, unlike some angels.

Body Manipulation: Elín is able to twist, bend, and contort far beyond normal means. She is even able to move and/ or modify flesh shape, break bones and joints, or reposition her organs with few temporary side effects. Upon putting parts of her body back into position, she will begin to regenerate that particular part of her body. The regeneration is limited to the internal regeneration of structures of the body. The smaller the structure, the more time and precision is required. She cannot stop or regenerate external damage or stop internal bleeding. Solid structures, bones, are the easiest to regenerate.

Viral Production: From inside of her own body, Elín can produce a virus that readily infects its targets. The virus usually causes mild effects, none of which are lethal. The effects usually include lethargy and headaches, as well as common bodily responses to illness such as coughing, nausea, and fever, of which being the most common.

Weakness:

Personal: Elín is used to fighting hand to hand, and doesn't quite understand how to use a weapon offensively, and can only use them effectively for blocking.

Ability: After expelling some of the virus from her body, most likely for infecting another person, she no longer has control over it, nor can she sustain it. The virus is weak to any temperature colder than 97°F and anything warmer than 212°F. If the virus manages to stay between those values, it can live for three hours outside of the human body. The virus also decays in bright light. Elín is also unable to produce large amounts of virus at one time, as they are produced from inside of her body. While Elín can break her own bones, and joints, and reposition her organs, she must be careful to realign them properly, otherwise she risks succumbing to more than inconvenient side effects depending on what she did. The manipulation does not, however, allow her to shrink or grow in size.

Strengths:

Personal: Elín is particularly strong in close ranged, unarmed combat, having both quick movements and strong hits.

Ability: The virus has no outstanding strengths beyond it being an effective tactical maneuver, if it can be transmitted. The body manipulation has a variety of uses. It can be used as a scare tactic to frighten enemies, as well as dodge attacks, fit in spaces that would be otherwise inaccessible, mitigate damage by moving vital organs away from an attack, attacking from obscure angles, and so forth. Generally speaking, it is a very tactical ability whose usage is very flexible. Upon realigning anything that was altered prior, any negative side effects will begin to disappear, and regeneration behind to take place.

Weapon: She would prefer to be without a weapon and fight hand to hand, but would be open to using a very light weapon, such as the carnwenhan or any of the fist weapons.

Elena is a beautiful dog with conditioned, and well kept black and white fur. Her tail is fluffy, naturally stripped, and the small mane she's growing is a light gray color, with the whites and silvers beginning to show just at the ends of it. Her overall fur coat is a black color, but her front legs, back ankles, and soft belly are a pure white color. Elena's eyes take on a vibrant green color, something that came as a side effect from her abilities, and when angered, rumors say that her eyes may start to faintly glow. As well, the abilities have also mutated the colors of her paws, and if one closely enough, her claws, to the same shade of green her eyes are.

When standing beside Illu, Elena's ears reach just above Illu's knees. Illu is just naturally tall, but Elena is still considered young, and still has many years to grow up big and strong. This also means that she has a few more months before Illu decides to accessorize Elena with small trinkets, like earrings, bracers, or even a bow.

Illu stands at about 6'3. Sounds freakishly tall, but when seen in the flesh, most don't find him intimidating or overwhelming because of his very thin, boney frame. Sounds great, but then again, it does raise a few health concerns regarding Illu. His hair is short, layered, and a good amount of it falls over his right eye, while the sides just flare out the slightest bit. Rest assured, it's only slightly not like the monstrosity that is flared out hair from wearing hats. His hair color is a very pale, very snowy blonde, nearly white. His eyes are a dull blue, and sometimes under the light, it may even look silvery. His shoulders are boney, as are his hips and fingers. Illu's arms may look thin and weak, but they do have a bit of muscle underneath it, as for his legs ... well, he does swim and run quite a bit.

~ Clothing style ~

Illu likes to wear a lot of black. It just feels a little more professional that way, not to mention, it accents his impossibly thin frame even more, which makes it all the better. He often wears tank tops, and skinny jeans out and about, but every now and then he will have a blazer, jacket, or sweater to drape over his shoulders. It's a little rare to see him in a hoodie, but if the weather gets a little cold, he'll pick the right thing out. Illu likes to have little trinkets on him, but not only because they match the style. He likes wearing multiple belts, some chain, some leather or cloth, but these belts are made to have smaller trinkets hanging from them. Otherwise any other small accessory like his necklace and wrist bands are purely for his own comfort.
~ Abilities ~

Sound Manipulation - Using soundwaves offensively and defensively

1. Nullify - [sound can travel through all kinds of different mediums, making physical barriers (not literal ones, it can be a projectile, object, walls, etc,) useless against it. Nullify makes it so that either the physical barrier is broken down, or thrown off balance.]

2. Sonic Healing - [revitalize molecules and nerves via vibration to induce regeneration]

~ Weakness ~

Personally - He's tall, but has almost no muscle. Honestly, if a storm, monsoon, tempest were to occur, there is a chance that he'd be blown away with the wind - never mind having something try and run him over.

Sometimes, because of his familiarity with sound, he can pick up on some of the quieter things, and it's rather annoying. Like an insects buzzing, or ticking clocks. If layered together, it's a little hard to pick up important details.

Ability Wise - Regeneration sounds nice doesn't it? Sadly, it's not something that Illu practices, and for good reasons, too. The most he can do with Sonic Healing is close off flesh wounds, even then, it's quite a struggle.

~ Strengths ~

Personally - He can see pretty far away. From above even. Illu is observant, but even more so because he can reimagine scenarios, his days, from a totally different point of view, if he understands the geographics well enough. It's a little harder to accomplish this in the middle of a fight or battle, but he stands in the back, so he does have the ability to see absolutely everyone on the field at some point.

His hearing is fine tuned, if left alone for a bit with pure silence, he can hear skittering of animals. Or danger.

Ability Wise - Nullify takes some intense concentration to redirect sound waves to focus on one part in hopes of shattering say, a wall. If Illu is directly touching something as he uses it, it will most likely break apart [Roll 9 on D12] (ex. cracking a shield).

1. Easily Irritated - Illu already has to deal with overhearing a hundred and one things, so his temper is short. Despite how laid back he looks, he's already tired and might blow up in your face. Apologies in advance.

2. Can Hold One Helluva Grudge - Illu is pretty cool with people until you mess things up. Whether it be something that happened in a fight, social circles, overhearing your dirty laundry, Illu can and will hold it against you until you come clean.

3. Vain - Yeah ... Illu likes to look good. It's almost an obsession, almost. He definitely likes to look and act just a bit classier than most people, and has no problem holding his head high and looking down at people with his nose pointed up. Height advantage is a glorious thing.

~ Merit ~

1. Secret Keeper - Illu often hears what he shouldn't, but he never shares. Never ever. Whatever he hears he keeps to himself, no matter what. Many have tried to bribe or beat the answers out of him, but his lips have revealed nothing yet.

2. Protective - If you've earned his trust, or loyalty Illu will keep you in the loop. He could tip you off about a prank set up in a particular classroom, which washroom stall has a new picture decorating it, or maybe just keep his eyes on you a little more while out in the middle of a battle.

3. Great Memory - Most people memorize things as they write them, Illu can memorize things when he hears them. Of course, some things get jumbled up in there, and if Illu doesn't care he probably won't memorize it. Those who are friends with Illu will find out that he makes a point to memorize things that they say, making sure to remember.

There are a few, the happiest memory he has is when his father left. Or died. The details are a little mixed because of his parents' history. Growing up, his father never really ... cared all that much, he was very distant and most of the time it was his mother who cared for him anyway. As he grew up, he learned that his father had apparently cheated on ... one of the mothers and that in turn, he was killed by both. As a young boy, taught and growing up with other 'true' man, Illu was truly happy he got what he had deserved. His only regret it not asking his mother if he could have joined in.

Illu's next happiest moment was when he first realized the existence of his half sister. While his mother was a little uncomfortable with the idea of him hanging around a demon hybrid, Illu was ecstatic. He was the boy who had always toed the line, never really seeing the world as black and white, therefore, he truly enjoyed learning about the sibling that came from the other side. His mother is still somewhat uncomfortable with the idea of Desponia visiting though. Danielle, on the other hand, seems to be a little more carefree, only telling him to not start reciting holy lines, or performing some spiritual ritual.

~ Tragic memories ~

When the pure angels first learned of Illu having a half sister who had demon blood, they were furious. His mother had done her best trying to fend off the worst of the jeers and rage, but Illu did have quite a special ability. Illu overheard many things, death threats, warnings, plans to run him through, it truly painted a horrible picture. Eventually, he shared this with his mother - who didn't believe him of course. She was concerned, but it seemed a little off for the angels to do something drastic like that.

Then came the night that they broke their door down and numbers spilled into their home. Illu, who had woken up immediately, went to his mother's side who had tried to talk with the others before Illu hauled her right out the window, and the two laid low for a while until the others thought that they had left for good, or died.

They eventually relocated, all seemed well, but Illu never forgot about the way that they never thought about the 'Gray Area' of the world. The death threats, his mother's cries, are two things that he can never unhear.

~ Before you came here ~

Yeah, it was all Desponia's fault. The Academy did seem great, and if they intended to fight back, it was the ideal place to build their defences and skills, but Illu never intended to actually throw himself into such a prestigious place. After Desponia had left with her letter, Danielle had pulled ... some strings, he assumed, and had gotten him a letter as well. He really didn't fancy having the Demonic Animal Shifter chewing on his things, so reluctantly, he left. It was mostly to look out for Desponia anyway - and give her hell, from her mother, with love. Naturally.

The times he spent with Aika while it was only a few. They are unable to communicate with each other due to a language barrier at young age however played together nevertheless.

Tragic memories

Lucion was highly neglected by his parents and left with only a maid and a home tutor, he was never given permission to go outside of his room due to his illness. The illness doesn't actually render his physical state and health completely but it will feel very painfully once it started to take effect. It is a heart condition that yet to have a cure and had despised his illness for ruining his childhood and also blaming it for his parents' negligence. While his maid and home tutor is given the responsibility to care for him and act like his second parents, they highly abuse him both verbally and physically. It became worse once he learns that his parents and thought Aika too had died in a fire. He somehow escaped from the place which he called a cage and from both his maid and home tutor, becoming a traveler.

Before you came here

Born with a yet to be curable illness, Lucion was greatly sheltered all his childhood. His parents ran a research facility in which he was able to visit for a few times, meeting Aika. Franziska has little time to live due to having the same illness as his and had studied ways to cure it. He also had admired Shiori Yumemiya, Aika's mother figure who researched solely about the human body and learned some things from her. After his parent's death, he travelled to many places while learning much more things of the outside world and eventually found Aika which he himself could not believe at first that she was alive. He continued his travels together with her until they found S.A. Academy.
