Hmm... The better comparison would be Nightcrawler from X-men, just less smoke and more flash of light. I have given this power a lot of thought. How difficult it is to use, how much energy it uses, how it looks, even how it looks in slow-motion.


Speaking of... @AnimeNerd5678, how does Aqua's teleportation works? Does he create portals or is it instantaneous? What's its visual effect (flash of light, poof of smoke, etc.) Can he use it rapidly (like Blake) or does he have to use it sparingly (like Ruby)? I just want to make sure I'm not applying with a character that has the exact same power as him.

His teleportation is instantaneous, it's a smoke, and he can use it rapidly.
