Okay so we could go about the plot a few different ways. We could still do the Bittencourt plot which I have a general idea what I want to happen and it’s my own original plot that takes place in the past.
We could do something without any connection to the show and be either taking place in the present or future. I could come up with another plot

I'll need to take a look at the Bittencourt plot again, but I'm open to anything I think as long as its inspired straight by the RWBY world and not some weird crossover. I just know

and I have come up with some pretty cool ideas for our characters. I understand if you don't like TRQS. Its just that Turquoise is my favorite color and I thought that would be the best way to represent it in a team name. I thought it was cool, so I threw the idea out there. I get it if you already had a team name idea, though. I don't want to steal your thunder. After all, I'm not great at keeping RPs going myself, I'm just a good ideas person.

That’s fine.. it may be tough for me to do this but I’ll try to get a character sheet and a lore page up over the next couple of days. I don’t have a computer so I’m doing most of it over mobile. Until then you all can discuss character ideas or other ideas

I think I’m going for anti gravity as my characters semblance and more or a trick gunslinger type characters, an revolver that turns into a knife, maybe trickshots bouncing bullets off walls, shooting enemy bullets out of the air, but more of a assassin/spy type aesthetic.

ok so maybe we can have certain of our characters be related and maybe establish existing huntsman with relations to our characters.
I think playing off a parent or uncle/aunt and maybe some siblings would allow us to further establish the world, especially with establishing who the “good guys” who oppose Bittencourt are.
Especially if there are some questions or mysteries surrounding older huntsman

I think I’m going for a red colored character who uses a naginata that turns into a DMR but shrinks into a scroll sized stick that latched onto her back for storage

I'm down with playing someone's family member. I have the base idea for weaponry and semblance.
Weapon - Armory - prosthetic arm with a built in shortsword, chain/grappling hook, and small crossbow.
Semblance - Shadowdance - can meld into and move between shadows, except those of sentient beings.

Yes the white fang will exist but since this is pre rwby, I think it will still be a peaceful protest group, but I can make it so that a few Faunus are plotting to take over and change it into a violent group
It could be this sub conflict of recurring villains trying to take over.
Basically this is like maybe 40-50 years into the past. So I’m planning to have this either be super young ozpin or a previous incarnation of ozpin. Although he probably won’t be too tied into the plot from the beginning as this begins in Vacuo which will have its own headmaster
