If you wish to Apply to the rp, you will have to be approved by a majority voting between the Mods. We want to see a well-rounded character. That means your Combat tab (Weapon, Fighting Style, Semblance) should be at least a paragraph. Give us a visual on how they fight, tell us about what your semblance does and how much aura is used by activating it. When it comes to personal information, please have at least two paragraphs about your characters. Tell us about events that pushed them to become a Huntsmen/Huntress, their relationship with their parents, their training process, how they came across their weapon. You must have a RWBY character as a parent.

  Fighting Style:
  Orion’s fighting style is agile and quick, relying heavily on dodges and feints. His fighting style is based around speed, getting into an opponent's face, and striking at weak points. He also incorporates grapples, grabs, and throws as well. However, due to relying on speed and agility, his strikes are not as strong as most other close range fighters. This is remedied by the devastating amount of power his left arm can do.
  
  Semblance:
  Cryokinesis: The ability to slow down the movement of particles/atoms in matter to alter temperature, possibly to the point of freezing an object completely. Orion is able to use this ability with considerable ease. He can craft objects out of ice in thin air, only using water vapors. He can also use this stop the motion of anything for a limited amount of time. Orion’s semblance is only enhanced by his emotions (or lack thereof). Orion’s mental state and fortitude allows for greater power and control over his semblance. He is considered a black sheep.

  Personality:
  Orion was shaped by circumstance, and circumstance was not a kind mistress. Growing up in the prodigious Schnee family, Orion was held to standards, ones he could not accomplish. He was held to be perfect by everyone. Orion is prideful, extremely so, taking pride in his combat skill and his semblance control. When questioned or challenged, Orion will take it as a personal attack on his pride and fight back.
  
  Orion is cold. Being Schnee made him numb to the world, more so than average. He looks monotone, emotionless, and seemingly dead outside. He cares not for others, or so he appears. He cares deeply for his sister, as evident by his childhood tragedy, and for those he calls comrades.
  
  Orion is efficient. Orion’s combat skill is quite high, making him quite the effective hunter. Orion from a young age always had a pragmatic way of thinking things. Even in such an extraordinary world, Orion was a realist, expecting the most realistic outcomes, whether they be good or bad. He thought of situations and calculated the most realistic outcomes, never once faltering in his judgement.
  
  Orion is ambitious. He wants to reshape the world. He has aspirations that he wants to achieve, but knows he can not. He wants to change how the world works, and all he can do is nothing because he knows he won’t be able to. Orion has a desperate want to prove himself as well. He wants to show that even though his mother and his father are legendary, he is his own person.
  
  After the events of Beacon's second fall, and his journey home, Orion has changed. He's become more relaxed, and daring even. He now knows how to express emotion better, and can even be seen joking around with others. This is in part him spending time around others, and even just not caring what others think. He's turned over a new leaf.
  
  
  Bio:
  The son of two great Huntsman, and the heads of the Schnee Dust Company, Orion Schnee was born for greatness, or so he thought. Being born into such a family with his sister was meant to be Orion was born to a mother who never knew spent the time necessary to nurture a bond between mother and son. The bond was in passing, crafted only on the premise of work, duty, and checking up. Weiss Schnee was broken after the final battle of her team and others against Salem. That crack in her would lead her to never truly spending time with her son.
  
  His father was a different story. Neptune Vasilias spent much time with his son and daughter. He trained Orion the best he could in a fighting style that would suit him, ultimately failing. Orion would find a fighting style that suited him on his own, surpassing the expectations of all those around him. Multiple times even, he bested the instructors and trainers meant to mentor him.
  
  As Orion grew up with a lack of parents, he would often sneak out at nights, venturing into Atlas without the knowledge of his family knowing. He would often talk to local people as Orion, just a simple boy with aspirations for greatness. He was active and animated at this point. He showed emotion and happiness, smiles and good times seemed to flourish around him. He didn’t want it to change, but it did. He would soon withdraw from the world and into himself, trusting only his father and sister.
  
  It was around there 16th birthday that Orion was almost killed and his family almost ruined. On their birthday, the Schnee manor was attacked. Their parents were nowhere to be found, having been out at a meeting with an important client. The White Fang had attacked, and started to slaughter people like a wolf in a sheep's pen. Orion and Azure fought; Orion slicing through White Fang and traitorous servants with nary a second thought. He seemingly flashed between enemies before cutting them down. It was when the commanding faunus arrived did Orion fail.
  
  The lion faunus (whose name he did not get) would fight Orion, toy with him, as a child would a doll. Nearing the end of the fight, Orion would make a small mistake and be sent flying into a wall. When he saw the faunus advance on Azure, he threw himself in front, losing his arm in the process. As Orion went down, he saw Azure begin to fight back with ferocity he never knew his sister had. He saw her cast lightning and ice, throwing it around on whim. It was a veritable storm in the room they fought in. Then, Azure was simply beaten as the lion faunus got close to her. He saw her go down, and he screamed in rage as blood bled from his stumped arm. When he saw them torture his sister, Orion unlocked his semblance as lances of ice speared White Fang. Orion watched as his sister fell though, her eye missing. He could see his parents killing anyone left before rushing to the children. He didn’t want tears, only revenge.
  
  When Orion was offered a replacement arm, he rejected it. He did this and crafted a new arm from his semblance, one made of ice. This would forever mark him as the black sheep of the Schnee. His hatred for the White Fang also increased, and that day would forever haunt his dreams.
  
  During his time at Beacon, Orion began a relationship with Iola Sakra. However, as time passed, Io's dark secret would come to light, and in the aftermath, Orion would unintentionally distance himself from her. Furthermore, when he was called back to Atlas, Orion's life would change even more.
  
  On their way home to Atlas, Orion would begin suffering from hallucinations, and other psychotic attacks due to lack of sleep and other causes. He would soon be caught in the middle of a murder mystery in the Schnee manor. Family members alike were targeted, and in the aftermath, the Schnee family was split apart and broken. During this, Orion would also renounce his Schnee heritage, and take up the Vasilias last name to further distance himself from the family.

  Bio: Bora Shu (Pure Purple) Mun, is the name she is known as, but really she is Bora Ha-Neul (Purple Sky) Xiong, daughter to Junior Xiong and Miltia Malachite. Her parents were very loving to her. She was always a happy little girl who enjoyed life. As she got older, she began to find out about her parent’s true past and what they did. Even though she didn’t like it, she didn’t hate them from it, she accepted it and told them her dreams to be a Huntress. Miltia was not happy to have her daughter go and drop her life with them and start a new one, Junior was okay with her decision and helped her to get in under the name of Bora Shu Mun. She didn’t go to any Academy before Beacon, but she was trained by her parents well enough to have her pass the initiation. Even if she has declined her family’s business she still tries to visit her family if just for a few moments. (She would call her parents by name in order to hide her connection to them.)

  Usual Weapons​

  Ophelia’s usual weapon is a pair of dual blue swords that she keeps compressed in a garter belt holster on her legs. These dual swords can merge together into a broadsword or a bow that will shoot various dust infused arrows. Heavily skilled with these basic weapons she still rarely fights as to hide her cover.
  

  
  

  

  
  

  Armory of Weapons​

  Her actual array of weapons are quite limitless, however she’s only mastered the following (from left to right); foil, crossbow, bow, hammer, claws, axe, dual swords, mace, broadsword, staff and wand. Each one completely made by dust she’s able to quickly change from one to the other in rapid succession. Though she’s unable to use two different weapons at the same time.
  
  Fighting Style:
  Exuding grace and poise Ophelia’s attacks are fluid well planned attacks. She uses her semblance, dust and skills to make quick, precise and powerful attacks. Seemingly nearly invulnerable, her semblance is where she truly draws her strength from. Her skill is hard to identify as she was never taught in conventional schools. Her mother taught her everything she knows and more. Pushing Ophelia beyond the breaking point she certainly earned her skills. However to fit in with the others she rarely fights at her full potential. Infact she holds back quite a lot.

  Dust Manipulation
  Like her mother Ophelia has a strong command over Dust, often wielding and manipulating it in battle. Like her mother both her clothing and weapons are Dust based and she uses both with a strong amount of skill. However her semblance does have it’s weaknesses she can only focus on manipulating one thing at a time.

  Personality:
  Ophelia is a soft spoken, but confident girl. Due to her mother's injuries Ophelia has learned how to listen to others, both verbally and non-verbally developing a keen insight into other’s thought. Like her mother she aspires to gain strength and power. However, with the little love she received as a child she also wishes to be loved or at the very least cared for. Sadly it is hard for her to trust or even believe that she could be loved. Never trusting anyone fully she relies solely on herself and her own abilities. Hardly ever breaking from her calm demeanor she exudes a kind innocence that should be taken lightly. For under that kind exterior is a cruel manipulative woman. Still she takes care of her own, stepping in when she must to finish a fight. Much stronger than she appears Ophelia is nearly always holding back from her full power.
  
  Having been tasked with taking care of Silver, by her mother the girl's safety comes first to her always. However, Ophelia has other plans as well. Plans revolving around revenge, pain and destruction for the world. Yet she won’t this opportunity to have fun go to waste. Living a life of seclusion she’s excited to explore this broad world before she takes it all down.
  
  Bio:
  Ophelia Shayama spent the earliest years of her life on the outskirts of Atlas. Her parents disowned by their own wealthier ones for marrying each other, took what they had and their two children and moved to Vale. Both brilliant minds her parents worked to regain a fortune twice as large as the one’s they lost and although they delivered on that promise they left Ophelia alone for most of her life. Her brother, nine years older than herself left when Ophelia turned five and she has not seen him since. Growing up was a trial for the girl, she was pulled out of school after a week when it was revealed she was being bullied and was tutored for the rest of her life. Having bad experiences with others, Ophelia rarely left her family home. Living a quiet sheltered life she rarely saw the servants of the estate let alone her family.
  
  Then one night her whole world changed as she watched her father’s assasination with her own eyes. From that day she made a effort to get to know her remaining family. Took a bigger interest in her parents’ work and the outside world. She began to explore, be excited for life and celebrate it. With her new attitude both the company and the home grew brighter and happier. The Shayama Water Company has been blossoming over the past four years into a empire. Expanding into plastics and recycling for various companies. Not much that is made with plastic or drunk in the world isn’t part of the Shayama Water Company in one way or the other. With two charming women helping the company grow. Now wanting to experience more from life she wants to become a huntress and explore the world. With her mother's blessing she is excited to head to Beacon and meet the world.

  Weapons: Cirrus wields a telescoping rope dart capable of stiffening into a spear of varying lengths or collapsing and firing outward with explosive force.
  
  
  Fighting Style: Cirrus uses the versatility and unpredictability of his main weapon and summoning to keep opponents off balance and at a safe distance. Lacking a devoted ranged weapon Cirrus instead often summons a pair of Nevermore wings to use the feathers as projectiles as well as fly for extra manoeuvrability.
  
  
  Semblance: Along with using glyphs Cirrus has a unique variation on the typical Schnee summoning ability, instead of summoning the entirety of defeated foes he summons limbs or appendages either in addition to or over his own limbs.

  Personality: Cirrus is a people person, amicable and outgoing he'll do his damnedest to hold a conversation with anyone he's stuck with and maybe flirt a little while he's at it though being effectively 'self taught' in social matters can lead to him crossing the line occasionally. His friendliness will quickly reach it's limits around people who speak flippantly or have a sense of entitlement.
  In spite of being a conversationalist Cirrus judges people based on their actions rather than words and considers throwing money at a problem an empty gesture requiring little effort.
  
  Family is a complicated subject for Cirrus. The lengthy absences of his parents particularly his father led to him latching onto his brother Grey instead, while he looks up to Grey in a lot of ways and even shares a certain amount of his worldview Cirrus does feel conflicted or even on occasion frightened of his cold-blooded nature.
  
  By far the quickest way to aggravate Cirrus is to make assumptions or offer special treatment based on his status, sycophants and the occasional gold-digger receive the bare minimum of courtesy around polite insults. While he is apologetic about the shady side of the company's track record and even dabbles in dyeing his hair and going by his middle name on occasion to see a different side of things Cirrus will still stand by his family through just about anything.
  
  Bio: Born a few years after his brother Cirrus started trailing Grey as soon as he could walk, learning how to keep quiet and follow him around while not being told to go away the entire time. Doggedly pursuing his brother Cirrus pestered anyone who would listen to help him train even managing to talk his father into training him for a few months until an accident with an inexplicably defective Dust capsule put Cirrus in hospital. Once he mostly recovered Cirrus found his father long gone and completely off the radar, with a still injured arm his refusal to take time off from training led to him discovering his unique form of summoning and used it to compensate for his injuries until he recovered fully.
  
  In opposition to his brother's flippant attitude towards his Huntsman training Cirrus, enamoured by tales of his great-grandfather Nicholas Schnee, threw himself into the task of growing stronger. After being thoroughly coddled at his first academy Cirrus rejected his mother's advice that he be privately tutored and instead enrolled at another academy under a false name and attended for over a year before being unmasked by the media.
  
  Unable to pull the same trick again Cirrus asked his father to let him travel with him but was flatly refused and was left with little choice but to accept his mother's tutors. Alongside his ongoing training Cirrus took an interest in his brother's agency and became a semi-public figure for the Schnee company in an attempt to improve it's image.

  Racing Gallows​

  Focusing on life ending attacks Io’s weapon is a dual sided large battle axe imbued with gravity dust. The axe blades can slide down to become a functioning chainsaw axe and fold inward to form a chainsaw lance. It can also pull inward to create a sniper rifle with about six rounds of actual bullets and four of dust bullets. The saw pulls in closer to create a average chainsaw which she uses quite often.
  

  
  

  

  
  

  
  Bounding Base​

  The orbs around her waist and head are her second weapon. These orbs are filled with gravity dust that sends out a powerful blasts of energy that sends foes flying or, if weighted to the ground, put a hole in their chest. These can be replaced with various other dust, but release a similar blast every time. She often uses them to push herself through the air or to hit larger foes.
  
  
  Fighting Style:
  Combining speed with a flurry of powerful dives she focuses on pinning or fatal attacks upon her enemies. Using her semblance to stagger her enemies she prefers execution tactics, cleaving off body parts till her enemies are imobil. Then taking them out in one good swing. Of course her alternative ego prefers the messy route making her enemy suffer immeasurable pain while they die.
  
  Semblance:
  Weight Manipulation
  With one touch she can make anything she wishes heavier or lighter including herself. She can manipulate a person's weight for about ten minutes (2 posts max)

  Personality:
  Io's personality is ambiguous. For the most part she is a sweet, innocent, and shy girl. Easily frightened she rarely likes to show off her more energetic side to anyone she doesn’t know very well. Having all of her faunus skills she brightens up and is much more lively when she can move quickly and leap high in the air. She can here quite well from what's left of her ears and reacts to whats happening far away from time to time. A bit clumsy and easily flustered she’s the average sweet cute little girl. Her goal in life it to find her true love and become a happy, loving wife to a powerful hunter. What better way then to follow her siblings and become a Huntress.
  
  However, this masks her dark and bloodthirsty side, a ruthless cold and calculating killer. Off her medication Io becomes the serial killer, The Executioner. With a pension for decapitating Faunuses of any kind. Sharing their memories, Io is fully aware of her other side and does what she can to suppress her other side. However, the Executioner's personality seeps in making Io a bit obsessive and controlling of what she deems her property.
  
  Bio:
  Io grew up in Menagerie with her three identical siblings and parents in her father’s dojo. Hidden out in the middle of the treacherous terrain warriors who arrive alive come to the dojo for either two reasons. Either to learn from the master or to kill them all. Slowly her alternate persona took more and more of Io's life poisoning what was left of the girl to the point where she was caught by her siblings, cutting off her own rabbit ears. Thus the Executioner was born. After discovering her secret, her family left to Beacon and suppressed Io’s other side with medications. So far it has worked, but medication is only a temporary fix. Soon her body will adapt to it. Pray that no one gets in the Executioner's sights, for there is no judge, no jury only the Executioner.

Personality:
Usually reserved at a first impression, she is naturally quiet and wary of others. When she gets to know somebody she opens up, being more open and friendly. She is protective of friends and others and is very sensitive to loss. She is not one to cry, and when she does, something very bad happened. She is very trusting of her brother's judgement alongside her own and is every bit as protective of her younger brother that he is protective of her.

Bio: From a young age Onyx knew she would end up like her mother, training to be a Huntress. Though it was more than just she wanted to become one: it kept her and also her brother out of the reach of the White Fang. When she became old enough to be trained to use a weapon, a blade was the most natural feeling weapon, but she was not handy with it at all. But soon it became as easy of slipping on gloves(which she wears for personal protection as well as a way to hide the scars). Her brother put her off at first, being very energetic then impossibly tired. She would always poke fun at him for it, saying he needed to get more sleep. When she had finally decided on becoming a Huntress, she noticed her brother take a notice in it, and he was also able to be accepted despite his age.

The highest she’s gone so far was 200 BPM, although she’s hesitant to try faster as it left her sore and with difficulty walking for a couple days for just an hour of speed, achieving speeds of about 300mph and lifting 300 pounds. At 115BPM there’s an after image effect, similar to her father’s clones but totally incorporeal. Hopefully with more training her semblance won’t leave her exhausted and she can push her limits even further.

  Growing up Jade was… a handful. Despite the great strides made, in the section of Mistral where she spent some of the formative years of her youth, there was still a strong prejudice against Faunus. This often caused her get into fights, coming home with scratches and bruises more days than not. This also instilled a suspicion into her with most Humans, although that is easy enough to dispel given a little time. She could abide by her being the target of ridicule, but never someone else and was quick to defend them. After a while, her parents decided to relocate to the city of Vale, a place both knew to be more tolerant. For the most part, they were right. There was the odd scuffle here and there, but not like before. Not getting into fights allowed Jade to see she was actually pretty smart. She excelled in the sciences, arts, and history although her math skills were appalling. “Why would I need equations when I’m going to make music?” she would often ask her parents, earning her a sigh and shake of their heads. She also aspired to be a great Huntress, like her parents. It was true however that music was by far her biggest strength, learning early how to mix her own songs. She managed to get in Signal Academy and despite close calls with failing some subjects, learned a lot there. The class she enjoyed most was the weapons training class. At the end of her first year there, and during breaks, her father unlocked and taught her about Aura and she discovered her Semblance. Despite warnings from her father to take it easy, once she figured out how to use it, she decided to see just how fast she could go. She regretted this decision after not being able to walk for the next couple of days following this choice. It was during her time at Signal that she made her Buide. She had wanted a weapon like her father’s originally, but decided on a spear instead of just a staff. She did make the blade retractable so that, should the desire arise, she could use it as a quarterstaff. After graduating from Signal she immediately decided to go to Beacon. At first glance, it would look like a glass decoration weapon, but made out of special transparent material to give it the appearance of glass (Close to diamond-like strength). The blade of the rapier is a gradient in color, from clear to light pink. The handle of the weapon is dark brown in color (Dark Chocolate) leather grip to withstand rough weather. The hand guard is very intricate and delicate in design. Looking directly at the point of the blade, you would see a Cherry Blossom Flower. When the blade is held up straight, you can see branch like design that is curved around the hilt to protect the user's hand.
  
  Peppermint Round:
  Sugar Blossom’s sheath is a multipurpose item. As a sheath it allows for an application of dust to the blade, adding a bit of an extra punch to Cherry’s strikes to compensate for her lack of strength. It is only able to apply the dust whilst in it’s sheath/umbrella form. When the blade is removed from it’s sheath a mechanism triggers opening the sheath into a shield with high defensive capabilities, much like her unknown mother’s umbrella. While sheathed, Sugar Blossom can in fact be used as an umbrella with a switch being the release mechanism.

  Semblance: Rubber Gum Bounce! Channels aura into self to make herself more elastic allowing for incredible jumps and extra power off a ricochet. Mostly she uses it defensively, to disperse the energy from hits. She still gets hurt it's just more diffused. Often, because she doesn’t want to hurt people if she can avoid it, she’ll use this to make others feel stronger, by letting them seem stronger while she herself seems more durable (example: someone hits her, she uses her semblance to give herself some elasticity, goes flying and gets back up “wow that was really strong”)

  Candy has a habit of altering her history to suit whatever suits her at the time. It’s almost never the same thing twice, but that’s just because she finds it so boring. The couple that took her in was kind and fostered a love of life in her…and her habit of always having sweets on her. When your foster mother, who is the owner and head confectioner of the popular "Caramel Confections", makes sweets for a living you learn to love sugar. She was the fastest girl on the track team in her school, not realizing at the time it was a subconscious use of her semblance (her heels bouncing to give her extra distance). She was a bit on the fringe of her school friends for her odd talent of changing eye colors, blue is her preferred color, but she didn’t let it bother her. “I’m not worse, just different!” she’d tell herself if it ever started getting to her. Besides, how many people could make their eyes match their outfits? She idolized the heroines she grew up hearing about: Team RWBY, Tea NDGO, all the heroines of the Second Great War, but her favorite was Coco Adel with her combination of strength and exquisite fashion sense. She even fancied he mother was a wonderful Huntress, beloved by many. As such she was determined to become a Huntress, and set to work on learning how to make and use a weapon. She’s not sure why she wanted it to be an umbrella, but it just seemed…right to her. Needless to say, when she got accepted into Beacon, she was ecstatic. Secretly, she hopes that if she becomes a good Huntress, her mother will want to at least see her again. She loves her parents, but she'd like to at least know why she was given up.

Current applications he has gotten a handle on are slightly increased speed (as he cuts the air away from his front, reducing drag), solidifying sections of air within one foot of his immediate vicinity (allowing him to walk on air and give a bit of extra reach on his sword as a sort of invisible blade), and current detection/manipulation (allowing for things like curving arrows and enhanced senses) within 30 feet

Bird faunus aren’t common, even in Mistral, so he’s gotten used to the attention, he relishes in it. “The more eyes on me, the better. An incessant flirt, with no preference towards either gender, he views everyone as fair game.   As mercurial as he is charming, Saffron is an infamous troublemaker. Not satisfied with the life he lived, and wanting to follow in his mother’s footsteps, he left home and enrolled to become a Huntsman. To the people of Huntsman Academy, his name has become synonymous with wild festivals, uncontrollable parties, and anarchic music. It was here that he ran in to Skyler Sharp. A wondrous creature who seemed impervious to his charms, but Saffron always did like a challenge. He continued to hang around her, finding every excuse he could to be near her, trying to make her at least crack a smile. That is until she moved. Some time passed and, eventually, it became clear to Nora and Saffron’s father that their son had gotten bored in Mistral. If Nora was honest, so was she. So the three of them packed up, and headed to Vale. When he applied to Beacon, Saffron was put on a wait list because “we have currently reached our enrollment capacity for the year.” One early morning there came a knock at the door. A man claiming to be the head master handed Saffron an envelope containing a card with an address and a time to be there, as well as two pictures of Faunus’s. One of a sheep Faunus, and one of a deer. He was told that they’d be part of his team. “Well they’re cute, best not to keep my team waiting” he said, dashing off not hearing the man say that the sheep girl was actually the leader.

  Weapons: Akashi mainly uses Masamune, a longer variant of an odachi. Stylized like a futuristic blade, the blade has very intricate and fine engravings all over the blade which glow with the color dust in the sword. The blade is dust infusable, but only via a vial placed inside the hilt. While charged with dust, not only does he get the normal use, he is able to discharge the dust, sending the remaining dust out in a wave. However, he hates using it as he sees it as a discount version of Moonslice's sword beam, which he is just barely able to do two now. The scabbard contains several small spring loaded mechanisms and a DNA lock that keep anyone with non-Taurus blood from drawing the blade as well as shooting the sword out just like his father's sword.

  He also, albiet rarely, uses a pair of modified dust pistols named Truth and Deceit. Truth fires ice rounds whilst Deceit fires, well fire rounds. The dust in these rounds are highly concentrated, so they do more then a normal bullet.

  Fighting Style: Akashi's Fighting style takes the form of three stages. The first and almost always used to begin a fight is his speed. Akashi uses his fast swordsmanship in order to overwhelm the opponent with his ability to move and attack quickly, blocking here and there just for added offense. The second stage comes when he is having trouble beating his target or can not use his speed to win. He adopts a pure defensive strategy with his sword, blocking all he can and never attacking. His third and final stage is retaliation, or power. Using his semblance, he uses the accumulated power to release powerful attacks while still rushing you down with his overwhelming speed.
  
  
  Semblance: Moonslice- Akashi is able to take take the power from an attack and add his own into the next attack he makes. He is able to "charge" instead, but not only must he keep his sword in his scabbard, it takes way longer to produce anything powerful since it is only his own power. Currently, Akashi is able to store and return the power of 27 light attacks, 12 medium attacks, or 6 strong attacks in one moonslice. And he is able to collect and dish it out 28 times before his aura levels hit a critical low. Akashi can use the power to attack at most twice before his collected power is reset. Akashi hopes to gain enough power to catch the power of several powerful attacks and retaliate over many powerful strikes of his own, and be able to charge very large amounts of power quickly. Now that he has achieved projectile usage of his collected power, albeit he can only use it twice, he now seeks to find out how to internalize the power to boost his speed and "split" as his father describes to multiply his offensive capabilities. (See yang vs. Adam fight vol 6 ep. 11)
  
  Semblance limitations: Cannot absorb the power of AoE attacks. If he goes over the limit of attacks he can negate and absorb, like, for example trying to steal a 7th heavy attack, he'd absorb it, yes, but it would instantly discharge, leaving his sword with a long "cooldown" before being able to steal power again.

  Personality:
  While Akashi grew up and began the year with a dark mindset, his time at becon has done a number to reform the negatives in his behavior. His tendency to look down on people and ridicule others has left, instead replaced by a brimming confidence and fun hearted teasing. While he is often regarded as a bad person due to his Parenthood, he maintains a childish smile and laugh everything off.
  
  Speaking of childish, Akashi might have above average intelligence, but he never uses it. His days are spent trying to have the most fun as possible, and do the least amount of work. He's constantly excited and happy, almost weirdly so, and enjoys action. However, the constant need for fun often causes him to do things without thinking or not caring for consequences.
  
  With the personality of a spoiled child, Akashi might be hard to work with, but he is very, very loyal to anyone he likes and will work really hard for them. Just don't expect it all the time. Motivation is key when it comes to Akashi, and his motivation is candy. He always has secret stashes of candy, and always has a large bag in his pocket. He only gives candy to people he enjoys being around, and to date, he's only given candy to two people. Don't take his candy without permission, or he'll cut you.
  
  He is very possessive, and will hunt down anyone that interests him until they don't. Laying about around them, annoying them, barging unannounced into their rooms, there's nothing he won't do to be around people that interests him. Don't hurt anyone he's friends with, or he'll do everything in his power to make you apologize.
  
  Not one for feelings, he isn't really the type of person to show is feelings to anyone. But he lets you know in other ways. Mostly by being the tsundere he is. But hey, all in all, Beacon has so far turned this insane child into an overly happy tsundere who acts like a child.
  
  To date, the only times he throws all of his childish ways behind and actually becomes serious and a threat is in a fight, as it is on of Akashi's premier forms of entertainment.
  
  Now, with Vale being in it's state, Akashi is trying to keep his positivity as high as possible, but it has gotten to him a little. He trains like crazy when nobody is looking, and he's doing his part to save his home and protect his friends.
  
  
  Bio: On a routine visit to the Mistral base of operations, Adam fell in love with a Faunus monk, and shortly after had a child with. Born in Windpath, a town north of Minstral, Akashi had the eyes of a Predator, of a Viper. He was always sharper then then other children, able to see smaller details, "see" heat from people and objects. Genetics aside, Akashi did not have the liberty of other children. Up until he was 5, his mother prioritized his studies, putting an emphasis on peace, that knowledge was the the key to prosperity. His mother was happy, knowing Akashi wasn't being raised as an heir to the Taurus "throne" that was leader of the white fang. That all changed when his mother came down with a sickness, and died shortly after. While his father was always there for him, the death seemed to rekindle an old view point. And so Akashi began training in the Taurus style of gun and sword. Akashi took any time off he had to study, and being it was all he ever knew, he was happy. When he was 13 he was tasked with building his own weapon, and so he turned to the largest black market in the world, conveniently located in the depths of Mistral. The frequent visits and purchases got him in good with the weapon dealers of the market, as well as the parts he needed to make a powerful, one of a kind set of weapons. Now, after three more years of shady markets and intense training, they moved to Vale, but soon after his enrollment his father left for Mistral again.

Weapons: Trickster’s Arsenal- These as the picture below shows are a pair of gloves/gauntlets that have a variety of uses. First and most important is the blades that retracts to be hidden and can spring out when it’s time to use it. Next up is the grappling hook which is located on his left glove and does what any other grappling hook would do, be shot out, hook onto an object, and retracted either pulling Croc to the object or the object to Croc. Then finally the hidden on top of the right glove. It can hold three round of bullets, Croc mostly carrying fire and lightning dust bullets, or it can hold one special round that can instead of shooting a bullet creates a smoke screen.

Fighting Style: Croc’s fighting style is varied mix of hand to hand styles with a mix of tricks with the help of his weapon or his smart mouth. He’s not the type to play far and alway tries to keep his opponents off guard be it by sneaking behind them for a sneak attack or by making them annoyed/mad with his sarcastic smart mouth comments or just plain insults.


Semblance: Water Breath- Croc can pretty much breath under water. His aura acts as a filter around making so water doesn’t get past it. Instead when water to it the aura filters the air out and leaves the water outside the aura while letting air in.

Personality: Croc is a interesting or annoying person depending on who you are and how many sarcastic comments he has made to you. He enjoys being a smart mouth and making his sarcastic comments if nothing else but to annoy others or to get an advantage in battle, though he tries not to go to far with them to point of becoming a bully. Besides that he is over confident in abilities, mainly his skills in the thief trade. Granted through he is very skilled, about the same level Emerald was at his age if not better. Other than his more unhelpful personality elements Croc does have some good ones.


He dislikes bullies especially those picking on other faunus. He take great joy in dealing with them in his own way, by pranking them sometimes with small thing to bigger and slightly more dangerous pranks. He has solid moral line he doesn’t cross, granted that line stops him from doing very little but he won’t killing people who don’t deserve it. He can be funny when not being overly sarcastic and smart mouthish. Then he is loyal to his family (adopted family) and others who care for him even with all his big hiccups.


Bio: Croc’s life start with a big splash, because for unknown reasons when Croc was a baby his parents throw him into a river. So that was one way to start life. Baby Croc floated down the river until a huntsman noticed the baby as he finishing of some grimm. The huntsman took the baby to orphanage. From their he was taken good care off… Well not really being that the orphanage owner disliked faunus and Croc so happened to have sharp teeth and lizard tale. So the first seven years of his life was fully of constant bullying and slight amounts of abuse. So one day to no surprise Croc decide to escape. As did he made sure to leave his mark, biting the orphanage's owner hand as he tried to stop Croc.


So after escaping the orphanage and leaving its owner with a very bloody hand Croc spent the next year on the street fending for himself. This is where he began his start as a thief and he had a natural talent for it. Thanks to his semblance he was able to avoid the cops chasing him. Through being as a good thief his life wasn’t that good still. But that changed when he tried to steal from a certain green haired woman, Emerald. Croc got caught by her very easily but to his surprise she didn’t rat him out to the police but instead adopted him and started training him to better hone his thieving craft.


A few years after being adopted by Emerald Croc knew the first part of his life was behind him and he could focus more on the future. During this time period is were his habit of making sarcastic comments began. Emerald didn’t mind him doing it and saw that he used to get up hand when he could, a strategy she was fine with. After those few years Emerald met back with a friend of her’s, Mercury Black. They start living together, with Croc coming with Emerald and Mercury’s son, Slate, already being there.


Croc wasn’t so sure about the two at first but Emerald trusted them so Croc started decide to at least try. Soon after joining the family Croc started training with Slate under Mercury. As he started training it was easily apparent that Croc was well behind Slate in regular combat.That being said whenever Emerald trained the par in a bit of thievery Croc seemed outclass Slate in that.


During and after training Croc started seeing Slate as a brother, something he never real thought he would have. He enjoyed finally having brother as well as parent now. It was a orphan's dream come true. Then when Slate decide he was going to Beacon Croc decide to tag along with him and also go to Beacon. Who knows what’s in store for the klepto smart mouth of Crocodile there.

The closer he is to his opponent the better as he can get more information that way. His weapons aren't his crotch weapons as once he activated his semblance he can wield any weapon that he is coping.
  
  Semblance: Copy Cat - Cerise’s semblance allows him to embody anyone he has studies for a long time. He needs to have known and been around the person for a month’s time. Anything he never they do, Cerise can not mimic. Anything from voice, walk, ticks, fighting style, he can mimic. To fully mimic someone’s fighting style he uses ⅕ of his aura but every minute he five minutes he uses it, he loses another ⅕. As for copying small quirks, he can do at will so long as they are quick and no more than a few minutes.

  Personality: Cerise has a cool air about him. He knows how to fit in, and win over people in the way he holds himself, but he only does it to feel good about himself. Really he is a lonely guy how tends to keep for himself for the most part, but he hates the feeling of being alone so he forces himself to go out and make friends. Cerise is a sweet guy with a delicate heart under the veil of coolness he hides under. Not many can get past his walls to see the truly lost boy within.
  
  Bio: Cerise Darcy Amaranth, is the son of Gwen Darcy and Damien Amaranth. When Gwen went back home to Vacuo she met Damien who was an older Huntsman. Not much older, but it was old enough to get people to judge. She didn’t care, she was happy and they loved each other. Damien and Gwen married years later and soon had Cerise, who was a mirror image of Damien. Gwen felt like she had been gifted a second Damien that she would love and care for more years to come. After a long Mission, Gwen was told that Damien had passed away trying to hold a group of Grimm off for his team. She was devastated, but little Cerise always brought her back to work.
  
  Cerise growing up was a sore thumb next to his mother. Other kids would always ask him if he was adopted because he was completely different from how her mother looked. He was bullied and had to fight for himself at a very young age. It wasn’t until he was eight that he showed them that he was his mother’s son. He activated his semblance and mimicked Gwen to the kids. Even with that, he didn’t make friends but they stopped picking on him, which was a plus for Cerise.
  
  As he got older, Gwen taught him how to fight without using his semblance to copy her own fighting style. “You need to find your own style, Cerise. You can’t rely on other’s forever.” He holds those words close to him as he continued to train. When he was fifteen, his mother gifted him his weapon which he named it in the owner of his mother’s team, Indigo. When it came to going to Huntsman school, he opted to not attending Shade due to the other kids from his past, so Gwen helped him get into Vale. A new kingdom, new faces, meant a fresh slate for him to be someone new.

  Zenith uses a plain looking katana, a seemingly normal sword. Although it doesn’t have any special functions at the moment, it does have a lot of meaning to Zenith. The blade has a guard matching Zenith’s emblem, as well as a white cloth wrapped around the handle. Despite that it is usually always sharpened and kept in a white sheathe on his back.
  
  Fighting Style:
  
  Zenith prefers to use his speed to take control over the battlefield, moving quickly between targets. If fighting humans, Zenith can be a bit impatient. If the target doesn’t go down after a few hits or matches his swordsmanship, Zenith moves on to using his semblance. If that doesn’t work, Zenith is very likely to leave the target for another one. However, Grimm do not get the same treatment. Zenith will not stop attacking a Grimm until either he or the grimm are dead. If a special grimm or persistent one, Zenith is likely to drain all of his aura just to get in close to the grimm for an attack.

  Quasar- Zenith has the ability to place gravity wells, pulling or pushing anything near them. The wells range in size, range, and force of pull, but they have factors the same between them all. Zenith can only place two at any given time, and he must have touch the area he wants to place them on. Once placed they continue to work as long as another isn’t made or Zenith hasn’t made two more. The most Zenith has ever used was four in one battle, completely depleting his aura thereafter. The most Zenith has pulled was stopping a vertibird from take off. The most he’s pushed was a pack of Ursas charging him and the forest vicinity. Both of these actions rendered him auraless.

  A lot can be said about Zenith, but the fact that he's selfish and apathetic is just the tip of the iceberg. His overly content view towards life can also end up a problem for those around him ("if it ain't broke don't fix it" isn't always a good view towards life). This over-contentment, not to mention the bouts of glumness brought about by reminders of his deceased brother, can even breed some stubborness when it comes to his worldviews.
  
  Fair is fair though, and it wouldn't be fair to just focus on the negative aspects of Zenith. He's also brilliant, quick witted, and occasionally even funny when he can be bothered to bring himself to speak. His daring nature is often what he's admired for, always willing to throw himself into the line of fire for those he cares about.

  Zenith Luna Violette was born between mother Nebula Violette of NDGO and father Eclipse Amethyst LUNR, residing in their home of Vacuo. Nebula met with Eclipse after graduating from Shade Academy, a fellow huntsmen who had his eye on her since the Vytal Festival. After the Fall of Beacon Eclipse took to the streets with his team to help Team NDGO escape. By the end of their fight out of the city, Eclipse’s team of LUNR had made enough impact on Nebula to allot their leader’s scroll number. After NDGO went their separate ways, Nebula’s path led to further time with Eclipse. The two began romantic relations, and soon a child was on the way.
  
  
  With that Zenith was born or, as he was more commonly called, Luna was born. The blue eyed babe was loved dearly by the two, his curiosity and inquisitive nature contagious. Trips to towns, parks, even to the front yard were always new experiences for Zenith. Nebula saw him as a collector of experiences, adventures, and absorbing of everything he could get into. Three years later a new child joined in the household, which was a partner to bring along with him on these adventures. The baby’s name was Cosmo, named after Eclipse’s mother.
  
  
  For years the two took each day as a new beginning to learn, and eventually Zenith’s curious nature was passed onto Cosmo. It was on Zenith’s 13 birthday that he was gifted a weapon and autonomy to explore past the ever expanding boundaries; now into the woods near their house. With this news Zenith took in the new area for exploration, but he wanted to share it with his little brother. The ten year old, who was more cautious and nurtured by the various mentors in his life was nervous, but was convinced by his older brother’s enthusiasm.
  
  
  The two snuck out to the woods, which were usually only inhabited by harmless animals, but the nervousness and frightened Cosmo attracted more than the usual furry creatures. Zenith held his brothers hand, showing him flowers, creatures, and his new sword. Eventually the wonder won against the worry, and Cosmo stood to enjoy the beautiful world around him.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  The claws of an Ursa ripped through the boy, killing him instantly in front of his brother. Zenith move to get his sword, but was frozen in place by the monstrous Grimm. The training he had with his parents, the years of preparing under two Hunters meant nothing against a true test. Between the death of his brother and looming possibility of his own, Zenith collapsed with both hands in front of him.
  
  
  When he awoke Zenith was back home, days later after the event he found out later. Weeks went by without much from Zenith, just going to the same spot each day. The immediate area was no longer a forest, instead a large clearing with a grave next to the rock Zenith cowered by. It took time, but Zenith returned to a somewhat broken form. One day at a time he tried to improve and forgive himself, training for the academies to atone for his inability. Once accepted to Beacon, Zenith left his family. Maybe for closure or for a brighter future, Zenith knew Beacon would give him some way to repair his broken heart.

  Fighting Style:
  Like his father before him, Forest excels in melee range combat. Forest will use Enigma to get his opponent’s attention or keep them in melee range if they try to run.In one on one fights he prefers to use Enigma has a parrying dagger and Skyfall as a saber if the foe is using a bladed weapon. This is when he is at his strongest as he is the current fencing champion of Atlas. While he is proficient in his firearm capabilities he is by no means the crackshot his father was back in the day.
  
  Forest takes a calm approach to combat, always calculating. In a one on one situation, he prefers to know what he’s up against- using his semblance if at all possible, and stays on the defensive until he has a grasp on his opponent.
  
  Semblance: Psychometry-able to "read" the conscious thoughts of any person he is in physical contact with and can extract memories by asking specific questions.Attempting to create false information is impossible, since Tanner can extract the target's purest memories. The information they collect is highly useful in exposing weaknesses and secrets, especially in finding out the opponent's semblance or in situations requiring some form of extortion or blackmail. Can also be used to see the recent past of an object while touching it. They can also transfer these memories to willing targets, but again must make physical contact

  Personality:It takes a while to get to know Forest, but at the very least you'll find out he's determined and empathetic. Of course he's also energetic, charismatic and upright. His captivating nature though, this is what he's pretty much known for. Friends usually count on this and his excitement especially when they need comforting or support.
  
  
  Nobody's perfect of course and he has a fair share of lesser days too. His brutish deceitful and at times stubborn nature cause plenty of grievances and beyond what people are willing to deal with.
  
  Fortunately his empathy usually softens the worst of it.
  
  His, at times, deceitful ways stems from his semblance. There are few who know just how his psychometry works, and he would prefer to keep it that way. However, this often forces him to trick people in order to use it effectively. While he could play the majority of it off as simple mind reading, the fact it requires a question in order to activate it's biggest functions is what creates the need for subterfuge. Turns out, most people don't like the idea of having their memories read, recorded, and occasionally implanted in to someone else.
  
  Bio:
  After the war with Salem, Dove Bronzewing and Reese Chloris, having spent much of their time fighting together defending Vale, eventually fell in love and moved to Atlas. Reese had decided she’d had enough of fighting and retired from being a Huntress and went to work at an inventing firm, the owners intrigued by her hoverboard design. Dove went on to work at a security firm. It wasn’t long before Forest was born.
  
  Growing up on tales of the war, as well as stories from both parent’s early days as Huntsman, Forest was enthralled and decided early on it was what he wanted in his life. It led him to pick up fencing, and his father teaching him to shoot. He was a natural, quickly picking up the nuances of the blade. Eventually, he wound up winning the National Fencing Championships in Atlas. Though, and nobody could really prove it he did have an unfair advantage. At this point his semblance had already manifested and he had used it to get a read on his opponent’s fighting style prior to the match. It may not have technically been cheating it certainly wasn’t fair. As a reward for his victory his parents presented him with Beastly Coronet. Unexpectedly, it wasn’t much later before he recieved his acceptance letter to Beacon. He had applied there as it was his father’s alma mater, even though it had technically been destroyed before he had graduated, and it was thanks to that school his parents had met.   Titan is, as his name suggest, a giant of man. Standing at 6'6" and weighing 224 Pounds, Titan is a goliath of a man. Between his mother's, aunt's, and grandfather's training, not to mention chasing around Summer and Phoenix, Titan is built and sturdy; a bulky man covered in muscle. His hair is blonde, a brilliant design of platinum gold hair that is always incredibly soft (or at least Summer reminds him every chance she can). Titan's eyes are also yellow, although slightly darker than his hair. Lastly Titan has a few piercings in his ear that carry silver charms in them; all some sort of reminder to Titan of who he fights for. Titan also wears two gold bands on either arms, as well as two silver bands on his legs. When not in combat Titan prefers to wear either loose fitting kimonos or track suits, only because they are the only things he can find he fits in and is comfortable in.

  With a mixture of his mother and unknown father, Titan uses both gauntlets and boots to fight. The Gauntlets are the gold bands on Titan's arm, folding down whenever Titan activates them. They come equipped with studs, a firing mechanism to shoot dust shells, and can be added on to by using his chest piece. Underneath his clothes sits two pieces of armor of gold and silver, the gold being added to both of his hands to add more force to his attacks, usually used in conjunction with his semblance. The Boots Titan wears are of his father's design, silver boots that come equipped with a firing mechanism to shoot dust shells and enough metal to protect his legs in order to attack with them. These boots fold down from the silver bands on his ankles and can be reinforced with the silver piece on his abdominal muscles.
  
  
  Fighting Style:
  
  Being as large and strong as Titan is, he always maintains pressure on the enemy using many different styles. The styles include everything from boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, grappling, capoeira, tae kwon do, and many more. Though his size would mislead most of this, Titan is fast and can keep up with most opponents, only adding to his attack power of his size. Using many different martial arts, mixing both hand and feet attacks to overwhelm with raw power, variety, and speed.

  Collected Power:
  Titan has his mother's semblance, as in the more hits he takes he becomes progressively stronger. This has to be activated, and he can fight without it. When it does activate, Titan's eyes turn red and his hair glows and stands straight up. This increases his speed, power, durability, and overall intensity in the fight. Unlike his mother, Titan doesn't use his semblance unless absolutely necessary, preferring to finish fights fast and without any injury to his teammates.

  Although raised by the energetic, carefree, and nonchalant Yang Xiao Long, Titan's personality has been developed by a multitude of sources. From his mother Titan has learned to enjoy life as much as possible, and he is often seen as relaxed and laid back in most places. Titan's grandfather, Taiyang, taught him to be reserved, but when he does speak it's often to make someone smile with a joke, compliment, or a story. Lastly Ruby, his aunt, taught Titan compassion for everyone, but also to take care of those he holds dear; mostly his younger cousins. All in all Titan is a reserved, relaxed, and calm individual, not shy, but reserving himself until he feels his opinion, compliment, or information would be of use. Titan cares about others more than he does himself, and this shows in every essence of his actions.

  The two Rose twins are Titan’s closest friends, allies, and family; the three practically growing up together. For Phoenix, growing up Titan was a mentor and a friend; eventually growing into a older brother figure for Phoenix. Thus, Titan advises and teaches when necessary, but recognizes Phoenix as the man he has blossomed into today. Titan does his best not to lecture, baby, or embarrass Phoenix, but is still coming to terms with his growth. Summer is an entirely different story. Where Phoenix grew out of chasing Titan’s tail, Summer has stayed throughout the years. Titan still treats her as a little girl, not afraid to hug her or pick her up with only a moment’s hesitation. Even as his mother has insisted on letting Summer grow, Titan has yet to let the thought in his mind. All in all the two are everything to Titan, and will always be his little cousins.

  Titan was born to Yang Xiao Long and an unknown man, but that was little concern to Titan as a young boy. When born, he was the only child in a house of Ruby, Taiyang, and his mother Yang; who had recently moved back for some reason. Titan’s early life was full of love and compassion, enjoying each and every day with his family. A few years went by and the family expanded, as Phoenix and Summer were born to join the household. The two, as the same with Titan, were born without a father in their life. It was the caring household, three family members, and the life without a father that molded the three to become more then just cousins. To his cousin Phoenix, Titan was the older brother and mentor that he needed. They shared many adventures, but Phoenix was more independent and enjoyed his time to himself; especially after his semblance manifested itself. Although Titan is close with his family and Phoenix, none rival his closest friend and family member; Summer. As a little girl Summer and Phoenix would follow Titan and do as he did, and while Phoenix grew out of this, Summer did not. Titan was the two’s fighting partner, a mentor, and the older brother the two never had. Now grown, Titan waited a few years to join Beacon at the same time as the twins.

  Appearance wise Slate heavily favors his father; taking his tall stature, white/gray hair, and one of his gray eyes. Slate stands at 6’0", weighing around 185 Pounds of lean muscle. Slate isn't bulky by any means, but instead is covered with a layer of toned muscle from days of training and his other hobbies. His eyes are a icy gray and light violet, causing quite the visual beauty when matched with his white hair and defined facial features. There are also four large scars on his body, one on each of his limbs and wrapping around the wrist/ankles; although they are almost always covered. Lastly, Slate's clothing also takes after Mercury as it is black pants, black shirt, with a black leather jacket, each one having grey accents.

  While Slate's visual weapons are his dual pistol knifes and claws, Slate considers his entire body a weapon. Under his jacket on his arms and legs are metal plating, allowing him to strike with him limbs to inflict bludgeoning damage.   Slate is a long, medium, and close combat fighter, comfortable in all settings of war. Slate is observant, it's in his nature, and prefers to collect information on the opponent before attacking. With pinpoint accuracy, Slate first tests the opponent from long range, or laying down covering fire for his teammates if necessary. For any reason the opponent is enough challenge to resist his shots, then Slate moves in for close range combat. When in close combat Slate is patient, taunting, and graceful; most saying it is aggravating to fight against him, while anyone watching says it's a beautiful show to see him fight. When up against a true opponent or a challenge, then Slate will mix his pistol, knives, and body with strikes of mixed martial arts and knife fighting. Slate reserves his claws for the most difficult of enemy. A gentle, intimate, and deadly dance between Slate and his opponent.

  Slate's eyes aren't just for show, as they are the key to his semblance. From his gray eye Slate can see thermal, x-ray, infrared, and enhanced vision; not to mention he can see through smoke, light, or any other obscurement. Slate's colored eye can read people, by aura and emotions. Lastly, what this semblance is mainly used for, is enhanced vision feature. Slate can see clearly and accurately for 3.1 miles, upon which Remnant's world begins to curve. With this Slate has great aim, and uses it to his full advantage. On a side note, Slate can change the color of his eyes, but they always return back to the violet and grey.

  Slate takes the best and the worst of his father and mother, learning behavioral traits from a thief and assassin. From a superficial view; Slate is a charming, seductive, effortlessly cool, and a gentleman to the highest degree, acting in a way that men want to be him and women want to be with him. Often holding himself to a high pedestal and only speaking when it suits him, but always maintaining a presence of words, actions, and aura in all areas. That being said, as extended time would realize the cold and distant man underneath. Slate holds this front for many reasons; for manipulation, allies, and information, but mainly because it's who he was trained to be. The older son got the harshest training, causing his exterior to be the most molded.
  
  
  After an extended time with Slate, his outer shell will fold away. Someone he trust or cares for, such as his 'family' or teammates, would see him for a more temperamental, blunt, and vulnerable individual. Due to his childhood, learning to make and maintain true friendships was never a priority for Slate. Although, if someone does manage to get past the many walls Slate has built, a good hearted friend, lover, person might still lie within.

  Slate's background starts with Mercury Black and Yang Xiao Long, two of Remnant's close combat Hunters. The two met years after the Great War, and became close. They understood each other, bonding over similar parental past and the loss of limbs. Their relationship was swift, passionate, and conflicted. They had two children, and were comfortable with one another until the puppy love phase ended. Mercury couldn't lose his old habits, taking on more assassination jobs, becoming a nuisance to the family and leading to the downfall of the relationship. Not to mention the influences from both sides. Taiyang, Ruby, and Qrow knowing Mercury and his past, never approving of the relationship in the first place or at any point during it. As for Mercury, wanting to be a free man and his influence to be with Emerald won over his time with Yang. This is the base of their falling out, but the biggest point were the kids.
  
  Yang was a loose cannon, a traveling Huntress with a future on the road; not settled down with children. Mercury was an assassin, one who loved to party and enjoyed a high life; not becoming a married man. The relationship was flawed, but it was the birth of Slate and then Titan that made Yang and Mercury break up. Yang took the younger child and Mercury took the eldest, deciding to raise them separately without influence or knowledge of the other side. Thus Slate grew up with Mercury after the age of three, only remember glimpses of a violet eyed and blonde haired woman, whom he doesn't know, but loves with all his heart. As well as a small boy, the same blonde hair as the woman, but with piercing golden eyes lay deep in his memory.
  
  Slate grew up alongside his father Mercury, training and living together when Mercury wasn’t away on jobs. Slate was raised as a tool, someone to join Mercury’s jobs at a later time. Performance, combat skills, thievery, everything his father had to offer him was drilled into Slate. Deprived of nurture and love, in most senses, Mercury being the only one with experience with children; and wasn’t known for showing it often. It was rigorous, an environment a child wasn’t suited for, but nonetheless the training continued.
  
  Around the age of 12, Slate’s family life changed dramatically. Emerald Sustrai, a woman whom he had heard much from his father’s stories, joined the two in their home. With her she brought along Croc, her son. The boy was a faunus, with sharp teeth and a tail to prove it, but it was his green hair that solidified his position as Emerald’s son. Thus it was Emerald and Croc who would dramatically change Slate’s lives from that point forward.
  
  Mercury continued to train Slate, but eventually gained a partner and new pupil. Croc joined Slate, his partner from that point forward. They trained and lived with one another, Slate eventually seeing him as a brother. Emerald also involved herself more with Slate, earning Slate’s respect and love; albeit a bit unconventional and unknowingly. With this new found family came many things that Slate enjoyed; such as the new skills and partner, but also confusing contentions such as the new emotions he was exposed to.
  
  Nonetheless Slate stayed the course he was brought up with and continued to grow in his father’s shadow. Now 20, he and Croc travel to Beacon. What lies ahead for Slate is to take the step out of the shadow’s and be his own man, but how he plans to do this is still unclear.
  
  
  
  Motives:
  
  Truthfully Slate wants to surpass his father, becoming something that his father, friends, and the world recognizes. While Mercury has been an 'interesting' father figure, Slate understands that his past has left him cold to those weaker than him; something that Slate has always been working to overcome. Not to mention that his upbringing has been many blurs of disassociation, something that Slate blames himself for and is working to relieve himself of that guilt. To sum it up, Slate wants to be recognized by his father, but mostly by himself.
  
  Slate also wants to break free of the confines of his training, to be himself and not his father. Although Slate finds this to be farfetched at best.
  
  Secrets:
  
  1. Slate has horrible self esteem issues, choosing to focus on others rather than himself. This is a stem from not being himself, and thus has a truly hard time letting people get close.
  
  2. Secretly Slate loves to perform, whether it be playing a music or dancing, Slate loves to be center stage. He would never admit it though.
  
  3. Wonders about the validity of his family, as he's heard rumors and hushed voices speaking of another woman as his mother. As well as the noting that he was to go to Beacon led his father and 'mother' to speak quietly of his other family.

  Sight:
  Although 'blind', Iris gained from her bat ears the ability to use echolocation. As long as she has a source of noise near her, either her voice or her frequency emitter, Iris can 'see' in an almost 180 degree in front of her. This sight must be consistently updated using sound in order for her to see, thus concussion grenades or simply hiding behind something to avoid the sound waves can render you 'invisible' to Iris.
  
  Weapons:
  Iris uses a rapier that doubles as a normal sword and a drill, with a matching dagger. The sword has three edges that can spin on 30 perforated axis's along the blade, meeting at a central point at the end of the blade. The dagger adorning the rapier is fairly normal, usually kept in the small of her back for emergencies. Other equipment is a high frequency emitter, capable of producing a sound that most people can't hear without special aids or certain traits as a faunus. Iris also has a small pack between her shoulder blades with dust, but she doesn't utilize it herself.
  
  
  
  
  Fighting Style:
  Iris, due to limitations and preference, likes to remain close to the enemy. Long and medium range combat are not effective, thus Iris chooses a target and stays with them until they are finished. Viciously focused once she's found a target, Iris utilizes her semblance to cut off retreats and allies to allow a swift ending. Swordplay wise Iris is trained to handle Grimm, and most melee weapons, but larger, heavier weapons can overwhelm her. If the enemy proves too much for her, then an over reliance on her semblance becomes an issue throughout the fight.
  
  Semblance:
  Helping Hands-
  Iris can call upon phantom forms of sprites, animals, and people to assist her; this assistance ranges from everyday task to combat. The phantoms, without any dust, take on powder white forms with translucent masses. They range in size and anatomy, the larger and more sentient cost more aura, but extended use has made the sprites cost near nothing to maintain. The only this is that these creatures are only what Iris has been described or seen only the basic form of, thus faces and details are often obscured or translucent once created.
  
  In combat these helpers can, depending on size and shape; work as scouts, distractions, carry out simple task, or use natural weaponry to attack. The only thing is that they are extremely frail, so while easy to create, almost any attack will destroy any helper with ease. What they don't have in durability, utility wise these helpers are often Iris' main way to get through any fight and day to day life. The helpers are somewhat sentient, carrying out task with autonomy and if not instructed further vanish.
  
  The helpers range in size, but Iris is most practiced with the smaller ones. The helpers and Iris communicate through speech, but the helpers speak on a higher frequency that only ears of fauni or aids could hear. Larger helpers such as horses, wolves, deer, humans all require more aura and are less practiced. All helpers can utilize dust in their attacks, but Iris cannot get them to survive more than one hit even with dust.

  Personality:
  Iris takes after her father, for the most part; becoming reserved, quiet, and shy. Usually avoiding confrontation and most interactions, only acting outgoing in the most relaxing scenarios. Iris is also very sheltered and sensitive, usually unable to handle criticism or harsh words without tears in her eyes. Maybe it was due to her father as the only constant person in her life, but Iris has yet to understand the many social norms some take for granted. Banter and sarcasm can be difficult for her, along with any form of flirtation. New places, new people, and new experience require her to be eased into it, lest she suffer a panic attack.
  
  However, when Iris does become comfortable with someone, she can be talkative and has very profound thoughts. She loves to hear stories, the vivid imagination she has improving this with her childlike sense of curiosity. Iris will also ask of a few tasks or questions, wanting to know a bit more of the world she can truly not see. As well as stories, music is appreciated by Iris' extensive hearing and she has quite the skill with the violin.
  
  No one has ever betrayed her trust, or gotten close to just leave her, but Iris would be truly complicated with those feelings. Once loyal, Iris is a fierce friend when tried and can be a valiant fighter for those she cares about. Sadly, she's very trusting and gullible, anyone manipulative with a kind tongue could calm her nerves enough to direct her. While reserving herself from obvious dangers, anyone wishing to lie to her would not find too much of a challenge.
  
  All in all Iris is very sheltered, shy, and quiet; internalizing thoughts and emotions versus drawing any attention to herself. With what little time she had with those her age, besides Saffron, she chooses to avoid contact in order to keep her sensitivities in check. Anxious and nervous, Iris seems to be perpetually in a state of fear if not reminded of the friends around her. Although afraid of most she meets, Iris does look to find the best in people and hopes for the best of all outcomes. Once comfortable though, Iris enjoys to listen and share her innermost feelings, seemingly trusting once you gotten past the wall.
  
  Bio:
  Lie Ren graduated with Team JNPR at the end of their time at Beacon, all heading mostly divided ways. Pyrrha and Jaune joined together in matrimony, and Ren followed Nora to Mistral. The place full of adventure and excitements, one being the fauni. Nora found a man, settling down with the bird faunus, but always keeping in touch with Ren. The now lone member of JNPR found himself on the cliffs of Mistral, settling down away from much of civilization. The peace, quiet, and land to himself was something he always wanted, but he still thrived for companionship. It was in Iris, that he found it.
  
  Their life together blossomed, for years they were happy with just each other and the gardens as company. Ren questioned about children a few times, but Iris always steered away from the subject with haste. One day, even with the preventions in place, the signs of pregnancy were there. The joy together faded, as Iris took the nine months to explain to Ren the problem with her pregnancy. Iris was blind, which due to her bat faunus traits was not much of an issue, but it was the genetics of her family that caused this. Blindness was a side effect by childbirth complications, the same that caused almost all generations of women to die during labor.
  
  Ren consulted her for some time, but Iris knew that if it wasn't now it was later. The nine months was one of passion and understanding, the two near inseparable during their final moments together. As predicted, when the child came it was born with blindness. Besides the blindness, the baby was healthy and was able to see it's mother before the second part of prediction came true. Iris died shortly after labor, leaving Ren a single father with a newborn daughter. In remembrance of the two most important women in his life, the child was named Iris An Ren; after her late mother and grandmother.
  
  Keeping true to his promise, one he made nearly everyday the past nine months, Ren would raise the child to be the best of both himself and of her mother. Taking this time to seek out his closest friend, Ren would stay with Nora's family for the first two years of Iris' life. This would be the first time Iris would see the blue eyed boy Saffron, but certainly not the last. After taking some lessons on child care and getting back on his feet, Ren would take Iris to her home in the mistral cliffs to there farm.
  
  Throughout the years Iris would spend most of her time exploring the cliffs, forests, and beaches of Mistral when not working on the farm with her father. The only break would be the one or two times a month when the two would travel to see Nora and Saffron, Iris both impressed with his outgoing personality and thankfulness for him being her friend; truly her only one besides her helpers. As Saffron and Nora left for Vale for adventure, Iris was pushed by her father to do so. After many talks and debates, Ren believed Beacon would do good for her in many categories. Between combat and a title to carry, Ren just hopes Iris can break free from her shell.

  Weapons: Twin daggers like his father's, one imbued with fire dust and the other with lightning to fire explosive bursts at range.
  
  
  Fighting Style: Culpeo prefers to use sneak attacks and hit and run tactics over taking on opponents head on. When forced into open combat he uses his twin weapons to overwhelm enemies with fast attacks. Along with his daggers Culpeo is also comfortable fighting barehanded using his fists and grapples on heavier opponents.
  
  
  Semblance: Blink- Culpeo can teleport anywhere he can see or visualise within a ten metre radius at the expense of 5% of his aura with each warp. He can also teleport other people at incrementally greater costs to his aura though he is unable to teleport enemies with an active aura, objects of similar mass to a person will also incur the same costs.

  Personality: Culpeo believes in keeping a cool head and remaining objective no matter the circumstances unfortunately in practice he's easily flustered when things don't go according to plan and a hopeless romantic with a thing for lost causes and bold acts of heroism. While his spontaneous moments make him seem naive he is very aware of the consequences of his actions.
  
  Socially Culpeo tries to remain cautious around both human and other faunus though he will often warm up a little too quickly to those who seem friendly and is easily taken in by a pretty face.
  
  Bio: Following the loss of his brother Fennec and his own capture in the attempted assassination of the Belladonna family Corsac blamed the radical methods of Adam Taurus for Fennec's death and after escaping from prison in Menagerie went on a personal crusade to bring Adam's faction down. Finding few allies Corsac was left on the run until he was approached and recruited by Sienna Khan into her faction of the White Fang where he eventually fathered a son in the form of Culpeo.
  
  As a child Culpeo was raised to distrust humans though his father also went out of his way to teach him to be wary of other faunus and about the circumstances that led to his uncle's death so he could form his own views while personally training him in the art of combat.
  
  Following Sienna's death Corsac found himself leading a large proportion of what remained of the White Fang that hadn't followed Adam in a war that increasingly focused less on liberating faunus and more on bringing down Adam Taurus. Culpeo seeing the havoc Adam was causing also took up his father's cause and openly championed a more tolerant approach to dealing with human faunus relations.

  Fighting Style: Due to a birth defect, Ashe was born with an astonishingly low Aura level. This persists throughout his whole life, and no changes were found. Ashe, in an attempt to remedy this defect, relies heavily on speed and range. His weapons of choice compliment this style, using ranged attacks from afar. If up close, Ashe is highly mobile and swift, being able to dodge many attacks. However, a few good hits can take him down easily.
  
  
  Semblance: Pocket Dimension: Guns in My Back Pocket - Ashe’s semblance is having a pocket dimension full of stuff for storage. In his pocket dimension he keeps his four weapons, all his ammo, and other things he has. Using this pocket dimension, he can easily switch weapons, however, the bigger the weapon, the longer time it takes to switch. Smaller weapons can appear and disappear like magic, while larger weapons take time to materialize. This also makes traveling easy.

  Personality: Ashe is a warm character, often found with a small smile and a glint in his eyes. His easy going nature helps that he is very empathetic and willing to help with problems. He is also very imaginative, being called a dreamer and told wake up. His loyalty is fierce to his family, as they had a close knit group as he grew up. Ashe, has never been seen in public angry, which frightens people. However, although Ashe is so easy going, he’s very anxious, and doesn’t know how to communicate well.
  
  
  Bio: Ashe was born to Octavia Ember, member of Team NDGO, savior of Remnant, and overall badass in Ashe’s opinion. Born in Vacuo, times were tough and surviving was even tougher. After the fall of Salem, Octavia rejected all of the perks that came with being one of the heroes of the world. Instead she settled away into Vacuo, simply becoming a Huntsman for hire. She gave away her expertise for money and to keep her child safe from the criminals and other vagabonds that resided in Vacuo.
  
  
  Ashe would be born into a harsh wilderness, one where he was expected to flourish and grow. However, due to a defect in his body, Ashe’s Aura was shockingly small, and he was a mute. Watching his mother, Ashe would learn what it means to be a huntsman. He saw the courage, the strength, the fortitude, and the responsibility of being a hero. When only 10 years old, Ashe was approached by a man who would train him in a quickdraw style of shooting. Ashe would apprentice under him to become a gunslinger.
  
  
  As Ashe grew and learned under his master, he would adopt different weapons as well. His skills with his sniper, SMG, and rifle became unmatched by any other of the man’s students. Ashe would continue under his apprenticeship until the man would enroll Ashe at a simple combat school. Ashe would go and become estranged due to his mutism. He did make friends, bonds unbreakable through his shooting. In his school, his shooting was almost unrivaled by others. After combat school, Ashe would go to Beacon on recommendation by his master and mother.

  Weapons: Dancer's Ring- Rook utilises a unique take on the usually folding or unfolding weapons used by most Huntsmen and Huntresses. Rather than incorporate any range into her weapon she wields a bladed ring easily the size of a hula hoop. It's a unique and odd weapon she can wield both in one hand or in both and has even learned to utilise it with her arms, torso, legs and feet as well. When it 'transforms' it actually just extends to create a wider in diameter hoop that extends to Rook's full height. It is bladed on both the inside and the outside of the ring.
  
  
  
  Fighting Style: Rook is a stylist in her own words. A warrior second and dancer always the girl finds her way through a battlefield with ease as she carries on. It's a chaotic and hectic mess with the measured and well memorised steps of any dance Rook knows forming the eye of the storm. Due to the wild style of combat coupled with the both irregularity and unpredictability of her weapon, the girl tend to manage to keep her foes at arms reach while staying light on her feet.
  
  
  Semblance: Uncanny(Also known as "Grannie's Little Disappointment" to Rook's own personal amusement.): Rook bears a semblance that immediately drew the ire of the grandmother that raised her. It's an indiscriminate form of fortune, either good or bad that can't be influenced by her. Despite this at the expense of her aura she can will it to occur with more or less frequency. This could range anywhere from lightning errantly striking a foe to the light shining just right in her blade to dazzle an enemy. That said, it never seems to occur the same way too often. One could flip a coin and it could catch a breeze just right to land in Rook's favor. That said, next time it could fall onto a sewer grate, meaning there's no winner.
  
  Attributed to her semblance is the fact that Rook has never once cut herself on her own ring blade.
  
  Semblance Limitations: Rook's semblance has no specific way of acting. This means that while she could just happen to get lucky, her luck could likewise occur by being causing someone else a notable lack of luck. Even then, her luck doesn't have a particular set of morals like she does, meaning that someone could easily be hurt by her semblance when she attempts to exercise it in a combat manner.

  Personality:
  Rook is, well, perhaps a little too happy go lucky and carefree for someone of her background, but it's all just water under the bridge for her. Rarely seen without a broad smile, the girl seems to carry an infectious cheerfulness in the air around her no matter where she goes, which can, admittedly, come across as a little over bearing at times. Often readily coming to the add of others, and always open to new experiences, the quiet girl is an active and readily available ally and friend. This cheeriness isn't lost in the least in combat either, instead intensifying even when the girl is hurt. With some of her happiest memories from her childhood pertaining to times she was in the fray with others, Rook is hard to bring low by any means.
  
  Rook's head in the clouds attitude, however, should never be taken for granted. The girl is a quick learner, attentive to a 'T' and likely assesses her surroundings more times in ten seconds than most girls check their own hair in a day. Despite her overt friendliness, she's often quick on the uptake when other's are attempting to mock or deride her, and does her best not to be too offputting to others. Even then though, it's hard to stop the upbeat and ever moving positivity that Rook carries.
  
  Of note, Rook doesn't seem to vocalise much outside of yawns, mhmms, uh-uhs, huhs, humming or laughing.
  
  Style: A short in stature, raven haired girl with pale complexion and eyes that are either red or purple depending on way the light catches them, Rook is lithe and well toned, and often keeps her hair pulled into braided twin tails with a pixie-esque fringe.
  
  Rook tends to wear a black top of ribboned cloth and not quite mid-thigh length black shorts as her primary attire. Accompanying this are sleeves and pants made of sheer crimson silk that reach halfway down her forearms and shins respectively. On her feet are simple sandals that lace up to her pants, as well as gloves adorning her hands. At the hem of her pants and sleeves are black, feather adorned ribbons, and at the waist of her pants is a sash, tied into a bow at the back with knee length draping ends. It's crimson and black with motifs of feathers sewn into with.
  
  Bio: Born the granddaughter of Raven Branwen as Merla Winchester, Rook isn't exactly certain who her parents were outside of the fact that at some point her father had joined Raven's tribe and married an errant daughter of the woman. Both disappeared from her life before Rook was old enough to remember them, but it never became a sore spot for the girl. Instead she was taken under Raven's wing, albeit often parented by others or left to figure out things for herself. While some would say this 'free range' parenting style isn't effective, it's easy to learn respect and order when in a tribal lifestyle. Still, she had a propensity for rebellion and mouthing off.
  
  As Rook grew older and learned the raiding and pillaging ways of the tribe, she was likewise taught combat, often at an unforgiving pace that led to her bitter and determined early teen years. The girl was distrustful of most, save a handful, and often got into scraps with others as her skill in combat grew. Furthermore, her semblance, which moderately irritated her grandmother, was beginning to cause friction amongst the tribe. What came soon after was a revolt of sorts, with a majority of the tribe thinking Rook a problem and Raven too weak to handle it. Raven and her loyalists, as well as Rook, fought the mutineers to the death. When the battle was finally over, Rook dropped to her knees, too exhausted to do much else. While in this state Raven stood over her, stating that she refused to let family impede her life again, and that it was time to teach Rook the same lesson her first daughter had to learn.
  
  And like that Raven was gone, as were her loyalists, leaving Rook with these final words, "You're just a grandmother's little disappointment, simply inconsequential."
  
  Left alone in the midst of a battle, it didn't take long for Rook to be set upon by Grimm, and by all rights she likely shouldn't have been able to escape. However while the situation may have broken many, it gave Rook drive and determination. Traveling on foot for days, and drinking water straight from ny source she could find it, Rook managed to stumble upon a small farming house. A surprise, for her at least, was that when she was found trying to steal food and drink from the cellar, she wasn't punished with words or beatings, but invited inside by the family, the Byrnes. Mr. and Mrs. Byrne were and older couple whose own son had once been a Huntsman, and he'd clearly learned his selfless attitude from his parents.
  
  So in time and through her aid to the Byrnes, Rook found a new home, put up in the room of their son's old room. She'd go out everyday helping Mr. Byrnes, and every night she'd come in and make dinner and do the dishes with Mrs. Byrnes. It was a far cry from the life she'd ever known and Rook loved every facet of it. In her time spent there Rook slowly learned of their son and his dreams to go out into the world, making sure every family out there could lead a life like this one.
  
  It was an inspiration, and all Rook needed to hear to know what she wanted to do with her life now.
  
  Spending the next four years with the Byrnes, Rook learned all that she had missed out on in life. Laughing and humor without someone else's suffering being the root, she satisfaction of a hard days work and reaping what you sow. The loving couple gave her everything she ever could have asked for in a loving family, and they did so simply because they'd once seen her at her weakest, and rather than condemn her for it as her grandmother would have, they knew that she had the capability to become stronger and better than before. After the first year they let 'Merla Winchester' leave, and in her place was their 'daughter', Rook Byrne.
  
  Once old enough Rook eventually expressed her dreams of becoming a Huntress, so that she could go out and do for other's what the Byrnes had done for her. Making some calls and pulling some strings with some old acquaintances of their late son, the Byrnes made sure that Rook would get to see those dreams fulfilled, and Rook left shortly after to become uphold the Byrnes name.
  
  Fears: Amusingly enough, Rook doesn't have any notable outright fears. That said, for as happy as she manages to be most of the time, she does have a personal self-doubt and fear of failing to accomplish her goals she set for herself.   Weapons: Thorn, is a high-powered sniper rifle that has chainsaw blades on the top. Thorn also transforms into a Scythe like his mother's, only difference between his and his mother's is the blade has a functional chainsaw mechanism, which is activated by a second trigger. Thorn is a close replica to Crescent Rose, which is also purely black in color. Can us dust and regular bullets when using Thorn in her sniper form. Yes, it's she and you will hear Nix refer to her as Thorn and not just his weapon.
  
  Fighting Style: Mentored by both Ruby and Qrow, Phoenix is ambidextrous, able to use Thorn with either hand being his dominant one. Nix can fight either up close or ranged. Stealth is his main focus. Reconning ahead of the group of just getting the upper hand is his go-to tactic. Preferring to get close in order to attack with the chainsaw on Thorn's scythe form. When in range, he is able to protect himself when ambushed through activating his chainsaw located on the bottom of the riffle form.
  
  Semblance: Shadow - The ability to disappear within shadows. To others, it seems like he vanishes, and a normal shadow remains, but when under the influence of this semblance, one would seem like they are in a pitch black area. He can use this on his enemies to blind them, or on his allies to hide them from harm. When in shadow, one can move faster allowing Phoenix to follow his target without anyone knowing. Once mastered his semblance, he can use his own shadow to teleport to a nearby shadow' run faster in its cover, and hide larger groups.
  
  Currently Semblance Level: Second Nature, he is able to use is casual without straining himself or his aura. Can only cover five people within his semblance, and is yet to master short teleportation with a shadow five feet away.
  
  Limitations to Semblance: Nix can only use his semblance to hid himself for no more than 12 hours before he reaches half of his aura. With a group, he can keep it up for only 2 hours. When he uses or well attempts to teleport it takes a sixth of his aura, removing three hours from his 12 he aims for. If attempts longer distances, it drains Nix of his aura.

  Personality: Calm and Collected is Phoenix's mindset. Being the oldest from the Rose Twins, his first job is to protect his other half. Untrusting to those that get too close to his family, but once they are tested he would see them as friends. Even as protective he can be for his family, they are the cause of him to let loose and have fun. He might be a stick in the mud, but he never walks away from a challenge and quick game, that he learned from his mother and aunt. If you don't know where he is, it's because he doesn't want you to find him. Like the shadows he becomes, he disappears from sight until he wants to be found.
  
  Hot-Headed and a loner, Nix likes being left alone. Only willing to be around his family and his team, he tends to train alone. It's not that he has no one to train with, it's just that he likes keeping his semblance training a secret. Always wanting to have the upper hand. After the fall of Beacon, he is more distant than ever, not even his twin sister can convince him to come back to his team.
  
  Fears: Lossing those he loves. He has always kept those he loves at a distance, not wanting to hurt them or be hurt by the.
  
  Bio: Mission after Mission one would think that Ruby Rose never had time to start a family, so no one expected for her to become pregnant. Rumors had it that she had someone close to her heart but no one knew who, all but the Xiao Longs that is. Even as she was pregnant, she never spoke of who was her children's father, that meant that they were to take her name instead of their father's. It helped that they looked more like her then their father. Trust and honesty were everything for the Roses, which made holding the truth about the twin's father made things hard for her.
  
  Phoenix remembered the early years of his life. His mother was always around for the first five years, which was the best moments of his life. The day Ruby Rose returned to taking Missions, was the day Phoenix began to learn to protect. With Titan, it made it easier, but it gave him a goal to set. It was always Titan, Phoenix, and Summer as they grew up and played together, which allowed him to see the true connection Summer had with Titan which he slowly began to feel like Titan's shadow. When he was nine, he found his peace in the shadows that he slowly began to feel one with. The shadow he had placed himself in.
  
  Alongside Summer, they attended Signal Academy which was their playground, literally. Being around Summer, the duo were a bunch of troublemakers. For Phoenix, his rebellion was more a call for attention, which he got by being separated from Summer. He was not outshined by Summer's brilliant light which finally allowed him to finally find himself. He continued his training with his mother and grandfather which helped him become the huntsmen he wants to be. One that protects his loved one and fights for what's right.
  
  Attending Beacon has always been Nix's dream. When the time came to become a student, he was glad to attend it with Summer and Titan. There he quickly made enemies and friends. The school year was a slow start, but he would have rather go back to those times before things began to hit the fan. Finding love within the last person he expected, brought him more trouble than good, as it caused him to fight with his cousin, Titan, and his partner/friend, Jade. Slowly trying to mend things, he had to drop his relationship to keep his family safe, but that only lead to him wishing he never ended it. Now, Ophelia is missing, and Nix won't stop until he finds her, but he can't leave his team. Running away is not an option.

  Weapons: Summer is a fighter, so she likes to fight with her hands and legs. With that, she tends to use claw gauntlets that have a protective guard on her knucks and protective plating on her shins for her kick attacks. When she opens her hand, claw-like blades come out from her fingertips of her glove like gauntlets, allowing her to swipe at her opponent. On top of her gauntlets, she has a several throwing knives that she can through and retrieve with the help of her semblance.
  
  Fighting Style: Mentored by both Taiyang and Yang, Summer is well versed in hand to hand combat like her cousin, Titan. Like Phoenix, she is ambidextrous, allowing her to wield his weapon during an emergency, but personally she rather not wield a large weapon. Fast on her feet, normally you can find her bouncing on her feet before a fight. She’s one huge ball of energy, which reflects on her aura. Even when she is an adrenaline junky, she is a thinker, so she takes her time before jumping into action.
  
  
  Semblance: Telekinesis - The ability to move things with her mind. As long as it is a small task like bringing her throwing knives back, reaching for something in a high place or pushing someone out harm's way, she can do so without any trouble. When it comes to heavier and stronger things like grim, being able to stop a moving vehicle or falling buildings, she would need to concentrate on that task. Once mastered, she would be able to manipulate elements and weather, along with being able to do it with ease.
  
  Current Semblance Level: Summer can lift ten times her weight, twice what she had been able to do before. She has yet to get to find ways to expand her semblance.
  
  Limitations to Semblance: Can only lift ten times her weight in a comfortable level, which drains a quarter of her aura. She can strain herself to lift heavier things, but it would drain her immensely and leave her weak.

  Personality: Bubbly, a fireball of excitement who loves to make friends and have fun. Phoenix Rose, when around, is her Mischief partner that love to ensure chaos when times seem dull, but once they started Beacon, they seemed to drift in a way. Even though she is bubbly, she is a strong independent teen that can protect herself. Don't let her baby face fool you, she will make you feel pain for that. When not in class or with her brother, she would most likely be training, with her friends, or cooking/baking.
  
  Fears: There isn't much that scares Summer, but the one thing that does is losing her family. She has heard so many stories of huntsmen losing their lives as they leave behind a family.   Second and youngest of the Rose family, Summer was named after her late grandmother. She is a mischievous little nightmare for Taiyang and Ruby, but oddly enough, was perfectly fine with Titan and Yang. As she grew up, she spent most of her time causing headaches to Taiyang and chaos with Phoenix. Titan and Summer are close, always wanting to follow what he does. When she was eight and in the middle of a mission with Nix, she stopped a large and heavy dresser from falling onto her with the help of her semblance. Taiyang and Yang were her mentors, training her how to fight in hand to hand combat. She loved to play wrestling with them and Titan growing up that she took a liking to their way of fighting.
  
  Attending Signal was a huge thing for Summer, meaning she was one step closer to becoming a huntress like her mother. Though her education she was a chaotic little girl which always found ways to get in trouble. It wasn't until she was separated from her brother that she tried to calm herself. One thing never changed, she was always sociable and had large friend groups. That was the start of Summer's growth without any of her family members. Even if that is true, she continued to refer to her old ways with her two men in her life, Phoenix and Titan.
  
  When Summer, Phoenix, and Titan were younger, they made a promise to attend Beacon together to have each other's backs. They wanted the chance to be like their mothers as they were placed on the same team when they attended Beacon. In the beginning, Summer and Phoenix began to break apart. Being in different teams didn't help. As time continued to go on, she began to be pushed away from Titan and Phoenix. The fight between them didn't help the situation. Summer was able to make things right in a way, but it was soon destroyed when she made the decision to force Nix's hand to break up with Ophelia. Now, with the fall of Beacon, she is lost deep down in trying to search for her brother while she leads her team into their new mission to save Vale.

  Weapons: Bruno’s weapon is a simplish one, like his father's. His weapons is simpler old western style repeater, with two circular blades on each side of the barrel at it’s end. The blade themselves can spin rapidly to help cut through Grimm. The gun holds twelve bullets at a time and Bruno usually uses fire or ice dust rounds.
  
  
  Fighting Style: Bruno strategy in battle is to charge in, firing at a quickly at his target as get in close. Once he is close enough he will have his blades start spinning and began to take slice at his opponent. If he loses his weapon for some reason he will still keep fighting, with his bare fist. He has done that before and managed to chook a Ursa out.
  
  
  Semblance: Tank- Bruno’s semblance is very simple yet very useful. His semblance increase the amount of aura he has and makes it so he take a lot more damage before his aura runs out.
  
  Limitations to Semblance: It won't last forever (last only a few posts) and last even less depend on how powerful the attack his is getting hit are.

  Personality: Bruno's a glass half full kind of guy who just want to be as great a huntsman like his father. He loves telling the stories his father told and even some tales of his own adventures. He’s a slightly naive person, always assuming the best of people, even when they don’t deserve it. He has strong set of morals and does his very best to do good. He even goes out of his way to help others, getting side tracked from his main goal in process most of the time. Other then that, he is loyal to end to his friends and would even risk his life for them.
  
  Fears: He is scared to lose all the friends he has made to grimm or other horror that have began to arise.
  
  Bio: Being the son of a great huntsman, at least according to his father, Bruno had a lot to live up to. He grew up listen to his father’s tale of being a huntsman and how he was able to catch Grimm alive. So after hear those tales at such a young tale, Bruno gave himself to important goals in life, one, become a great huntsman and two, grow an even greater mustache! So he began training at very young age as soon as his father and hero would start training him. The results speak for themselves, Bruno’s graduated almost first in his class signal. And now he’s off to Beacon with hopes of being apart of a great team and being the growth of a great mustache...
  
  At Beacon Bruno was placed in team CROC and quickly began making friends with his team, include his partner Io. Life was going well for Bruno until him and his team were sent out to there first mission. During team CROC's mission the found and fought Grimm parasites that took over the bodies of human. The hit psychologically that they had killed humans under the skin of Grimm hit the team hard and made things only continued to get worse as later on during the Rose twin birthday party Io attacked and Bruno was forced to fight Io with the help of other students.
  
  Even though Io did some horrible things at the party as well as before Bruno still had high hopes for his partner and went to visit her often in the hospital, were she was sent to deal with her mental problems that became apparent. Moving on, things began to call down as team CROC replaced Io with a new member, Ren. But as things became better, shit hit the fan hard with fall of Beacon.

  Weapons: Eminence - Three Switchblades, Wing, Block and Talon, all infused with poison dust. Along with the blades, she has a 50-foot rope that can be attached to her blades and giving her some distance. After her encounter with a child in her first mission as a student, she learned the hard way that her poison dust can be more lethal then she would like. With the help of her father, she made sure to add a dial to how much poison is added to the blade.
  
  
  
  
  
  Fighting Style: Sky is a close combat fighter but she won't go into the fray unless a plan had been established. Even with a plan in play, if at any moment her team or friends are in danger, she switches her plan to protect them. She likes to get into the middle of the fight and quickly get out. Her weapon allows her to fight close and midrange.
  
  Semblance: Time Manipulation - (Almost like Ozpin's) Sky has the ability to manipulate time, allowing her to dodge and avoid attacks. She mostly uses it when she is trying to get into range to land her blows. When her semblance is activated, it would seem as if Skyler is either moving extremely fast or teleporting from place to place. When one is under the influence of her semblance they see their surroundings freeze in time, but they are able to walk and make a move. It would feel like seconds had passed, but that lead to complications. Not wanting her allies to experience what she did, she rarely uses her semblance on them and only on her. Once she introduces it to anyone, it would pull her in as well, for half the time she can go alone.
  
  Current Semblance Level: As of now, Skyler can be under the influence of her semblance for 12 seconds, twice what she had been able to do after she recovered from her illness. Unlike before she can slowly return time to the world which helps her steady her heart to a normal level. She's slowly introducing it to her team in order to help them in battle.
  
  Limitations of Semblance: Able to use to dodge without it taking to much, but she can only use it three times before she reaches half of her aura level. Skyler can use her semblance on someone but it would take more aura then it would alone.

  Personality: Skyler is a punk rebel who likes to just find new loopholes, thanks to her mother, but being a Sharp causes her to be in her best behavior. Being home with her Aunt Opal, she learned to be good in the public eye, but sneak away when no one is watching. From her father, she learned to think, and never stay quiet when things can be questioned. One thing is for sure, she loves her family and friends, and she would protect them dearly. Even as wild as she might lead up to believe, Skyler can't escape her upbringing which always felt like a chain holding her down. Skyler holds grudges for those that hurt her family. When it comes to people hurting her, she tends to brush it off and moves on, but her family is special to her so she would make it rain fire to make things right for them.
  
  Fears: She has two fears. The fear of being locked up, away from the life outside. This became a fear after she became ill from the use of her semblance. The next fear is the fear of loving, she already has a weak heart so allowing people in could only lead to her breaking her heart from losing her love.
  
  Bio: Larimar Sharp is a man of little words. He rather shows his worth then speak and gloat about it. Coming from a family that developed technological advances that come close to Atlas' for Mistral, Larimar quickly fell into line with the rest of his family. Apart of a well-known family in Mistral, Larimar was the middle child, knowing he would never need to become the head of the family, so he turned his attention to weaponry, quickly making his first pistol which came just in time with his semblance. A year into huntsmen training, news came to him of the death of his family, leaving only his youngest sister Opal to be tormented by what she experienced that day. Vowing that we would avenge his family, for all of his brothers and sisters that lost their life so early.
  
  Sapphire Vassar became orphan at a young age with her twin brother. She never knew anything but how to survive in the black market. Doing small jobs here and there, she and her brother, Robin lived for each other. After Robin got himself into more than he could chew, they escaped the lower levels and meet a cheerful Faunus girl who they befriend. The Auburns opened their doors to the twins and soon became a family. Along with Cornelia Auburn, the Faunus girl, they attended Haven which led her to meet the dark individual that she wanted to safe. After years of being together as a team, she learned the dark secrets of Larimar Sharp, her lover and partner, which she fought to bring him away from becoming an evil individual who only wanted to kill.
  
  Together, Larimar and Sapphire slowly helped Opal in rebuilding Sharp Industries and his family's legacy. Marring and having their little girl Skyler was the most important part of their lives.
  
  Skyler was raised by her parents mostly, with the help of her Aunt Opal Sharp. She had met her Aunt Cornelia and Uncle Robin, which was the beginning of her life goal to protect her younger cousin, Sage. During that time when she had finally met her younger cousin, 8 at the time, she came under the influence of her own semblance. Unknown to her, she lost control of it which caused her to have heart failers. Bed written, she watched the world from her window, seeing it pass by. Determined, she quickly recovered and began to train to use her semblance. During her training, her rebellious phase began to blossom. As she got older, she fell into her father’s footsteps and began creating her own weapon.
  
  When she went to Sanctum Academy at Mistral, she met an over the top bird Faunus, Saffron. As much as she tried to get rid of him, she couldn’t, so she just allowed him to be around which eventually she just played along with his ways. That led her into more trouble, and Saffron a wound from her father. When Skyler’s Father, Larimar moved away from Mistral, her mother decided to take her along with them, separating both Sky and Saffron. Sky finished her training and studies from home in Vale and soon enrolled in Beacon. Due to some errors in her studying from home, it took her a while to finally be allowed into the Academy to follow in her family's footsteps.
  
  Reunited with both her Cousin, Sage, and her best friend, Saffron, Skyler finally felt free being a Beacon Student. The school year for her started with a mission which returned her illness for a while. Having her father around every minute of the day as a teacher, she had to put her foot down in her life. Confused by her feelings for two guys only made her begin to think about what she really wanted. Both being one-sided, she decided to focus on keeping Sage safe after his injury, after she was absent to protect him due to a date. Skyler still holds onto the hope of them to finally return her feelings, but the fall of Beacon, Skyler focused her attention on becoming stronger.
